(See photos) We understand the "as-is" policy but we were mislead to believe we would get the wrapped chair. The deception and mistrust leaves a bad taste. We will not be going back to this store. Conns: the cushions are ok and pillows never fluffed uo to its full potential and for that i gave it a 3 star rating due to no fluff and I was allowed to purchase a item that was out of stock. Pillows can be fixed by investing another $150.00 and adding more stuffing. Just a FYI... if you are over 6 foot tall I would not recommend, the cushions width are small. The seller of sectional did communicate with me and gave me an option to refund my money or go with the delivery of the second choice sectional. Received a call from Adair (sp?) who continued to cut me off when describing the issue, because he needed to express that it wasn't under warranty.
