Received a call from Adair (sp?) who continued to cut me off when describing the issue, because he needed to express that it wasn't under warranty. Which was confusing to me, as the current pump has been installed far less than a year. Our call got VERY heated. Once I told him he was being recorded, it was amazing how his tone changed. WAS COMICAL! In the end, his resolution was "take it up with Polaris, have a nice day" and hung up.
