Stay away!!!! False advertising and lies are all you will get from Rooms to Go. There should be a zero star review option. I purchased a Shaq Sound Tech loveseat in March 2025. My adventure with customer service started 6 months later in Sept, 2025 when the "leather" finish started to wear away. After two trips to the store and 5 phone calls to customer service I still have no satisfactory resolution. I've been lied to twice. After the first service technician came to the house and after photo review, we were granted only the option of exchanging for another loveseat, or selecting a combination of other products of equal value. Since the loveseat was already their supposed top of the line item, and I do not need any other type of furniture in my home, I once again called customer service to request a refund and was told that they would send a second technician who was a "leather expert" When I asked why he wasn't sent in the first place, the customer service supervisor said "That's a good question." When this second technician arrived he just laughed and said there are no such leather experts and he was just a regular field technician. The service technicians both said this product is getting tons of complaints, but the customer service supervisors all said this product is getting very few complaints. I believe the technicians - I've never witness wear of leather within a 6 month period of time in my life. This product is bad, it is absolutely not made of genuine leather, but rather some sort of composite material that is bonded to fabric and textured to make it appear as leather, this is clearly false advertising. Once you purchase from this store, your money is gone no matter the problem you experience.

Don't buy furniture from here, cause they will come in and inspect it when something is wrong damage it and then not replace it. Been dealing with it for four months now of them coming into my house ripping my couch apart, leaving it ripped apart from the bottom just hanging and never replacing it or fixing it, still trying to get someone to fix it or replace my couch since they damage it rooms to go because it was never torn and still nothing paid 300 and something dollars for insurance and nothing is being done. They will not replace it because they are not rooms to go and they didn't damage it, like fix it at this point

If you have a meeting level budget and you're looking to get your rooms furnished quickly this is definitely the place to go. Have an Airbnb and rooms to go has been instrumental in helping us furniture these rooms without going overboard. There's a wide variety of furniture and every style and tons of selection. Salesman are helpful and friendly not pushy but they can give you all the information you need quickly to help you make your decisions.

Bought 6k worth of merchandise, they promised delivery past the main entrance of my home. DO NOT BUY from them, you have options. 1) delivery people were not supposed to take items out of the box, they did. 2) they scratched the sofa, and the footboard of the bed was missing, so did the adapter of the sofa. 3) since I called them out on it, they left all the furniture outside for me to bring in!!! 4) they with no authorization, entered my home to take pictures! 5) they were abusive and painfully rude to the point I was raging. 6) I went to the store, 2 different people told me they did not promise to bring the items inside the house, until the seller approached and said they should have. 7) the store manager then came out and said they would communicate an action plan by the end of Today, it never happened. Do NOT buy here, you have options. I have a video of them breaking into my home with no authorization too, if customer care actually wants to fix this situation and avoid these delivery people representing them on the future. Let's start with this, just DON'T!!! When we first arrived, we had our furniture picked out. Two sales reps were arguing over who got our sale right in front of us. Highly unprofessional! #1 ZERO STAR: We were talked into getting an entertainment center because we had 72 hours to cancel if it didn't fit. Well, it didn't fit after we measured it. So I called to cancel it. They answered and said they'd "get back to me" that was a LIE! I had to get someone to cover my shift in the middle of my shift to rush up to the store after calling for THREE HOURS! When I pulled up to the store I called again and watched them look at the phone and ROLL THEIR EYES AT IT AND IGNORE IT. HORRIBLE! When I walked in they were quick to jump up off the couch (in an empty store) and assist me. I was finally able to cancel it with 30 minutes left to spare after they BLATANTLY ignored my calls and voicemails. They were literally trying to wait for those 72 hours to go by to get me stuck in this contract. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Had to pay a financing fee of $40 for my remaining furniture. #2 ZERO STAR: Our delivery date was set to be February 8, 2021 on a daybed that we purchased in NOVEMBER. The daybed was extremely important because I am pregnant and could no longer get up the stairs to go to bed. They pushed the delivery date out to April 15, 2021. WAY beyond the point of me needing it. I was made to pay the new financing fee of $40 because of THEIR MISTAKE. #3 ZERO STAR: The nursing chair that I finally received after ultimately paying $80 more for (the fees previously mentioned) showed up 5 hours after the expected delivery time and it is THE WRONG COLOR. Not only did I miss an entire day of work for their horrible mistake but I ended up with a product of the wrong color in my nursery. I'm keeping the chair because at this point, I am OVER IT WITH ROOMS TO GO. After waiting 4 months to receive furniture of the wrong color and all of the other bullshit I went through with them, I'm keeping the chair because that's how bad it is to deal with them. And who knows when I would actually receive the product that I paid $800 for. TURN AROUND. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS ALL A SCHEME TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HOLD THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING!

GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! Very frustrating experience working with Moses, the store manager at Southpark Meadows. My wife, daughter and I went in about 6-8 weeks ago to look for a couch, as an online retailer said it would be 4-5 months out, and we were in need of a couch sooner due to the fact we found out our daughter has a severe dog dander allergy and dogs had been all over the current couch for years. We went in and asked the sales rep to show us ones that were able to be delivered within the next 4-6 weeks and we would choose from there. He showed us one that was perfect and said delivery would be October 13th. I received a text and voicemail Tuesday Oct. 6th confirming delivery. On delivery day, the 13th, we had not heard of anything so I called to check and it said delivery is now November 23rd. No warning or heads up and our current couch is sold and now we don't have one for another 6 weeks. I called the store we bought it at, Southpark Meadows, and we were transferred to the store manager Moses. He said they called us and left a voicemail Oct 8th- no record of this and he said it is what it is and it'll be delivered later in November. I responded that it doesn't seem right that all the sudden the delivery changed, we are without a couch and all he could say is that's how it is. I asked what he would do to make it right and he said nothing- I then asked what my options were for a refund and his response was "sir- at the bottom of your sales receipt it says no refunds after 48 hours - so you are not getting a refund". I responded with- "so that's it and that's how you treat your customers?" - his response- "sir nothing I can do besides maybe move the delivery up a day or two". I understand things happen- but this was 100% on their end. There was no call the 8th of October. Keep in mind that's also 48 hours after they "confirmed". Again- I get that things happen but not ONCE did Moses offer a simply apology or a possible solution. Not one apology or any empathy for the fact our house is now in shambles and we have no couch for 6 weeks with a 1 Year Old running around! I get it- but man have some empathy when you're in sales/customer service. Zero empathy or care for his customers. Before this I had always gone to Ashley's Furniture but wanted to check out Rooms To Go and that was a major mistake. They charge to BRING IT IN YOUR HOUSE or they'll simply leave it on your porch. Ashley's not only brings it in but also sets it up. I'm not sure the training Moses has received and I can have empathy on my end that he probably deals with a lot of this with COVID- but at the end of the day just treat your customers how you want to be treated. We will never step foot in another Rooms To Go and will share our experience with anyone that listens so they're not dealing with this same issue. To wrap it up- Rooms To Go and Moses haven't done anything or showed any care and we are still paying the same full price but now will have it delivered a month and a half late.

Not happy at all, ordered a nice loveseat in December. It was supposed to be delivered today, Jan 30 between 1 & 5pm. It's still not here. There was an update delivery status at 4pm of 4-4:30. I checked again at 4:44. Now it says 7-7:45pm. WTF. Called their customer care center at 4:30. Waited 30 min. At 5pm the phone hung up on me, stating they , customer care was only open til 6pm. Even if that's eastern time , I was not pleased. Someone finally call me at 5:15 to let me know the delivery truck la broken down & the delivery would take place between 7:15 & 7:40pm. Two very polite young men arrived at 7:35. They delivered a very nice loveseat . So I appreciate it now.

We bout a brand new furniture set in late January. Rooms to go delivered the set two weeks ago and when installing the loveseat legs, they over torqued the leg. They told us at the end of January the soonest they could come is March. After spending over 2,000 one would think they could send someone out sooner to repair our brand new furniture they destroyed during installation.

In fact, all their Austin signs and Keep Austin Weird signs were a draw to venture into the store. Austin's Furniture depot is located on Burnet Road and offers a unique mix of new furniture, statement pieces, and items from local artists. This is not your typical furniture store. Surprisingly, the Austin signs are quite affordable. I asked Shawn one of the store managers, what do folks do with all these signs. He responded by saying the put them in their homes and businesses. One of the eye-catching items in the addition to the signage, are the abstract and unusual artwork covered in shiny glass. I love abstract anything, therefore, I was very intrigued. They also had some individuals featured in the pictures with bold and colorful features. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He asked what I was looking for and took time to point out some potential selections. It was an overall very engaging and pleasant visit. Will definitely drop in again...

In full transparency, I did not know what the durability or longevity of furniture would be purchased at outlet. For clothing at an outlet, the hem could be off, button missing or another small imperfection. One would expect furniture to be durable and long lasting. Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. I will likely pop by when the tent is fully stocked. It is important to note that Four Hands Outlet has earned a number of Yelp awards. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.
