We bought a new house and wanted to get rid of our USAF moving furniture. We looked everywhere and…read moreended up going back three times to the RGallery. We were beyond impressed with the kindness of the staff. My husband explained what he was looking for and the gentleman told him we could meet him over at their warehouse bc he was sure he had what he wanted. The warehouse was so impressive (let me be clear, the store is also) We found our king size bedroom set in a matter of minutes. They set it up to deliver quickly. While my husband did all the paperwork I finished going through the store. They had a stunning corner bar that matched perfectly. It was the bar I always wanted. I was not a huge fan of the bedroom set but boy did I want that bar for our kitchen. My husband said "no". After a few days I went back to the store to add it and it was on hold with my name on it, like I said "the women up front is family instantly". Deliver day came and they were 100% professionals. I have another room to do soon and RGallery will be our first stop. The wood is stunning and our furniture set has held up perfectly. Everything about them is wonderful! Down to the drink at the door!

While trying to gatekeep it, I can't help but tell all my friends about this place because it's just too good. I can't speak enough about how amazing the staff is, their service is truly so amazing. This place is hard to rate. They have a couple of outlets - one on S Probandt, and one on Walzam…read moreRd. Probandt is an old warehouse and the goods are presented in a commensurate fashion, making it kind of a dump to go to. BUT it is very large and they have a lot of items. The Walzam Rd location is smaller, more store-like and a lot cleaner. Selection is similar but my impression is of smaller quantities and more limited selection. They both carry a wide range of construction and household materials, whether reclaimed from remodels or demolitions, or closeouts, seconds and scratch-and-dent. They also have a lot of paints, much of which is "evolve", a brand that keeps excess project or returned paint from being senselessly dumped in landfills. Prices are better than the building materials stores, but you still need to know what a good price is, as some of the smaller household goods can be found for less elsewhere (mainly online). But bargains are to be found if you don't mind spending time browsing. I suggest coming prepared with a complete list of what you might need, so you come away with what you really want at a price that suits you. All of that said, remember that this is a thrift store for Habitat for Humanity, a very good organization that makes affordable housing available for low income people. So anything you buy supports a great cause. I would have rated this 3-stars, but the nature of what their main focus is caused me to make it 4-stars since the dollars you spend here contributes to helping people in need.

The prices were decent, but did not find what I was looking for. Although a friendly sales woman offered to help us, she made us VERY uncomfortable by watching our every move while we tested the furniture. I know I'm black but it's not like I'm going to walk out with a sectional in my bag, so some breathing room would have been great. There was a nice older man who greeted us when we walked in and he was definitely the only thing that saved this from getting a one star review. He seemed genuinely happy to point us in the direction of where we needed to go, and gave great information on their pricing structure. Please get AC for your show room, this is Texas!!!!
