So I used to find something here all the time but lately not so much. Staff is great and prices are fine but selection not the best. I think they need to update this store and make it feel a little more either thriftish or antiques but they seem to be confused on what they want to be considered. read more

I had heard that this was a good place to donate used books. I took 4 boxes of books there & attempted to follow their signage to leave them at the loading dock in the back. No one was there to accept them. The dock area was a complete disaster area, strewn with dumped stuff & downed signs. You couldn't even get to the door at the top of the ramp. A woman inside finally came out & mumbled something about everyone going on break at the same time before she helped take the boxes. I thought this might just be a one time issue with the dock. However, I was by there again a couple of days later & the dock was still an accident waiting to happen. It's an admirable concept but too bad it's not better managed. A local thrift shop, it's cutely decorated and you can tell the staff puts in a lot of effort to make it welcoming. I stopped in to see what books they had. Sadly they didn't have a great selection the day I stopped in, but they have a cute book corner. Everything was clean, organized and well priced. read more

This has been my favorite place for many years and I mean many, I donate very often and also shop here but today I told myself I'll no longer be a part of this place anymore because of the employees talking about political issues/views. While they have freedom of speech you should absolutely know better than to talk about it while you're on the clock or in front of customers who just want to come in and relax and unwind from their day by day life, but like hearing them rant about democrats/republicans and how much they hate the current president and g@y people and tr@ns I immediately was like I'm sick of it (no I don't consider myself as neither or voted for anyone ever in my life). Kyle thrift you have managers tell them to view cameras you can see them yourself it was an elder woman with glasses short gray hair and she was with a book cart and the cashier was a slim man with a black hat backwards and gauges in his ear. This happened between 12pm-1pm... so sad that this is what this world become hatred and politics views and discrimination. Also their prices have been like goodwill the imagine below was on 50% being that these places are meant for people who can't afford new clothes or etc. read more

I have donated several times here, I've not ever been inside the shop. All I've donated has come from Dillards or Chico's, so it's not junk! But, if and when I go, I am non-tolerant of rude people and will absolutely tell them to their face. Not acceptable? Treat others as you want to be treated. I pray you learn to treat others better! This is a smaller thrift store but they have a very large section of clothing. There's not a lot of furniture or toys here but there's a decent book/dvd section. Parking was easy. read more

I love coming here! Great prices and very clean and pretty well organized. Workers are friendly. I come here at least once a week.

Usually a great experience however, today when my mother and I went shopping we wanted to see something in the jewelry case. Whenever I said "hey babe can you help me" the girl at the register didn't even acknowledge us. Then my mother said "excuse me maam" she turned around with the rudest expression and said "CAN YOU GIVE ME A MINUTE" we didn't realize she was helping a customer due to obstructed view. That rude 2 second interaction caused us to leave and not return. I just wish management would teach service a little better. Kindness is free. A simple "I'll be with you in just a moment" goes further than disrespect. read more

I come here at least once a week to look around. I've never left empty-handed. The prices are great and I've found tons of cute pillows and home decor. You never know what you'll find. Furniture is priced really low too. I will definitely keep coming back as often as I can because it's one of my favorite places to go since moving here. read more

I love this thrift store! I went there today and walked out with 4 bags of stuff! All for $30! I got so many books, hard covers only 50c and soft covers 25c! I got tons of baby clothes. All $1 each. A cut pair of heels that look brand new $4! Lots of things for your kitchen at amazing prices! Definitely worth checking out! Let's start by saying I come to local thift store at least once a week. I love keeping it local and help thriving businesses within my community.  13% of young adults and children have a mental disorder according to the national institute of health. It hurts to know a young mother was HARASSED by an employee here at KYLE LIBRARY THIFT STORE. Yes Terry I heard the 4 year old crying, we all did, but you were the only one giving the mother dirty looks Yes Terry I heard you ask several times  if the mother even cared. I'm sure she cares very much. No Terry children do not have an off switch like you asked out loud a couple of times. And Yes Terry I was the women in the Grey shirt giving you the looks you yourself were giving to that young mom. Next time I'll visit the local Goodwill instead. read more

This was my favorite place to shop. Much of my wardrobe is from here. Recently they posted 30.07 and 30.06 signs in the front window. This makes it illegal for a person with a concealed handgun license to either open carry or conceal carry in the store. To post a 30.07 sign to prevent open carry is perfectly acceptable but to post a 30.06 sign and make it a crime to conceal carry is going too far. Concealed handgun license holders have passed a background check, written test, and range test to obtain their handgun license. I cannot support a business that denies its customers the right to protect themselves to shop at their location. I hope they reconsider this decision and I hope others will voice their concerns about this decision. read more

I only gave 2 stars because even though I love the actual thrift store itself the staff leaves little to be desired. I recommend never taking your child in there because the staff has a habit of yelling at the parents if the child even looks to hard at something. If it wasn't for the attitudes of most the staff I would give more stars. read more

Nice enough items but rude older woman that is always working there. She wouldn't let my 9 year old son look at the toys, she said ALL children at my side at all times. Just very rude in general. I donate there all the time and since everything is generated from donations one would think they would act friendlier, but NO. I brought a box of clothes to donate and she didn't even look through the box and turned me away! YES, you are reading this right! There were some VERY nice clothes in the box-lots of Banana Republic shirts and slacks, nice men's Polo shirts, and Bass khaki pants worn only ONCE, but she saw my husband's work shirts on top of the pile and said "yea, this isn't looking too great, just take the box and go sweetheart". NEVER again will I go here. Rude staff, embarrassingly scold your children and you as a parent. I was told that they take the less desire able items on a truck to Mexico which is great!
