The best part of this trip was looking at a lamp in the one of the rooms, and as we made it to the end we stopped in the As Is section and I saw the lamp that was regular price $149.99 and on sale for $99.99. Then the real surprise came when I turned a corner and saw it for $69.99! All I can say is make sure you keep your eyes open and walk around because you will find those deals. They only had self service registers, I miss having regular cashiers. An associate helped me get the lamp in the cart. If you change your mind on items, they have baskets right beside it that you can toss in there. At the end of the trip I went and bought a hot dog for $1, it was just a regular one. The condiments were self service to the side and I saw mustard, Swedish mustard and ketchup. I would have liked to have some relish but that didn't happen.

Sue Haley was the first sales associate to help me. I was having problems with my visualizer app and she took me right to their computer and helped me to visualize my tile selections in my bathroom. She was very knowledgeable and patient in showing me how to access and use the visualizer app. I selected a few tiles that I liked and Sue Haley set me up with their designer Marianne. I showed Marianne the large format tile I had selected for my shower walls and she pulled some floor tiles for me and showed me how you can set them up against the large format tile display making it easy to see if they go well together. She also let me know that all she needed was my builders information and I could take five samples home free. I had no idea. This was such a convenient service and it helped me a lot to take these samples home and see them in my bathroom. I selected the tiles, and a few days later I returned the samples that I didn't want. That day a sales associate named Serenity easily helped me pick out the grout color that would pull the wall and floor tiles perfectly together. I was able to select all the supplies I needed completely in my budget. They have very competitive pricing. Anywhere from inexpensive to custom-made expensive and everything in between. There is something here for everyone. I highly recommend Floor and Decor in Live Oak by Ikea in San Antonio Texas.

He did not show up most days to start working until after 3pm and when it gets dark at 6pm that only gives about 2 hours of decent sunlight to work which is not enough time to get anything accomplished correctly. I could go on and on about the horrible job this company did but I would much rather let Karma handle people who do shady business... Trust your gut & find an actual professional!!!! At 8:15 PKH called to say they didn't have washing machine only dryer. If I wanted to have them delivered at the same time I'd have to reschedule but I couldn't reschedule until the next day. Reschedule date was set for 1/3/18 between 12:00-4:00. Around 1:00 came out just to tell me they didn't have the prong needed to install the dryer so I would need to reschedule. Again I have to wait to reschedule. So on 12/22/17, I wrote a $1600.00 check for a washer and dryer from Best Buy that I've yet to receive and at this point have no idea when or in what condition they will be in when I do.

They did…read moreshow up in time and the washer was installed correctly HOWEVER, we have a metal drain cover in the floor of our washroom that got damaged and placed next to the sink. When going to sign off on the delivery slip, Miguel, the delivery person, was standing over the drain so it was not visible to my husband and seemed like he was in a hurry to get my husband to sign off on the delivery. I went to check on the washer right after they left and noticed the damage. The cover is not significant damage and is easily fixed but I was LIVID that they didn't inform us of the damage and had my husband sign off without knowing or seeing it. I called Miguel who had just left within minutes and asked him about it and he said they didn't damage anything. Then I explained what got damaged and asked him to come back so I could show him and he then said that it was under the old washer and "they found it that way" which could not be true because the drain cover was perfectly fine earlier that morning when I did a load of laundry. I am thinking that when they moved the washer, the bottom of the washer may have lifted it off and one of the deliver people picked it up and placed it on the sink and did not inform us. I told him there is no way they "found it under the washer that way" and that I am upset about them being sneaky. He said he would have his warehouse call me and then HUNG UP on me. That made me more upset so I called the customer service number listed on the delivery slip and waited 36 minutes before I was able to speak to someone, who then contacted 'dispatch' and patched me through. After explaining what happened, and that we were able to fix the damage but upset about the service, the lying, and then hanging up on me. She informed me that "she would have to get his side of the story and then call me back on Monday." I do not know the name of the dispatch supervisor and I have yet to receive a call from anyone and it is 5 days later. When I call the customer service line, I get a different person speaking and have to explain the situation all over again and I don't know the name of the dispatch person for their 3rd party contractor so I cannot get an response. AND THIS IS THE SHORT VERSION OF THE STORY. I have purchased several large items through Pacific Kitchen and Home in the Forum in Best Buy but I now will no longer be a loyal customer thanks to Miguel. We previewed their work and was apparent they take pride in their jobs. My Wife had difficulty finding a stone that complimented our decor and Zulma, one of the owners, took the time to go with my Wife to multiple stone yards to find several stones that fit our budget and decor. After selecting our slabs Chris, one of the owners, came to measure and produce templates once we had chosen our slabs. Once the slabs were delivered to their warehouse we had the ability to go to the shop and layout the templates on our slabs of marble and granite, ensuring the grains and patterns were presenting to our liking. The installed product was exactly what we had in mind. The granite and stones were beautiful and the production (cuts and edges) were beautiful. Chris and his installation crew ensured the product they delivered exceeded our expectations. Unlike others, they don't perform an installation and send another crew behind them to fix production problems or installation mistakes. If you are looking for a great experience and a beautiful product you owe it to yourself to visit Chris, Zulma and the SA Granite Works team!
