THIS ONE IS THE WORSE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! Staff just walk past the mess and don't even try. I even saw the plastic bags used for purchases on the floor and numerous staff just walk right past them. Anyone can just walk by and pick up these bags and go shopping for free. Everywhere I looked in here was a hot mess. You can tell product goes out to the shelf but there is NO CLEANING happening in the store. Merchandise is everywhere it's not agree supposed to be. I will not be going to this store ever again. Overall the store has a lot to offer but the layout is a bit cramped and the displays can be chaotic for some items.

Converted them both to Variable Speed, and we went with what they recommended. Tony (installer) was always friendly. The booster pump has failed 2x in less than 2 years (they last about 9 months). During the 2nd installation, Tony readily admitted they have had recent issues with that model (PB4SQ). When I called this morning, I was told someone would call me back. Received a call from Adair (sp?) who continued to cut me off when describing the issue, because he needed to express that it wasn't under warranty. Which was confusing to me, as the current pump has been installed far less than a year. Our call got VERY heated. Once I told him he was being recorded, it was amazing how his tone changed. WAS COMICAL! In the end, his resolution was "take it up with Polaris, have a nice day" and hung up. Then proceeded to block my email & phone number, further showing his respect for the customer and service.
