Customer service is terrible. Do not purchase your furniture here. We drove all the way down to the store to buy and pick up a table to be told the warehouse guys aren't available to pull the furniture. So the only option they gave us is to pay 200 for shipping when we already brought the necessary equipment to load and take home. A hidden gem. It's in a warehouse district that's very easy to miss. They have a great all wood, rustic and industrial style. A must stop when searching for furniture. I came in and talked to a friendly sales person named Hank. He did a great job at helping us find the right table. We were between a bigger, more expensive table and a smaller table. He helped us choose the best option (which wasn't the most expensive). I saw him very pleasantly interact with several other workers there. He was very down to earth and humble. Talking to the general manager during pick up (Ryan), also a great no pressure guy, he said Hank is the owner. Incredibly impressed and a pleasure to work with people like that. I'm so glad I found this ecofriendly, sustainable furniture store where craftsmanship is prized and each piece has imagination and a unique concept. I spent hours there yesterday and hours today and they went truly above and beyond to help me, even finding a wood tabletop that wasn't on the floor and trading it out on the base I fell in love with. They brought chairs from around the store so I could try them out with the table. I ended up buying a solid acacia wood table on a sandblasted steel base with gears that raise and lower it and it's so gorgeous! I found the salespeople Ryan and Anthony and the owner Hank warm, helpful and delightful to communicate with. They went above and beyond to get the table home and up my winding stairs. I found World Interiors. Funny, I never noticed them even when I was up the street at Four Hands, anyway, I immediately fell in love with so many pieces of furniture here. They have top quality REAL wood pieces. You'll find vintage/modern/mid century inspired pieces at what I consider to be fair prices (BONUS: Yelpers get 25% off of any regular priced item!). When you pay for overpriced particleboard at places like West Elm, World Market, etc. World Interiors is a breath of fresh air. A big thanks to Warren: you weren't pushy, extremely helpful and kind. When I'm ready to purchase I'll be back asking for you. UPDATE: So yesterday I went to World Interiors and was greeted by Warren (compliments above). TODAY I came back to look at their "discounted section" after seeing it on Yelp and was completely appalled by the RUDENESS I received by "Bernie". They have by far the best prices on high quality pieces you will find. (2) Great pieces in the showroom. The showroom is full of great furniture options, especially tables, and there's much more. (3) Top notch service. The sales managers (Ryan Howard helped us) are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The hardest part was deciding which great-looking table to buy. (4) Super careful delivery. The delivery guys the store sent took extreme care with moving the table to keep it perfect. We went with a live edge table and bench and they look really great. I had purchased a beautiful World Interiors furniture dining set from a N TX based furniture store that carried some of their collections. There was a material defect in the leather seating that quickly started becoming worse and worse. I contacted the furniture store that I had purchased the furniture from. After waiting a VERY long time for them to respond back to me, they finally emailed me and told me there was nothing they could do. They offered zero solutions & could have cared less. I will never shop there again! I then contacted World Interiors, directly, and was blown away with their concern and attention to my issue! Not only do they stand for something real and positive -- using massive solid wood that is sustainable, there's a charity associated with the entire sustainability program. The managers on the floor, Denise and Patrick are simply a delight to work with. The variety of furnishings from French country, contemporary to Austin made handcrafted pieces and accessories feels like you really are walking into a world of interiors from around the globe. Their website revealed an entire humongous collection, a goodie bag to choose more fun stuff from. Their prices are fair market. No rip offs going on here. We were off to shop for furniture at Four Hands - a furniture source which my husband and I love -when on the way we saw a billboard for World Interiors and thought, what the heck, let's check it out, it is only a block past the turn to Four Hands. I am so glad we stopped in. World Interiors has a great mix of modern and repro vintage, with funky global pieces blended in. The quality of everything is excellent, and their price point felt very fair to us. We ended up buying three things on the spot, and love all three of them in our eclectic house. For the same amount of money or even less, you can get something well made and unique in design, over some laminated particle boarded thing from a major chain, and your house will have a much more interesting feel to it. Purchased what I thought was leather chairs from them three years ago. The leather is falling off the chairs into my floor. We've taken very good care of them and when I called a few months ago to tell them about the problem they just said it had been to long. The guy also said it probably wasn't real leather and when we purchased we were told it was. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again with their stuff only lasting a few years. read more

We came in to buy a couch. We left with furniture for every room in the house. Absolutely no buyers remorse. Every piece we got is a "wow" item. The quality of the furniture and customer service is top notch. Solid wood construction through out. Even the bed slats that hold the mattress up are made of quality wood, not pine like our old Ashleys furniture bed set. The discounts were great too. We were given a great discount on a floor model couch that had some small defects, upon delivery I find out THEY were not satisfied with the quality so they gave us a brand new one at the same price.
