Hello, my name is Stefany and I am a dollar store addict. (Hello, Stefany.) Dollar stores are magic. I regularly get generic household staples from tupperware and fresh produce to seasonal decor and razors at dollar stores and never have issues. The stores are treasure troves and hunting for the best bargains is a grand old time for me. But then I found Five Below, where everything is $5 (and) below, hence the name. The entire store is basically a giant Target Dollar Spot, and I love it. The space is huge, with areas dedicated to workout gear, summer pool toys, board games and puzzles, makeup and skincare, electronic accessories, and even a considerable amount of clothing. Given that I don't live here full time and flew in with a tiny carry-on, there was only so much I could take with me, but this spot instantly comes to mind as a great place to build a gift basket for everyone from your kid's teacher to your new neighbor, or just to gift shop for yourself. The fact that I literally couldn't take it with me was the only thing stopping me from buying up half the store. For bonus points, they also partner with various charities for donations and raffles. Currently, they're promoting Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer- an organization that actually rates high for financial accountability and transparency!

Similar to Dollar Tree but better! Went in to just look around and of course left with some purchases. My favorite finds were the gel nail polish, cute boot socks and a basic black dress for Halloween. Is it cheap stuff made in China? Most of it yes it is but definitely a good place for inexpensive stocking stuffers especially for a teen or pre teen. They have a great candy selection better than Dollar Tree. So if you're looking for candy for party bags or piñatas look here. The stores I've been to have always been very clean and neat, not messy at all. Think of this place as the "Target" of the dollar stores Found a gaming headset for Xbox 360 that was $5. We'll see how long it lasts,

I came to this location to do a return on some online items I had purchased. An item was defective and I was just looking to exchange it but the item wasn't in stock at the store so I was willing to substitute it for something else. Buying things online at five below you do not get a receipt just your email confirmation along with when it's delivered. No I didn't have a receipt I wanted to make sure I was able to exchange my items without any problems in store. Speaking with customer service before hand they let me know I was able to make an exchanges or get a refund at any in store location. As always I go in for one thing but end up purchasing more. At the register the cashier was really nice and I let her know about my defective item she was willing to do the exchange but wanted to make sure with her manager that she was handling the exchange correctly. No problem to me I was willing to show my email confirmation and billing information when I had ordered the product online. As soon as the manager walked up to the register the cashier let her know that I didn't have a receipt & I bought it online (obviously I have no receipt because I bought it online) but wanted to make and the first thing that she screams out of her mouth is "she can return it, but she ain't getting no money back". I'm sorry but that tone and way of speaking to any customer in your store is not professional at all. It was very rude first of all and made it seem as though I had nit brought the items and just wanted money back. With my mask I'm sure she couldn't see the expression on my face but I simply just gave her a nice little smile.Because today was not the day and I did not want to say anything I shouldn't have. :) When she looked at me.Myself Working in customer service the last 12 years I know this is no way to speak or treat any customer in your store. the manager here needs a lot more training in customer service And just respect in general . Also if you want to try to run your store. you need to run over your stores policy again because my receipt is my order confirmation # duh

The store had a nice selection and the staff was friendly but the store was messy and I was digging to look for items.

Good news-prices are reasonable, some good quality pieces and new inventory every week…read more Bad news-customer service is not up to par. We loved our selection, however we were advised there was another identical accent chair in the back storeroom that was still wrapped. We said that is great!, we don't have to take the floor model and our chair will not get dirty during the transport. When the delivery guy arrived we were shocked to see the floor model with the tears and other blemishes. (See photos) We understand the "as-is" policy but we were mislead to believe we would get the wrapped chair. The deception and mistrust leaves a bad taste. We will not be going back to this store. Please beware of deceptive practices.

Customer service does not exist in this place. We purchased a $600.00 steel-frame, leather…read morerecliner. Within the first 60 days, the chair started leaning. We called our sales associate and were told they have a repair person on-site. Long-story short: given the runaround - manufacturer web site says to deal with retailer. Retailer says to call manufacturer. Manufacturer does not return calls. The chair is now 5 months old. It is useless to us and we'll be dragging it out to the garage. We were very pleased at first. Until after they made the sale. We like the store. They sold us a bad piece of furniture and we are willing to give them a second chance after they replace this chair. The chair is headed to our garage. It is stuck in an unbalanced, unusable state after normal use.
