HomeGoods is the perfect place to find unique and affordable home essentials! I love their location at The Rim because it is connected to a Tj Maxx which makes it super convenient to shop for both clothing and home items. They've recently rearranged the store and I am pretty sure they added more large furniture pieces, as well as carpets. If you want to take one of their big furniture pieces, just let one of the staff members know and they'll put it to a side for you. If you are not 100% sure about a piece of furniture and need to get some measurements or a bigger car to move it, the store can put it on hold for you. I also like all their seasonal items for holidays like Christmas, Valentines, Easter, etc. They always have the cutest and most unique items! The only negative thing about this store are the lines! HomeGoods seems to always be packed and you can be in line to pay for a good 30 min (specially on the weekends). read more

This location has a full size HomeGoods store side by side with a TJMaxx store. You can move between both stores and there are 18 registers in the middle. During busy days the line to checkout looks like a line to board an amusement park ride or clear airport security. So avoid Saturdays and Sundays. The selection is impressive and nice quality. They have beautiful name brand items for all kinds of taste. It's easy to get carried away. Personally, I think this location has the best selection of storage items of all the HomeGoods in the metro SA area. If you see something you like hurry up and put it in your cart. Trust me, it will not be there if you go back for it. I picked up a small end table and before I made it to the end of the aisle two employees had already come by and filled the spot with an entirely different item. This happened continually. It was like a buffet style home decor store with staff restocking pieces as quickly as the salad guy at a Chinese buffet. With the crowds and extra staff with dollies of furniture,it makes for very slow shopping. Again, avoid Saturday and Sunday during peak shopping hours. This store has a good selection, as it is linked to a TJMaxx store. The two stores together can get really crowded with ppl and during the holidays the check out line is crazy long. I can certainly understand that due to the holiday rush but what I can't understand are the crappy employees. Especially the security team. They follow you and make it seem quite obvious, sometimes getting very close to you. This has happened many times here and yet only seems to be at this particular store. We've been huge fans of TJMaxx and Marshalls since the 80s. Have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise all over the country, and make it a point to go to TJMaxx stores for everything we need. However, because of this store we don't go as often as we once did and we even find ourselves going to Ross more and more even the quality of the goods are not on par with those at TJMaxx. read more

Why does this business, marshalls included, think it's a good idea to start putting all the products out as soon as the store opens. It is the most annoying thing ever. Went to this location on Thursday. Every aisle you couldn't even get through with your cart because people were stocking shelves. It's the rudest thing ever but it's so common with these stores. With all these employees available , they only had two cashiers with at least 20 people in the line to check out. Love the store, but hate how the business operates. This was my first trip to Home Goods. I was particularly looking for furniture, but found it to be more of a place for home decorating items, kitchen items, and bedding. There was a large variety of things to choose from. Things like lamps, small tables, artwork, pillows, vases, picture frames, place mats, rugs, just a lot of stuff. Interesting that it was combined with the TJ Maxx next door. So I'm guessing they are affiliated. TJ MAXX partnered and featured with home goods at this location has one of the best selections I have seen at any of its other branches. Because my experience was limited to the home goods side and the baby section of TJ Maxx primarily, my review will focus on those two predominately. First, the CONS: The prices are not exactly significantly marked down in my opinion. If you shop around the outlets you can actually find much better deals at the designer stores than you will here. Granted it may be because TJ Maxx does not have holiday sales or clearance events, it is nevertheless a turn off in that sense. The biggest con of this particular location is it's ridiculously long register line! Yes, LINE. that often curves multiple times inside the store before you even get to the designated line they have created. TJ and Home Goods share the same registers and often times you have to decide if what you're getting is worth the 30+ minutes of waiting you have to do. I have walked out before. The best pro in this location is the amazing selection! Now if you're like me, you'd probably find everything you don't need and scramble to find whatever it is you came for, but that is true of shopping in general. This store though does have an amazing selection that is so far unparalleled by its other branches I have been to across multiple states. The staff are also friendly but because of how busy this location is, it is almost as hard as winning a lottery trying to find someone who works there without having to ask around. read more

Came here for a a couple of dog beds, I found one that I liked, but it had clearly been returned as it had a large stain and no price tag, but had "22.50" written on it. Assuming that's the price (as any other customer would) I take it to the checkout where it's explained to me that the department number is 22 and stained dog bed is $50. Came to look for a gift and stumbled upon a nice candle set. I asked the first Lady if it had a sale because it was Valentine's Day themed which was last month and on the clearance shelf. Love all the items here, just not the customer service. I purchased a necklace from the closed counter right when I came into the TJ MAXX side. My sister went to the restroom and I decided to put it on and accidentally bumped into one of the workers. I guess she assumed I stole it because I was taking off the tags and placed them back in the box. All the sudden I was followed by two managers and one on the phone with the police. Yea for shopping at HomeGoods. It is the perfect place to pick out the accent piece for your home, whether it is a beautiful picture, unique wall art, or a piece of furniture to fit that one spot in your home, you will probably find it here at a great price. I have found a really neat piece of furniture. It is small, has one drawer and then a large oval mirror over it. Within the mirror is a place to hang your necklaces and the other side for scarves or the like. It sits perfectly in our hallway that makes an L so that we can see people coming down the opposite side of the hall. We really enjoy that piece of furniture. Last time we went Ben found these little end tables to go next to our sofa. They had to be thin but sturdy enough to hold our beverages - yep he found the perfect thing. So see guys, you can help out finding things for your home too. They also have jewelry, and purses and shoes, oh my, its a shopping dream. They now have some chocolate from Germany for Christmas - watch out, I am buying it all up - so creamy. So yes they have food options also. This is so my go to place for presents and items for the home. We even got the cake topping for my wedding here - Thanks Mom. It was a piece of Len-ox (the real deal) with two bells hung within a heart and on a base. We had so many complements on it. I have not seen one like it since, so keep your eyes open for treasures when you walk thru. I could go on and on about the glasses, silverware, dishes, dog items, lamps, rugs, baby items, bedding, bath items, food, candy, - oh my goodness I think I need to go shopping. This is a great Home Goods location. It's clean, there's plenty of items to keep you wandering for hours, and it's attached to TJ Maxx. Hooray. There's a good selection of everything, dining/cookware, rugs, large furniture, lamps, bath items... you name it. I've been in bigger locations, but this place makes good use of their space and packs the store with merchandise. I love the color choices, and I love finding unique items here. I'm never unhappy with the price, I think Home Goods is reasonable after spending time at my other go-tos, Pier 1 or Z Gallerie. Most slow cashiers ever. Forget about returning online items here, even the manager does not know how to make the return. We waited for more than 30mins for them to figure it out. Management should pay attention to these employees as they are dragging the reputation of the stores down. I love Home Goods. It is my ideal place to go and spend money on things that I need (and don't) on the weekend. I also like the fact that I can pop in when I need new shower rods, and bam! find them in all colors for much less than...other stores. This side of the store (shared with TJ Maxx) is full of home furniture and decorations, bedroom and bathroom items, and lots of kitchenware. I used to like the old layout of the store, but since their new rearrangement, I think that the kitchen section has grown, which is great for me. I do miss the Le Creuset items they used to have though... All in all, a really nice store to stop in if you need anything for the home.
