I have worked with and ordered several pieces from IKsun and Emry a few times over the past two years. Their designs and quality is unmatched. I get compliments on the Erika set that I have due to the clean lines and the sunbrella fabric, and I am intching to get a few of the Hollywood lounge chairs as soon as I can find room. You will not regret ordering from here!! read more

Very Very easy transaction, especially after our last attempted purchase at another location. My wife messaged Emry (owner) my wife showed her what we were looking for, and then she picked out the color of Sunbrella cushions and she promised a delivery date 2 days later, and she delivered. The cushions were delivered 2 days after this and she did not take a penny from me until furniture AND cushions were set up in my backyard. She was SUPER nice and humble and hard working as her phone was ringing off the hook and she still made time for us without making us feel unimportant. 5 stars for Quality, Customer Service, and Quick Delivery. Parking is not greatest but least of your worries. We will def be ordering more from this business. If you know about Teak, you know this is going to be in our family for a long time. read more

My husband and I had been looking for quality Teak furniture for a while we were so excited when we found Emry (IKSun) on Facebook. The photos were a great representation of the quality and style of Teak that IKSun produces. We feel in love with the Erica collection immediately! Initially we started communicating over Messenger which was great! Emry was quick to respond and always very helpful. I called one Sunday morning not even thinking anyone would answer because we were in the heat of COVID at that time. Emry answered and said we could come see the showroom. We had a bit of a drive coming from SD, but from what would could see at that point it was going to be well worth the 2hour drive! From picking out the Teak items, and fabrics to delivery this is a top notch company!! We are so pleased with the quality and the style of the Teak! IKSun is a great company with a great staff!! I highly recommend buying from this company over any other, you will get a lot more for your money!! read more

Looking for Teak?? Search no more, my husband and I wanted an outdoor teak set to enjoy our backyard. Since COVID began , we've been spending most of out there so the search began. We found a place in North Hollywood- which I won't even mention the business name ( that's how bad the experience was) we ended up waiting 5 weeks for delivery even when we paid in full and ended up just getting refund. I found IKsun on yelp and paid them a visit w/hubby. There we met Ms. Emry and found the exact set we were looking for and even at a better price! Better yet , we received it 2days after we placed order!! The custom sunbrella cushions were personally delivered by the owner ( Ms. Emry )a day after the furniture delivery. She's was great with responding quickly via text and gave us amazing customer service. I texted her measurements for a teak bench we already had and she also made a cushion for it to match our set. It got here right on time to enjoy for the 4th of July weekend. We couldn't be happier with it, and really appreciate the prompt and professional delivery. We will definitely be purchasing more items from her business. Thank you Ms. Emry for a stress free purchase and hands down the best customer service we have received in a long time! read more

This teak furniture set is beyond beautiful!!! My husband and I were virtually shopping back in April. We wanted to look at the material in person and contacted Emry. She quickly responded back and said we could stop by at the shop in Woodland Hills. The minute we felt the teak, we felt in love with it. However, this set was not available at the warehouse and we have been told that we have to wait for months to be delivered due to COVID and high demand. Meanwhile, we were teak hunting in all LA surrounding Areas but nothing caught our eyes really. Truth is, Emry has the best quality teak!! I am telling you, 3.5 months is worth the wait! Once you look at the teak, you will know what you are paying for and won't regret it. The only regret is why don't you find this place sooner!!! read more

Outstanding experience. I was looking to avoid buying from all the usual suspects (CB, West Elm, Arhaus, etc.) and was searching for a local, small business to support. Emry, the owner, is just lovely and truly cares about making a quality product. Our teak set (Topanga sofa, 2 chairs, and coffee table) arrived yesterday and it looks even better than in the pictures on the website. Each piece is very solid and heavy, and the Sunbrella cushions expertly sewn. Highly recommend. read more

Absolutely love my new Erika sectional from IKsun! In April, I started looking for a sectional to fit my new space, and quickly realized that finding reasonably priced quality outdoor furniture that actually looks good is a challenge. I spent hours upon hours researching but couldn't find the perfect piece that wouldn't break the bank. Then I came across IKsun, and immediately fell in love with their furniture. Emry has by far the best combination of price, quality, and design of any outdoor furniture store. Due to COVID, I had to wait roughly 4 months for my sectional to be custom made and delivered, but the wait was worth it. Emry made the process easy, and hand delivered the sectional and cushions once they were ready. Highly recommend going with IKsun! You won't regret the purchase! read more

Beautiful teak products, and they stand by it. Very refreshing to see today when many furniture companies do not stand by their products. Ordered beautiful teak table from Emry. There were an issue with the order when it arrived as it was stuck on a boat for an extended period of time b/c of Covid. When it wasn't up to Emry's level of satisfaction, she immediately offered to refund or replace it on the spot. Really grateful we decided to purchase our table from IKsun and Emry, and would recommend anyone interested in standout teak furniture, they should shop here and skip anywhere else. Also great to support a local business in LA, as we need great companies like IKsun. - A very satisfied customer read more

