All I can say is WOW! What an awesome store. Walking in at first and seeing the huge selection, is very overwhelming but as soon as you get help from sales associates the whole process becomes super easy. Sue Haley was the first sales associate to help me. I was having problems with my visualizer app and she took me right to their computer and helped me to visualize my tile selections in my bathroom. She was very knowledgeable and patient in showing me how to access and use the visualizer app. I selected a few tiles that I liked and Sue Haley set me up with their designer Marianne. I showed Marianne the large format tile I had selected for my shower walls and she pulled some floor tiles for me and showed me how you can set them up against the large format tile display making it easy to see if they go well together. She also let me know that all she needed was my builders information and I could take five samples home free. I had no idea. This was such a convenient service and it helped me a lot to take these samples home and see them in my bathroom. I selected the tiles, and a few days later I returned the samples that I didn't want. That day a sales associate named Serenity easily helped me pick out the grout color that would pull the wall and floor tiles perfectly together. I was able to select all the supplies I needed completely in my budget. They have very competitive pricing. Anywhere from inexpensive to custom-made expensive and everything in between. If you are in the need for hard to find transition pieces in a color box stores don't carry anymore, this is your place. They had exactly what we needed and we had been shopping around for weeks. And at a decent price. The staff were pleasant and helpful. And the bathrooms were nice. The store has a great selection of so many things to choose from. We previously purchased kitchen tile from here. Today, we came back to look at additional tile and trim for some upcoming projects. We walked around for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. We went to a customer service representative who was assisting a couple. She never acknowledged us and eventually walked off without so much as a word. I made my way up front to ask for assistance. Let me add that ALL of the people working there for congregating at 2 registers, talking to a total of 3 customers. After asking for help and being passed along, no one ever came. I eventually called while we were inside of the store asking for help for us, as well as other customers who were complaining about the lack of assistance as well. The guy who answered, Matt, said that he would connect me to Amanda, who would help. I spoke with Amanda and notified her that we were inside of the store and needed help and she said that she would be right over. While waiting, we continued to walk around....and wait some more. My husband eventually got frustrated and was ready to go. About 7 minutes after we left the store, Amanda called to ask were we at the right location (I assume that she finally came to look for us), and I told her that we were but left because we never received any assistance. She stated that she hoped we would return at some other time. Why would we want to spend money at a business where it's apparent they do not care about the customer? I am not sure what their business model is but that location must not care too much about their customer service. All in all, I was thoroughly disappointed in the way we were treated and the lack of concern by the employees who work there. If you don't value the customer then I don't see value in spending my money there. read more

i have been working in my bathroom for quite sometime. very frustrated to say the least. i stumbled into Floor and Decor and was greeted by Pricilla who immediately guided me down to the vanities while she listened to my story. we then walked to the flooring and brought back samples with us to see how they looked. i explained that since my budget was used up all doing all the things , she helped me pick out the best things for ME. she explained everything i needed to go home and be successful. i wish i would have come in here from the start because i would have realized that all the bad ideas i had and even with all that BAD videos out there, that this is where i need to be going. pretty happy with myself for not stopping my project. and Pricilla was out of this world. thanks girl! read more

We had a great experience at our design appointment. Our Designer Kelly Rideout was excellent! It felt like you got a personal consult at your fingertips without out shelling out the big bucks. I had many designs ideas for my backsplash, however l know nothing about the application process or what size tiles would look or fit. Kelly is a wealth of knowledge and was always two steps ahead of me. I would highly recommended you book an appointment and discuss with her your ideas. She was incredibly helpful and no pressure. My wife and I went to floor and decor this afternoon, we were looking to put some new wood looking tiles in our house. This is the first time we've been to the store, and we liked it. It was huge & they had a great selection. The store is very clean, it's in a good location it's near IKEA, Twin Peaks, black rifle coffee company. There was plenty of parking. When we walked inside, they asked to see if we needed anything several times. We actually had a nice young gentleman explain how the pricing worked. Later on in the store visit we had another person offer some help. So, in other words they were very friendly. We walked around the store and found what we were looking for. Plus we found Other items to look at. They had some shower set-ups, they had Bathroom cabinets with marble, and other cool stuff to look at. We actually had a pretty good time walking around looking at the different items. I'm not an expert, but it seemed that the prices were fair. We did not buy anything today but we have picked the tile that we want to lay down. We will go back when we're ready to buy the tile. I did see that they had financing, and I also saw that they install. If you're looking to install the wood, or tile or maybe even interested in doing some remodeling on your bathroom I would consider floors and decor. read more

This review is specific to the staff as we didn't buy anything yet. Walked in to get price quotes for new flooring and loved the fact they have so many options. Soon as we walked in we were greeted and told to let them know if we needed help. The staff assigned to their specific areas were also very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't get a single "I don't know" answer. Prices obviously vary depending on material and style but all in all prices didn't look bad. If we go with them for our flooring needs I will do another review on their total cost and Installation abilities. read more

I needed tile and grout for my new kitchen backsplash. My contractor advised me to go to Floor and Decor. I walked into the store and felt totally overwhelmed by the many types, colors, and designs to choose from. So, I wondered over to the design display area and asked the design manager for help. She called for a young lady named Madison who did not disappoint. She listened as I described the look I was aiming for. I also showed her some photos I took of other tile samples paired with a sample of my countertop color. She advised against the type of tile I had in mind, explained why, and then took me to the type and color she would recommend. I loved it! Within about 20 minutes, I was out the door with tile and matching grout. She helped relieve the dread and anxiety I was experiencing over this task. I was so happy to have everything on hand the next morning when my contractor arrived...he also thought it was a great selection. Thanks Madison!
