They have anything and everything you need for a restaurant or bakery. Wholesale items and some not wholesale in the large quantity. You need a buisness license or get a free day pass to enter. There was a long line to check out but it went fast as they were quick at the checkouts. Prices seemed very reasonable compared to other warehouse stores. read more

This place is great. I come here for specific items and for special events. During this visit the staff was especially kind. Lizzy in small wares was great. She gave me directions to find things that I needed & answered a few questions I had. Esmeralda, our cashier, was friendly & I really appreciated her being so patient. I forgot that I needed a # to check out & she was so nice. I ran quickly to get one & she didn't act irritated at all when I got back (It took less than a minute to sign in my name & grab a # fr the desk, but still). If you plan on shopping here & you don't have a tax ID # then make sure you get a number at the front door before checking out. When we first got there the line was soooo long! Pretty cool mega-grocery supply store. The selection of items, along with quantities is absolutely massive and amazing. The prices are reasonable, and honestly cheaper than other big "bulk" grocery stores/chains! I personally didn't interact with anyone in my short visit, but everyone seemed very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about their products & stock. I will definitely be back to stock up for my college apartment! (Especially for the corn tortillas and olives). read more

This place is good for what it's meant for, businesses and restaurants. The place is messy, the staff is sort of gruff. Half of the stuff doesn't have prices but the app usually can save the day in that regard. It's an organized chaos, firmly leaning more towards the chaos side. You can find many things you need here for running and operating restaurants and food trucks. But they don't have a lot in the way of items for places like convenient stores or the like. There is usually a long long line but it moves fairly quickly given the amount of items many people buy. I mean, people literally drop thousands of dollars per visit. Good store, needs some help but overall it's a life saver in many circumstances read more

This place is very discriminatory and unorganized. Advertised items could not be found. The supervisor scanned only our receipt upon leaving the place. People had their carts 10x the amount of items than we had and did not have their items picked at like the items on our cart. I have never felt so awkward in public ever. Other people with filled carts walked out right after ours yet we had our items picked at, sorted through and counted. They made me feel like a criminal. read more

Just to clarify what some others are saying, there is NO COST to a membership here. You only need a DBA to shop. The food & supply selection for a small business or an individual that produces food at home is unequaled. The cold room is something to see on its own. The selections of meats, cheeses & produce is great. During COVID, be sure to bring a jacket. Usually they are provided for you. I have visited stores in New Orleans, Houston, San Antonio & Austin. Each offers something a little different that suits the local cuisine. I consider it a tourist destination if you like to cook. read more

First time there today. On entering store and throughout the selection of items I needed the staff was professional and very polite however when I got to the cashier all this changed I was asked to stand in front like everyone else then this lady in black who is in the front ask us to move through a small opening leaving the goods we selected. When I realized I was where I entered first at the counter so I thought this strange so I ask the lady at the counter why we were ask to go back there. She said that's strange and went to find out. They are the only place to get halal special order meat at a reasonable price, they special order it for us. also as far as things needed for a restaurant like spices, sauce cups, food trays, etc. this is the place to go. i dont expect the very high end restaurants to shop here for everything but I'm sure they get stuff here or less that would explain their prices. as far as service, ask for a manager they will always help out. The lines are always long. There are never enough registers open. It seems everybody has at least 1 item that needs a price check. We were in line for 30 minutes and they closed the register. Sent us to another and the gentleman who closed it told us behind the last customer "it's not the end of the world." Walked the customer and us to another's register. The other line had a short line, but not quick. I hate that this is my only choice. read more

Unfortunately, you must be a restaurant or nonprofit to be allowed in. It is similar to Costco or Sam's club except it is for restaurants. A food lovers paradise, fresh herbs by the pound vegetables by the case along with Meats, cheeses, canned goods and equipment. All at low prices. This place has a great selection of food service items for us Restauranteurs. However despite the recent remodel it's a very difficult place to find what your looking for. Aisles and shelves are poorly labeled and prices are hard to find. Aisles are usually cluttered with stock and hard to negotiate. Most staff I've encountered are of little help and borderline rude. If you ask them where something is they either don't know or are indifferent. The check out process is cumbersome and inefficient. If it weren't for the excellent selection I would not return. read more

I like the selection and the prices. We own a Cajun Catering business and except for the crawfish, we get everything we need here. Minus one star because it can be hard to find things and the long checkout lanes. Good thing is I can order ahead and they will have it on a cart for me when I arrive. 0 Stars Don't get even the basic concepts of customer service. Time after time it has been the worst. We stopped going altogether. Not to mention, it is perilous just trying to shop there. They do all their stocking in daytime and you are constantly blocked or beeped at. What an obstacle course. Do stocking night like everyone else! Some food products are the same as everywhere. Others, like their meats are horrible as far as the salami, etc. - SUGAR in them which throws off the flavor as well. Only frozen Italian sausage, once, cooked tastes odd. Check out is slow and it seems the entire staff has a poor attitude toward everything, especially customers. read more

I visited the store and just let me say this is a caterer dream. I found so many items that would be good for my business, and at a price that is worth it. The staff was warm and friendly. You could tell it was my first time visiting by the way I was in awe of everything, and I got a tour of the whole store (special shot out to Justin he helped me so much.) I look forward to my next visit which will be soon just to see what is new and on sale.:) read more
