Lovely furniture!! Will has been so great he has great customer service. 100% recommend.

If you need furniture with character, this is the store to come to! Great prices and great customer service

Amazing local business with super cool furniture. If you are drawn to wood and iron, it is definitely going to be here. The pieces are all unique, and handcrafted. Service is super friendly, and no pressure. They have a lot to see in their showroom, but they also have a back room/warehouse full of wood slabs, Art, tables, and items that are marked down. We got a great deal on a stool, and a slab of wood, which my husband used to make a unique work bench. If you like to look for cool pieces, this is a great place to start! read more

Joni helped my husband and I furnish our new home. She was such a big help and even stayed late for us. Furniture is so beautiful and unique. Will be coming back! read more

It's like a treasure hunt in the showroom and outlet. There was a huge selection of dining tables and unique cabinets. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Definitely worth the drive. read more

Customer service is terrible. Do not purchase your furniture here. We drove all the way down to the store to buy and pick up a table to be told the warehouse guys aren't available to pull the furniture. So the only option they gave us is to pay 200 for shipping when we already brought the necessary equipment to load and take home. What a waste of time... can't believe how Ryan treated us at the front. So we left with nothing.. read more

We had a fantastic experience at World Interiors. My wife and I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday. The team there welcomed us in and helped us purchase some gorgeous furniture. Ryan and Mat stayed over an hour and a half after closing to help us work through selection process of two tables and twelve chairs. They were both incredibly patient, and helpful through the process. Delivery went flawlessly and the furniture arrived quickly. We couldn't be happier with the furniture, the value received, and the customer service. read more

Anthony went above and beyond to please us. He was patient as it took us several days for us to make a firm request on the finish. On the other hand Pedro did an amazing job on the wood slab we picked out! The furniture is hands down great quality, and we couldn't find anything close to comparison. In addition to the quality, Anthony gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. read more

I found my dream furniture here! Tons of options for great prices, and the staff are so helpful and kind!!!

A hidden gem. It's in a warehouse district that's very easy to miss. They have a great all wood, rustic and industrial style. A must stop when searching for furniture. I came in and talked to a friendly sales person named Hank. He did a great job at helping us find the right table. We were between a bigger, more expensive table and a smaller table. He helped us choose the best option (which wasn't the most expensive). I saw him very pleasantly interact with several other workers there. He was very down to earth and humble. Talking to the general manager during pick up (Ryan), also a great no pressure guy, he said Hank is the owner. Incredibly impressed and a pleasure to work with people like that. We will be back and happy to recommend it to other folks. We left with a table, bench and coffee table coming in only for a kitchen table. read more

It was my first time going to this store while visiting from Houston. This is a hidden gem! The have so many beautiful items, and the customer service was amazing. I can't wait to go back. I bought a sideboard which is perfect and very well made & I found some cute urns in the clearance center. The prices are good and the items are well constructed. read more

The team at World Interiors was awesome! We showed up at 4:30pm on a Sunday after shopping around town trying to find the perfect dining room furniture. We had no luck and our hopes were down. The team at World Interiors changed everything. The selection was awesome and the team stayed until we were fully satisfied, which was well after they were supposed to close. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question. Highly recommended! read more

Three cheers for St. Anthony, the saint of furniture therapy here. Anthony's active listening skills and pro-eyes got our family moved back into our house in style, comfort, and in budget. Anthony isn't pushy and knows how to wait for a piece to "speak" to a client. The dining room table and chairs that he helped us find are classic, gorgeous, and will last a lifetime. Love that WI also focuses on sustainability and local charities. We'll be sending friends and family this way again and again. read more

I had the best experience buying a new kitchen table at World Interiors the other day! The sales floor is overloaded with a ton of unique and high quality pieces that I could have just wandered around for hours. I also really enjoyed getting to check out all of the live edge slabs that they have available in the back. Lastly, Anthony is the best! He made my shopping experience so fun and was super patient and willing to answer all of my questions. This place is truly a gem! read more

I'm so glad I found this ecofriendly, sustainable furniture store where craftsmanship is prized and each piece has imagination and a unique concept. I spent hours there yesterday and hours today and they went truly above and beyond to help me, even finding a wood tabletop that wasn't on the floor and trading it out on the base I fell in love with. They brought chairs from around the store so I could try them out with the table. I ended up buying a solid acacia wood table on a sandblasted steel base with gears that raise and lower it and it's so gorgeous! I found the salespeople Ryan and Anthony and the owner Hank warm, helpful and delightful to communicate with. They went above and beyond to get the table home and up my winding stairs. Great fun was had by all. I couldn't be happier. 5 stars! I'll be shopping here in the future! read more

We drove from Dallas to WI after discovering the store online. We were greeted immediately by Anthony who welcomed us and guided us around the store. Once we decided on our purchase, Ryan was great about answering a thousand questions! The furniture they sell isn't cheap, but it's high quality. The pieces and collections are very unique. Looking forward to having everything delivered and set up. read more

