I took a little road trip this morning, and easily found the store. As a bonus, they had curbside delivery, and a very friendly lady brought it right out and helped me load it. My credit card wasn't too happy, but I walked away with matching drawers/chest, king bed frame in a peacock blue velvet, a leather chaise, and way too much other crap. I'm obsessed though. They do provide a third party service to deliver up to five large pieces of furniture for $250. I highly recommend it as they pick up, transport, and bring it into your house. WINNING. They also install for a minimal fee.

But it's one of those deals where you look at item-after-item and think, "How much would I expect to pay at retail?" only to look at the price tag and suffer sticker shock. Wooden pepper mills for $100? Barstools for $1100? Sure, the discount is applied to that price, but 30-40-50-60% off way too much is still too way much. And "ALL SALES FINAL" appears everywhere. It's basically a retail Williams Sonoma or Pottery Barn store in an outlet mall, that forgot the outlet mall prices.

You can find it on the Tanger side of the outlet mall. The store is much smaller than I thought it would be. I was expecting a large warehouse type of store with a mixture of furniture and home decor (think Home Goods or At Home). This felt more like a random discount furniture outlet store, except with higher quality furniture. There was very little home decor. The bedding and curtains were sort of messy in random containers. The store had mostly couches, a few dining room tables, some end tables, night stands, and outdoor furniture. Everything was at least 40% off of the listed price. All sales are final except for appliances. If you purchase a faulty appliance, you can return it within 48 hours. I actually don't recall seeing any appliances in the store, but I'm sure the inventory is constantly changing. Additionally, they do not hold or reserve furniture before purchasing. The staff was very friendly. A nice gentleman told us about the sales. The employees were wearing casual clothes; it was a little hard differentiating the employees from the customers. Nothing in the store caught my eye, but if you're looking for living room furniture, you may have better luck.

They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.

My girlfriend and I ended our long search for the perfect rug here, where we found a vibrant hand-dyed Kilim that is now the centerpiece of our living room. The showroom is a little out of the way, as the owner Nabil lives on a ranch with his collection of rugs and Arabian horses. However, the rugs here are well worth the drive, and the prices are probably better than you will find anywhere unless you travel to the tribal regions yourself. Nabil treated us with genuine warmth and hospitality, which we are reminded of each time we walk into our living room. If you are in the market for a tribal rug, this is the place to go.
