We loved our selection, however we were advised there was another identical accent chair in the back storeroom that was still wrapped. We said that is great!, we don't have to take the floor model and our chair will not get dirty during the transport. When the delivery guy arrived we were shocked to see the floor model with the tears and other blemishes. (See photos) We understand the "as-is" policy but we were mislead to believe we would get the wrapped chair. The deception and mistrust leaves a bad taste. We will not be going back to this store. Please beware of deceptive practices.

We called our sales associate and were told they have a repair person on-site. Long-story short: given the runaround - manufacturer web site says to deal with retailer. Retailer says to call manufacturer. Manufacturer does not return calls. The chair is now 5 months old. It is useless to us and we'll be dragging it out to the garage. We were very pleased at first. Until after they made the sale. We like the store. They sold us a bad piece of furniture and we are willing to give them a second chance after they replace this chair. The chair is headed to our garage. It is stuck in an unbalanced, unusable state after normal use.

In my opinion i feel that it was bad business, it was a Christmas gift and horrible timing. The sectional we received is smaller than what we originally ordered but similar. Pros: It was easy to assemble and color is exactly what she wanted. Comfort is good for now. Conns: the cushions are ok and pillows never fluffed uo to its full potential and for that i gave it a 3 star rating due to no fluff and I was allowed to purchase a item that was out of stock. Pillows can be fixed by investing another $150.00 and adding more stuffing. Just a FYI... if you are over 6 foot tall I would not recommend, the cushions width are small. The seller of sectional did communicate with me and gave me an option to refund my money or go with the delivery of the second choice sectional. Being it was a Christmas gift and 4 days away from Christmas I chose to have them delivered. The Delivery was early and for the effort I'm ok with it but not 100% satisfied.

Every time I've ever gone in, the staff have always been friendly and very helpful. You can always order your chemicals from Amazon but this place is about the same price and you get the benefit of talking to someone about your needs. They listen carefully and make suggestions- I've never felt they were pushy at all just genuinely offering their knowledge and suggestions. He gave us a bottle to bring in a water sample if our chemistry ever gets too off but with their advice/product suggestions we've never needed to do that. Love that it's just around the corner and they always have what I need in stock. They also carry many pool toys and other fun backyard enhancements for kids and adults.

Further proof that the store / store owner (Adair) does not back the products / services he provides. ANGRY OWNER!!!! Will post the recorded call of his temper and poor service / communication shortly. READ THE REVIEWS & BELIEVE THE LOW RATINGS. Don't be fooled like I was. They got $3,700 of my money and then when challenged, he hung up, blocked my number and email. Class Act!! They replaced both of my pool pumps. Converted them both to Variable Speed, and we went with what they recommended. Tony (installer) was always friendly. The booster pump has failed 2x in less than 2 years (they last about 9 months). During the 2nd installation, Tony readily admitted they have had recent issues with that model (PB4SQ). When I called this morning, I was told someone would call me back. Received a call from Adair (sp?) who continued to cut me off when describing the issue, because he needed to express that it wasn't under warranty. Which was confusing to me, as the current pump has been installed far less than a year. Our call got VERY heated. Once I told him he was being recorded, it was amazing how his tone changed. WAS COMICAL! In the end, his resolution was "take it up with Polaris, have a nice day" and hung up. Then proceeded to block my email & phone number, further showing his respect for the customer and service. Beware...poor diagnosis, poor customer service, poor product & service backing, poor communication.
