Stopped in at this Target as we were not in our area. I was shocked at the state of the store. I'm a Target girly and been to plenty of Targets around the state. THIS ONE IS THE WORSE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! Staff just walk past the mess and don't even try. I even saw the plastic bags used for purchases on the floor and numerous staff just walk right past them. Anyone can just walk by and pick up these bags and go shopping for free. Everywhere I looked in here was a hot mess. You can tell product goes out to the shelf but there is NO CLEANING happening in the store. Merchandise is everywhere it's not agree supposed to be. I will not be going to this store ever again. I hope the manager reflects on the feedback and makes change. read more

This store does not cycle through product efficiently. So much of what was on the shelves was expired and I mean over a month expired. The bread and tortilla aisle was seriously a joke. See the attached pictures. Many of the health breads such as Sola had a secondary expiration sticker over the original sticker which was wayyy expired. Not returning to this location. read more

Did not get the sectional I Originally ordered, i received a text notifying me that what i had purchased was out of stock! In my opinion i feel that it was bad business, it was a Christmas gift and horrible timing. The sectional we received is smaller than what we originally ordered but similar. Pros: It was easy to assemble and color is exactly what she wanted. Comfort is good for now. Conns: the cushions are ok and pillows never fluffed uo to its full potential and for that i gave it a 3 star rating due to no fluff and I was allowed to purchase a item that was out of stock. Pillows can be fixed by investing another $150.00 and adding more stuffing. Just a FYI... if you are over 6 foot tall I would not recommend, the cushions width are small. The seller of sectional did communicate with me and gave me an option to refund my money or go with the delivery of the second choice sectional. Being it was a Christmas gift and 4 days away from Christmas I chose to have them delivered. The Delivery was early and for the effort I'm ok with it but not 100% satisfied. read more

Came to target today and was shocked when I came into the dressing room area. It is a huge mess with clothes everywhere that need to get returned to the racks. I went to the pick up counter booth to get an item I purchased online. This was my first time doing this. I wasn't greeted by the associate no smile no friendliness. I told him what I was there for gave him my order number and he walked away. I assumed he went to go get the item. When he came back, I asked him if he can bring me up as I had just two items. I did not think it was a big deal. He looked at me and said you should've told me this in the beginning. That remark took me by surprise. This location is very well put together always stocked for the most part and not very busy!! However, the bathroom is DISGUSTING!!!! The smell, the stalls, everything.... But I find that ALL targets have the most nasty bathroom situations going on. It's so bad that I'd much rather use a QT gas station bathroom.... Target is now stopping guest at the front door telling them it's the "law" to wear a mask. That's simply not true. Produce is always overpriced and spoiled. I only come here when I have to. Being harassed and followed by the front door attendant is a bit over the top. She could've at least been up to date on TX mandates. This is my neighborhood location. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Shopping here has ALWAYS been a hit or miss. They are often out of stock. This has been an issue long before the pandemic. I now use the Target app to check availability before I shop but sometimes that can be misleading because it may not be out on the shelves yet. This is my neighborhood Target, so I frequent it a few times a week with my family. My problem with this location is they constantly overcharge. Sale prices and gift card promotions are very rarely honored at checkout. It's always a source of long register waits. I now actually take photos of advertised prices & deals to save myself the time & headache. It's hard to find help when shopping on the aisles. Also, produce is not fresh. It's not uncommon to see rotten foods displayed. I also hate how the cartwheel app is always so difficult to use. So many malfunctions, and again creating longer lines. With that said the staff is almost always friendly. I prefer to shop Target online to avoid the overcharging. read more

This review is two-fold. Target as a store has a phenomenal helpful and friendly staff. The jerk that works the CVS pharmacy -Stryker Awtry however, is the most in-compassionate jerk I have ever run into. Stay away from this pharmacy or be treated like crap like I have even with extenuating circumstances. Denied me an early refill even though CVS had already given an exception. Out of town, sudden death in the family and this jerk would not refill the necessary prescription for me. Hung up on me once, and even hung up on the CVS representative with my insurance company. Trust me, go to Walgreens or Walmart but do not deal with this guy!!! read more

The most frustrating thing about this store is the 28 checkout aisles they have and they only open 2 or 3. I was in the store a while ago and there were long lines at each checkout lane as well as the self checkout. When I mentioned that they needed to open more checkout lanes, the lady who was monitoring lanes argued with me and told me how wrong I was. Sheesh! I probably shouldn't count for Target reviews because I worked there for 5 years while in school but I will put my biased opinion aside for a second. This Target is an awesome neighborhood store. It has a full grocery store along with a pharmacy, Starbucks, optometrist, bakery and deli. Plus all the other awesomeness a regular Target brings to the table. On top of all of those things their employees are very friendly and helpful. I got asked three different times if I needed help during my last visit. The manager whose name was Crystal screamed at an employee and was causing a scene over nothing and gave me the biggest attitude I have ever gotten at a supermarket. My question wasn't hard or cause too much problems just asking if a coupon I had was only for one item or my purchase. And as I was walking out after finishing checking out she gave me dirty looks and glares along side with I'm guessing her other manger friends. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
