I went here last week while in the area, looking for a few frames. There is a lot of parking and a great location among other stores. And it is not far from the parking. The inside is decorated very cute, preparing you for the fall vibes. I would have gotten so many pretty things, but I'm sticking to my list. I got someone to help me find the frame to work with the different pictures and artwork. I was even able to get the size measured, which was a plus, and they were on sale, even better, since I had to get a few. I recommend joining their email list to stay connected to weekly ads. Aside from the good quality merchandise at great prices, I'd like to shout out the employees who work in the fabric department. I give them 5/5 stars for excellent customer service. I was looking for fabric to use on a gingerbread house for a Christmas decorating contest and both ladies went out of their way to help me on two separate visits. I mean now a days... the cheaper retail stores just do this, ever since Covid .. and I get it , they want to get out at a more consistent time .. but it makes me LIVID ... I RAN to the planners.. because I was full aware I have about 6-7 min to choose one Its 7:56... and she was just standing 2 feet away from me like security the whole time.. saying "our registers are closing at 8pm" Me "mmhm.. I know" She stays standing there.. 2 feet away. Awkward as hell. I wasn't to tell her to give me personal space so badly.. like it's actually making it harder to pick what I want with you standing there watching me. ( first of all : no shit, I see you close at 8pm Second: I also passed a line of 5-6 people at the register 60 seconds ago... ain't no way the register is "shutting down automatically at 8:00" Third: UNTIL it's ACTUALLY 8:01... don't walk up and tell me shit. I'm an adult trying to SPEND money here... not a criminal child you need to babysit. I hated that I just gave them business. It's just over the top and shitty to do that with customers. read more

They have a great selection of Christmas decorations and my wife decided we needed new this year. Love this hobby lobby, sometimes i just go in to get some ideas, but it doesn't help that I get followed. Went shopping, around 10 am on a Tuesday, and i can tell that this older lady kept showing up in every section i was in. I could have confronted her, but i also work customer service at a big store and i didn't want it to get out of hand. Next time she can just come up to me and ask if i needed help instead of making it seem like I'm not wanted there, since she thinks I'm going to steal, maybe because i am a young black female with a hat and i was wearing my mask. I bought my shirts and i went on with my day. I guess she can try to make it less obvious next time. But I'm not a thief, and i still will continue to come back. read more

Double check the measurements of your fabric. I asked for 8 yards of fabric and when I got home I measured it to make my cuts and found out I only had 6.19 yards. This really messed up my project but most important that is the perfect way to steal from customers. Imagine 1 yard per customer per day! That's how hobby lobby makes its profit and most of the time customers didn't even notice it. Be aware! read more

Their wedding aisle has multiple useful products such as wedding favor containers, cake toppers, printable invitations, etc. I recently used their custom framing services and was very impressed with it. The staff member that assisted me was able to come up with an affordable solution for framing 3 diplomas. All the employees are always helpful and friendly. In June I brought in a print I purchased in New York to be framed. Once I brought it home and removed the plastic wrapping, I noticed an unusual mildew odor. Three weeks later the odor was still present. I returned to HL and asked them if they noticed the odor. They did and offered to redo at no charge. I picked up the print a week later and removed the plastic wrap and the mildew odor was still there. Once again I took the print back and asked about the odor and they said that the odor was from the frame or the paper used on the back. They redid the framing again. After a long odyssey and several trips back for the same issue, I finally picked up the framed print today, October 1, 2019. Guess what? The paper on the back of the frame was still full of glue on the edges and the paper backing looked terrible as it was full of holes and completely rippled and wrinkled. TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL job and I paid $165.00 in June for this kind of work. A suggestion to the human resources department of HL that hire employees to work at the framing center, hire people who aren't rude and have some modicum of talent in what they are suppose to do. This was a complete ripoff and waste of time. Beware! read more

The place is horrible. From the employee who kept crop dusting my wife to the other stalking her as if she were a shop lifter. Not once did she ask if we needed assistance, but kept following us silently. Every employee we crossed seemed extremely disgruntled and unfriendly. read more
