We set up our Christmas tree after our Thanksgiving Dinner. My husband removed the tree from the box piece by piece. He spread out the tree limbs so that it would look more full. I had a very disappointing experience with a manager on duty named Priscilla. When I spoke with Priscilla, who claimed to be a manager, she was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me she couldn't hold the piece in a sarcastic tone, and when I asked for her district manager's name and she responded by saying, "You can Google it." This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I ask that this situation be addressed, and that Priscilla receive additional training on professionalism and client service. A manager should represent the company with respect and class, not sarcasm and disregard. * Update: After going in today and speaking with Mabel and Sara--who had helped me previously--I received the level of customer service that should always be expected. It was phenomenal! They're both amazing, and truly set the standard for how clients, especially repeat clients, should be treated. Priscilla could definitely learn from their example. The worst part was how rude their customer service is. My 2.5 year old is deaf/hard of hearing and took off her hearing aid in the store. My husband put it in what he thought was our cart. I then went to the front to ask for help and was told that I would need to look in the carts myself. I told the lady that my daughter needs the hearing aid to hear and they are very expensive but she blew me off again and told me to look myself.
