Some flowers were spent and the bouquet lasted four days before having to be trashed. They were given another attempt to do better last Friday, but again failed. I live 15 miles from town but go in to check on family very often, so I pick up the flowers. It's only Wednesday and the flowers are dead. Half of the floral bouquet was pittosporum leaves. They don't mind keeping the $20 delivery charge. I'm very sorry to have to post this review, but they've been given ample opportunity to improve their business practices.
