Anyways, yesterday I had called to ask the store to hold a dress for me to try on, super helpful. I decided to do some shopping around the store and had a ton of items to try on. I had a lot of white dresses and one of the ladies (I forgot her name but she was amazing) asked what the occasion was. It was for my wedding reception and she went above any beyond finding other dresses in the back that could work! I was also helped by Colleen in the dressing room. I felt like I was at a bridal gown shop with the amount of help I received. The whole team worked together to get my order the last dress in stock and I also got some amazing jeans on sale. This location is the best and more chill than the north location. 10/10

I had a very disappointing experience with a manager on duty named Priscilla. I've spent around…read more$500 at this location in just the past few days and came in tonight to purchase four pieces of art. I decided against one but later called back to place it on hold. When I spoke with Priscilla, who claimed to be a manager, she was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me she couldn't hold the piece in a sarcastic tone, and when I asked for her district manager's name and she responded by saying, "You can Google it." This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I ask that this situation be addressed, and that Priscilla receive additional training on professionalism and client service. A manager should represent the company with respect and class, not sarcasm and disregard. * Update: After going in today and speaking with Mabel and Sara--who had helped me previously--I received the level of customer service that should always be expected. It was phenomenal! They're both amazing, and truly set the standard for how clients, especially repeat clients, should be treated. Priscilla could definitely learn from their example. Kindness always goes a long way.

I got a leather love seat and leather chair with an ottoman. After I got it home, it had cheaply made legs with some not screwed in correctly. That's on me for not inspecting them more. ONE STAR FOR THE DELIVERY COMPANY THAT THEY USED. I scheduled a delivery, then they changed it twice to accommodate their schedule. When they did come, they came 30 minutes early and I couldn't make it home in time. My son had to pay them. The store is less than 10 minutes from my house. They charged $100/hour. When they delivered, the men insisted on $300. I called the owner for a receipt. She wouldn't call me back. They saw a chance to be dishonest and they took it. And, the legs had scrapes and damage that I'm sure wasn't there before.
