Definitely need new staff because it seems like this location and Potranco location is the same type of service. Definitely don't recommend Kohl's . I see why they have such a low ratings . Also they may deal signs to trick you you're getting 20 percent off certain items and when you go check out they " apologize " for incorrect placement of their signs . Such a waste of time at this store . They really need to make a change .

I love Kohl's but I can never find help! They need to do some hiring especially after the holidays because the mess was out of control. Also around the kids shoes I swear it smelled as if a child pooped over there. The smell was so gross! I'm not blaming the store on that one but I can't be the only one who smelt that! Now I go often and it still strongly think this place is a three star based off there is never employees around to help. Wish my black Mom came with me because I know she would've said something to her...can you teach your employees not everyone they think as "other" steal and the sad part is most of them are minorities. Wanted to shop in peace but every time I looked up an employee was staring. Wow, do better. I hope other military vets and people in general have better shopping experiences and hopefully some of the employees will have better training. Unless it's the managers that teach them that then they need to get trained as well- Thank you to the lady that helped me at the dressing room and to the young lady that checked me out at the register (Caitlyn). My complaint is not about Pop Shelf as a company (I love the products and convenience of getting in…read moreand out). My complaint is about the service specifically at this location. While I understand the convenience of self check out when it's really busy within the store, I do not understand why the customer reps there wait behind the counter until all the customer self checkouts are full before they open up their register. Literally two cashiers were standing there, chatting away with each other like it was their primary job, while customers with 15 items or more are expected to self checkout, reach around the counter to grab their own bags, and bag their groceries. They waited until the two self-checkout slots were full to open up their register and was able to checkout a customer in half the time it took for me to bag up and pay for my items. Literally had a "register closed" sign while standing behind the register and talking with each other. So this is what they're getting paid for?

Spending the day with my big brother is always a good time. We both enjoy fashion, so shopping…read moretogether is as much about the experience as it is about the clothes. We can wander through just about every store, critique the latest styles, admire great finds, laugh at questionable fashion choices, and somehow entertain ourselves for hours. This adventure took us to the Shops at La Cantera, one of his favorite shopping destinations. Unlike a traditional enclosed mall, La Cantera is an open-air shopping center where you're strolling from store to store in the Texas sunshine. Considering we've had what feels like a month of nonstop rain, I was thrilled that Mother Nature finally gave us a bright, sunny day. While the rain has been good for the lawn and plants, I am definitely ready for it to stop. We started near Nordstrom and leisurely made our way toward Zara, popping in and out of stores along the way. One of my favorite parts of shopping is discovering what's new. I was pleasantly surprised to see several stores that had opened since my last visit. Exploring those new spaces made the trip even more enjoyable. You can find a variety of price points at this mall, making it appealing to a broad range of folks. By the end of the day, my brother scored a few stylish pieces from Zara Men, while I somehow managed to leave empty-handed. Surprisingly, I didn't mind one bit. The best purchase of the day wasn't something that fit in a shopping bag...it was quality time spent catching up, sharing plenty of laughs, and enjoying a leisurely afternoon of shop surfing with my favorite shopping buddy...my big brother.

One of the places in San Antonio she prefers is The Shops at La Cantera. It's this beautiful, high-end, open-air shopping center that honestly feels more like a park than a mall, thanks to all the shaded pathways, greenery, and water features. It's the perfect layout for a relaxed day out together, especially since we can stroll from store to store outside rather than being cooped up indoors. What makes it ideal for these outings is that it has a great mix of everything. His mom has a few specific spots she absolutely loves hitting up every single time, from the big anchor stores like Nordstrom and Dillard's to some of her favorite specialty boutiques. It really takes the stress out of our monthly outings because we already know the layout, the parking is easy, and there are plenty of spots to grab a bite when she needs a break. It's just a consistently great experience every time we go.

I don't think I've ever had a mix up on my order. They shop quickly and pickup is always a breeze. This is why my in-store experience is baffling to me. The store just looked chaotic. Things were blocking aisles, items were misplaced everywhere, nothing seemed to match up to the labels on the shelves. Looking for a body wash and nearly every single bottle of the brand I was looking at was opened and pumped with soap spilled over the bottles. I managed to find one out of 10 maybe that hadn't been opened. That's nuts! I guess the other positive is that I eventually found what I needed. I likely stick to the drive-up option.
