got all the stuff I needed. the store wasn't a issue. THE EMPLOYEES are what made me leave a 1 star review I was in line for about 15mins and the whole time I was in line Cashier on Lane 2 on 12/20/20 @ 18:12 (who i believe was the manager on duty) had her mask below her nose and when she would talk to costumers she would pull her mask down. when I finally got to the counter I nicely asked MARCIA to let her fellow employee to put her mask on properly to which she gave me a ugly look and then ignored me and then the girl on Lane 2 YELLED at MARCIA what she needed to which Marcia replied "i need quarters" not once mentioning the mask. so of course I called her out and said "pulling down her mask was not necessary to talk to you. let alone YELL from across the room" and marcias response was "things have been a little crazy here because of the holidays" so I replied "There are people dying during this pandemic and your complaining cause you work retail??!! i'll tell her myself since you won't." so I told the lady and her response was "it keeps falling." THEN GO GET ONE OFF THE SALES FLOOR THAT WONT FALL DOWN!!! read more

Cool Dollar Tree. Feels a little more crammed than normal though. Some of the seasonal items are out of place. Also not seeing some of the items that I normally see. Also things were out of place and not on hooks. Seems like this location is a little ancient. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. Mind you went in for 2 things and the cashier all of a sudden starts telling me that I was spreading diseases because I wasn't wearing my mask all the way. Now I'm sorry but I wear glasses and I can't see when I have it covering my nose. If I wasn't wearing a mask I understand. read more

I enjoy going to this location because it's organized, clean and easy to find what you're looking for. The only downside is it's a bit further away from where I live and it's a bit smaller than the one closer to where I live. The parking is decent, even though it shares it's parking with different stores in the shopping area. The employees are nice. While at the store I was able to walk through the aisle without the trouble of boxes in the way. The shelves were stocked and it was easy to find more than one of each item. When checking out the employee was nice and pleasant with the customers that they were helping. I would love to come to this location more often, but it's not as close to where I live, but I'll be back whenever I had errands around the area! read more

What can I say about Dollar Tree. A dollar for some sunglasses for my son. A dollar for some shampoo for me; for what little hair I have left. A dollar for some candy; before we go to the movies. What makes Dollar Tree stand out from any other dollar store is that you can find some brand name items that you will not find at any other dollar store. I came in looking for some gift bows and puttered around the rest of the store. Now as I sidled down the kitchen section, the kitchen counter mats I had been previously looking for at nearly every major retailer practically screamed, "Remember me?! You've been looking for this!!" A 2-pack for a dollar. Uhh, yes and thank you. I bought all of them. So that serendipitously unexpected find totally rocked my trouser socks. Not only that, but while I was looking around, an EMPLOYEE actually ASKED ME if I needed any HELP. That has NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, happened to me at a dollar store before. It's okaaay. Staff varies, some are friendly, others not so much or at all. It's got a good selection and pretty clean, unlike other D. Trees. Did not appreciate however tthe clerk did not say one word of greeting at register or anything else! It could have been a robot waiting on me...lol. What irked me was that the person next in line was treated like a customer should be.... oh well I suppose it was because they were of the same ethnicity or so it would appear???! read more

I didn't know what register to go to and she gave me a smart answer and threw her stuff down like I was a inconvenience to her. The past few visits the store has been cluttered and disorganized. Piles and piles of boxes blocking shelves and stacked pretty high (not safe!). There is usually one checker and this time there were at least 10 people waiting in line. The manager or person in the office- Alicia- never came out to help until the one register froze. She never apologized for the wait or thanked anyone for being patient. There were only 3 or 4 carts in the whole store. I've been going to this store for over 18 years and I've never seen it this bad and not just once on several occasions. read more
