An employee took me to a mattress comparable to mine, the offered me different pillows to try. With each pillow, he explained how it fit my neck and shoulders, helping me find the perfect pillow. The associate was very patient, and offered me as much time as I needed to be sure the pillow I chose was the best fit. While waiting to check out, he took me to a comfortable reclining chair in which to wait. He adjusted it for prefect alignment and turned on the heat. So relaxing! He offered to turn on the massage function, but I didn't have time to linger. I only wish I hadn't been under a time crunch! If you are finding that your pillow isn't as comfortable as you'd like, or perhaps your neck hurts, definitely come check out Relax the Back. Your neck will thank you!

She showed me all types of leather that I can use for the bed instead of the material. Which I wanted to convert and pay extra 4 which I have no problem with that. I took some photos so that I'll be able to match with my new rugs that I will be purchasing and transform my home to my Oasis of pure home renovations and redecorating. All the furniture was absolutely very well decorated over the top. Ethan Allen knows good furniture. High quality Leather couches. I saw one that I really really loved but maybe a little bit too small for my area. I have a lady that is helping me with the decorations and decor around my home. So the sales lady was kind enough to give me an entire, Quote of everything that would cost me. Very reasonable, So now all I have to do is wait to get my rugs in my furniture everything needs to collide together. I was so grateful, and happy. She went way out of her way to get my information so she can give me the quote on my phone. Since I never get on my emails anymore she understood that this was the only communication I wanted to give was my phone info. This place was absolutely clean everything was dusted everything looked brand new which it is. The value is exceptional I was very happy with a quote. So until then I will be more than happy to share at a later date how everything went. Since I'm now in the beginning stages, of shopping for furniture and rugs I am continuing to look for more items and more nice items for my home.

We had recently renovated a large outdoor porch and we were looking for new outdoor furniture with a lighter shade of blue cushions than the standard navy blue. It seemed like the vast majority of outdoor furniture was only available in the same standard neutral colors of navy and shades of beige. This was frustrating since we had something else in mind. We also needed the furniture to be comfortable, durable, and not so low to the ground that aging knees would complain when you needed to get up. Chair King came to the rescue. Although they had a lot of furniture in the neutral colors, we were also able to find a sofa, loveseat and chairs with pretty blue cushions made to fit our chosen furniture like we wanted. In addition to being durable, the furniture was comfortable and at a good height. The sales people were also excellent. There was no high pressure sales, just knowledgeable people that could answer your questions and lead you in the right direction. Douglas was our salesperson and he was great. He answered all our questions and explained the delivery service and fee. To have all the furniture delivered it was a flat fee of $199. This included, taking everything to the back porch, placing each piece of furniture where we directed, and unpacking all the cushions. This allowed us to check everything before they left to make sure it was in good condition. The delivery people were great. They gave us a heads up of when they would arrive, were courteous and professional. It was one of my best delivery experiences.

Prices are high, nut this is to be expected, somehow mattresses became an investment in last few years. Sale wasn't much to right home about, just a few hundreds from the MSRP, but the sales person was very creative, constantly suggesting saving possibilities on add-on items - pillows, frames, etc. At the end we walked out with a middle-range quality mattress, great pillow, and few other items for $2000. While we were thinking, he also suggested visiting their on-line clearing site, there are returns there with up to 30% discounts. Too bad, they did not have much to choose from on that site, but the honesty and the drive to help us was refreshing. This was a good move on his part :), it pretty much sealed the deal. In any case - they have good selection, sales obviously knows their product, and they seem to be willing to help.