Started with 5 stars, but after my experience today, they will only get 3! 2/19/13: I'm SO GLAD I stumbled upon World Interiors, thanks Yelp! After looking all over Austin (literally!) I found World Interiors. Funny, I never noticed them even when I was up the street at Four Hands, anyway, I immediately fell in love with so many pieces of furniture here. They have top quality REAL wood pieces. You'll find vintage/modern/mid century inspired pieces at what I consider to be fair prices (BONUS: Yelpers get 25% off of any regular priced item!). When you pay for overpriced particleboard at places like West Elm, World Market, etc. World Interiors is a breath of fresh air. A big thanks to Warren: you weren't pushy, extremely helpful and kind. When I'm ready to purchase I'll be back asking for you. UPDATE: So yesterday I went to World Interiors and was greeted by Warren (compliments above). TODAY I came back to look at their "discounted section" after seeing it on Yelp and was completely appalled by the RUDENESS I received by "Bernie". Had I not had the pleasant experience I receive the day before I would give this place negative stars based on Bernie' professionalism alone! How dare you treat customers with such a fowl attitude when you work at a furniture store and my purchase would mean money in your pocket! You can be assured I will be reporting you to management! read more

This place is fantastic!! Amazing one of a kind pieces, fair prices and solid wood, etc Highly recommend this Austin keeper!! Thx again and will definitely be back. read more

World interiors is the best! We purchased very unique pieces for our entire home. Anthony is the best sales person we ever had the pleasure with working with! He was super patient and attentive to out needs and always very helpful providing us so many details! Pedro is also a member of world interiors and he does the most amazing job at customizing your dining set and other custom unique wood pieces. He helped answer a lot of questions as well. Definitely a must place to go buy your house furniture if you are looking for unique pieces... one of a kind wood pieces! Ask for Anthony and Pedro!!! They will take care of you every step of the way!!! And you'll have fun at it too! read more

My partner and I went to their new location off Woodward, and I must say this store looks great. I want to move in it, and I personally prefer a bit more of a modern feel. Warm and cozy settings make it easy to design your room and match furniture. Prices were impressive, staff was friendly and eager to help. Great place to buy a house warming gift FYI! I will be back. read more

it's been quite awhile since I thought of redecorating and thus I haven't looked at a furniture retailer in over four years. Until this! World Interiors blew me away. Not only do they stand for something real and positive -- using massive solid wood that is sustainable, there's a charity associated with the entire sustainability program. The managers on the floor, Denise and Patrick are simply a delight to work with. The variety of furnishings from French country, contemporary to Austin made handcrafted pieces and accessories feels like you really are walking into a world of interiors from around the globe. Their website revealed an entire humongous collection, a goodie bag to choose more fun stuff from. Their prices are fair market. No rip offs going on here. So good, no need for me to schlep to Dallas to buy furniture again! read more

I fell in love the moment I walked into the showroom! I was on the hunt for a modern / french inspired setting and was thrilled to find just what I was after. Bernie (who helped us) was so lovely, and was able to quickly price & quote us on the numerous pieces we had in mind for the new setup. After a few hours, we finalized the look and purchased it! Delivery is tomorrow @ 5:30, and I am expecting to be just as pleased with the service & products as I am now. Beautiful showroom, AMAZING prices for the transitional / modern looks Austin is loving these days, and quick delivery. I can't wait to see my new dining room transform! read more

Purchased a living edge table and bench here. The quality of the table is amazing and the price was by far the best for anything comparable. I will definitely be going back for more pieces. Ryan was also super helpful by sending us measurements and giving me kid friendly furniture advice along with just being really nice and patient. read more

World Interiors is a hidden gem. If you need a table, go to the showroom and look at the tables here--you'll be glad you did. (1) Best price/quality. They have by far the best prices on high quality pieces you will find. (2) Great pieces in the showroom. The showroom is full of great furniture options, especially tables, and there's much more. (3) Top notch service. The sales managers (Ryan Howard helped us) are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The hardest part was deciding which great-looking table to buy. (4) Super careful delivery. The delivery guys the store sent took extreme care with moving the table to keep it perfect. We went with a live edge table and bench and they look really great. They are super sturdy so I know they'll last forever. This place is awesome. Five stars. We will be back. read more

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I had a great experience with World Interiors employees Ryan and Lauren. I live in Illinois and called to order a sideboard. We were off to shop for furniture at Four Hands - a furniture source which my husband and I love -when on the way we saw a billboard for World Interiors and thought, what the heck, let's check it out, it is only a block past the turn to Four Hands. I am so glad we stopped in. World Interiors has a great mix of modern and repro vintage, with funky global pieces blended in. The quality of everything is excellent, and their price point felt very fair to us. We ended up buying three things on the spot, and love all three of them in our eclectic house. For the same amount of money or even less, you can get something well made and unique in design, over some laminated particle boarded thing from a major chain, and your house will have a much more interesting feel to it. This is an Austin furniture store treasure, as is Four Hands, which is also a Must Check Out. read more

Ryan was so helpful in helping me select my live end dining and console tables. He was very kind and patient and worked within my budget. I had purchased a beautiful World Interiors furniture dining set from a N TX based furniture store that carried some of their collections. There was a material defect in the leather seating that quickly started becoming worse and worse. I contacted the furniture store that I had purchased the furniture from. After waiting a VERY long time for them to respond back to me, they finally emailed me and told me there was nothing they could do. They offered zero solutions & could have cared less. I will never shop there again! I then contacted World Interiors, directly, and was blown away with their concern and attention to my issue! In one day, communicating back and forth, they resolved my issue and I couldn't be happier! World Interiors offers beautiful, unique designer pieces, amazing quality and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Ryan, for being such a delight to work with! read more