Writing this as we have reached our last straw!!! Been waiting over 14 weeks for our umbrella to be recovered. After numerous phone calls we have been nothing but blown-off!! Kai...is this what everyone should expect as your customer service!!?? If you didn't want the job you shouldn't have excepted it! If and when we ever received our umbrella I will update. Placed order through Hayneedle in May which was supposed to ship in early June. Shortly after confirming my order, the delivery date kept getting pushed out further. Followed up with IKsun directly several times. They were responsive and stated they were behind with orders. Eventually, I was told fabric was ordered and that my chaise lounge would ship in early August. Finally, my order was cancelled this week and I'm super disappointed in how this was poorly handled. Seems IKsun oversold and overpromised this seasonal item to customers. This cancellation also put me in a bind with other items I bought from other vendors to work with the chair I'm now no longer receiving, have no use for and are outside of return windows. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Find a company with a better track record of planning their inventory and sales appropriately. Edit: Updating to state that Kai diligently reached out to me to make things right and helped me confirm that they did not cancel my order which I greatly appreciate. read more

We purchased a sectional couch from Emry via FB Marketplace. She answered all of my questions and was available off hours. Within three days, Kaj had our couch delivered and it was perfect. As a result of the purchase, we asked that they reupholster some old cushions. The timing was off, but Kaj always answered when messaged, and he made it right in the end. For that, we will continue to purchase items from IK Sun. They are a small business and I anticipate they will continue to grow because of their honest and personal approach. read more

If you are in the lookout for good Patio furniture, Teak is probably the best option as it look elegant with easier maintenance & durability and if you are in the lookout for teak furniture then Iksun is probably one of the best option ! I did my research for 6 weeks and zeroed in on Iksun We liked their patio furniture set designs and some were unique compared to the usual boring Teak designs in most other places i saw. Found the price to be very reasonable for the quality of the furniture. They provide Grade A teak with thick Sunbrella cushions so in terms of quality nothing can go wrong. I am in California so shipping was fast. Initially, the Order process took a bit of time with multiple reminders though but once ordered, it was a breeze to work with them Highly recommend this small business for Teak patio furniture in terms of quality, design and value. read more

I needed cushions in a hurry for a curved couch that was being constructed by hardscapers in my backyard as well as 16 pillows for the back. I had many bids but they were too expensive and couldn't get it done on time. I was having a party and wanted it to be ready for the event. I had driven by the store many times but had never been in. I was pleasantly surprised that Kaj was able to meet both my deadline and my budget. The quality was top notch as well. It was a pleasure to work with him. I'll be back! read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. A true hidden gem. Quality teak furniture with sunbrella cushions at a much lower price than you will find at any big box retailer. Emry is the best! I also bought couch, seat, and ottoman covers and teak sealer from Amazon. Couldn't be happier. read more

Got to see the furniture in person before we purchased and the quality was as described on their website. Bench and table are sturdy and finished beautifully, with a very quick turnaround time of less than a week (as they had both items in stock). We had been searching for teak furniture for almost a year and none of the places we found online during Covid really spoke to us, but we felt different about Iksun and made the drive out to see the furniture in person. Glad we did. Emry was patient and answered all our questions and made us feel good about what we were buying. We'll be buying chairs and a lounge set next! Glad to be shopping small and supporting a woman-owned business. read more

Just got our 8 custom teak lounge chairs all the way to the East coast from IKsun Teak in California. We didn't see them in person but, they were the extra large size we wanted. I'm a design/builder, had been on the lookout for some quality outdoor furniture at a reasonable price. So pleased to have discovered IKsun Teak, owner Emry truly cares about every aspect of her business and is helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating each step of the way. I had been looking for natural tree stump side tables for my bedroom and office for months. I walked into IKsun and I saw a few that were on display. The gentleman who worked there said he was getting more shipped into the store within the next week. I decided to wait...I called the following week and he so immediately sent me pictures to my phone. I have a very busy work schedule so this was extremely helpful. They were gorgeous! I purchased three for my home. I love them! I will definitely be returning to the store in the future. read more

We bought a large amount of outdoor furniture from Emry and ordered some custom pieces as well. Initially we had some hiccups with the timing of the order , but I explained my situation ( my daughters 1st birthday ) and Emry came thru and had 95% of the furniture done & delivered on time. We had a few issues with some hardware missing and a few quality concerns. These were pointed out to Emry and to her credit , she took care of each and every complaint I had until I was fully satisfied. I am a business owner myself and can definitely tell you that Emry cares not just about making the sale, but keeping you happy after the sale as well.
