Don't believe the hours on Google, they are incorrect, waste of time and gas. Drove 30 minutes for nothing

During the quoting phase of our renovation project...I was initially hesitant to choose Legacy Bath…read more& Kitchen as they were the highest of 4 Bidders on our Master Bathroom project. However, after several discussions and e-mails with different Legacy personnel (including the Owner), I was convinced choosing Legacy was the right thing to do! And was I NOT disappointed...every aspect of dealing with the Legacy Team Members (Mark and his assistant Daniel) doing our bathroom renovation was a pleasure. Not only did Mark and Daniel's workmanship exceed our expectations, they were respectful of my home and family and the knowledge of their craft was top notch! They were honest, forthright, and a pleasure to deal with! The excellence in workmanship and quality of the Legacy personnel has been absolutely FIRST RATE! We had a problem with one of the Cabinets that was installed at the very end of the project (not done by our primary crew). Legacy immediately agreed the workmanship did not meet their expected standards and they are in the process of correcting the problem. I would definitely recommend Legacy to anyone planning a major bath or kitchen reno. Our Bath renovation involved several complex tasks which I would not trust to a General Contractor. They executed each task flawlessly. 1) Legacy needed to add a new 3" drain for the Jacuzzi tub which required cutting several feet out of the foundation which included tension cables. 2) the flooring tile involved laying them down at a 45 degree angle, with varying patterns. 3) the floor of the shower was a very complex mosaic pattern which had to be laid piece by piece and was done to perfection. It took the guys almost 1 hour/sq ft to lay. We will definitely use Legacy on our next renovation!

She was very responsive and helped move the project along, so it could be completed in the time frame we really needed. The company quickly took ownership of some minor issues during installation and fixed them at no cost to us. We really appreciated that Asiah was extraordinary in taking care of them, resulting in everything being completed to our full satisfaction as we envisioned. They will be our go-to for my other bathroom and kitchen remodeling needs.

When my dad got the paperwork via email the grand total increases to $44,000. We asked Safe Showers to provide us with any break down of the cost increase they refused. Safe showers left their bathroom unfinished and unusable. If you want a custom bathroom wheelchair accessible, DO NOT trust Safe Showers to the job. Five stars for Jim (the person)!…read more Great work, arrived on time, very very friendly, and was here to do the right thing - get our water softener back to working. Jim had all the right equipment, knew his Rainsoft systems very well. His first step was to verify the water was not softened. (It wasn't.) He pulled out his test kit - verified we had a 32-grain water hardness. Previous testing indicated 35 grains of "hardness". (Here in the Texas Hill Country - we have wells and aquifer-fed water. Lots of dissolved solids - and it kills our appliances over time....) Jim verified - yes - hard water. Then he set about fixing our old (but lifetime-guaranteed!) Rainsoft water softener. He had all the parts and disassembled/re-assembled the controlling mechanism quickly. Not a trivial fix at all - but he did it really fast - with a full explanation along the way. Jim is super-enthusiastic, loves his job, loves his company, and loves the Rainsoft product. His humor and light touch are infectious. (Heck - I have him a totally-cool "Man Hug" before he headed out.) Now the bad news - Rainsoft would love it if we would upgrade our water softener mechanism to the latest/swooshiest model. WE WOULD LOVE TO UPGRADE TOO! But their standard pricing is extremely high - so it's a question of how much extra do we want to spend for soft water? And the current unit has that lifetime guarantee - so it's still easier/cheaper to keep it crutching along. Over the past 18 years, we have sent many neighbors and friends to Rainsoft (in Bulverde, Boerne, and from work/school). But with "upgrade pricing" as high as it is - I'm not sure we can recommend them long-term. JDMc

Sweetwater installed the system 5 years ago and it has never properly worked for any kind of longevity. Sweetwater will then charge you $300+ plus to come out and "fix it" then proceed to blame the customer for not having their technician over more often. I'm not spending my hard earned money on having to call a technician out every 3 months to fix the water softener. At some point we hoped Sweetwater would take accountability for their worthless system but unfortunately we were told the system is working "just fine". If you choose Sweetwater these are the results you will get.

I'd like to share some important information for potential customers. These two companies are closely related and often use a strategy where a representative from one company tries to earn your business, only to offer a slightly lower price through the other company. They might even approach you about projects outside their usual scope, like window replacements. It's important to know that bathroom renovation projects with them are typically priced at $10,000 or more--anything below that is uncommon. They push for a 'one-day close,' expecting you to make a decision on the spot. Presentations are lengthy, lasting at least 90 minutes but sometimes extending to as long as 6 hours. They insist that all decision-makers in your household be present. They won't leave a quote for you to consider later or submit for insurance purposes, and despite what they might suggest, they don't actually work with the VA. They won't provide a written quote for submission to the VA either. If you request a written quote, expect some resistance. In my experience, they tend to avoid providing written quotes and will question why you need one before eventually saying it's not something they can offer. Additionally, the owner knowingly employs a sales representative, John Coley, who owned his own company and was caught in 2016 scamming over a dozen customers. The Better Business Bureau revealed that it had received complaints from at least half a dozen people who claimed to have lost more than $100,000 to Coley and his company. Before requesting a quote or making a purchase, I strongly recommend that consumers read all the negative reviews first. Many of the positive reviews they receive are the result of them asking homeowners to submit a good review in exchange for a free quote or after purchasing from the company. It's also important to understand that this company is primarily focused on profit. They pay marketers $50-$100 just for setting up an appointment, then pay the sales representative 10% of the sale, plus the installers their share. The rest of the money goes to the company, which is why their prices are so high. This company employs several sales tactics that may seem enticing at first but deserve careful consideration. The process begins with the representative explaining the company's history, the owner's background, and the so-called quality of their product. However, it's important to note that their product consists of three thin acrylic panels secured to the shower walls, which may not be as durable as traditional materials like tile and grout. They often provide discount codes like "TX-011965" or "OKC-011965," which aren't real promo codes but are intended to create the illusion of savings. Additionally, they send out offers through a texting machine, such as a $1500 gift certificate, to encourage you to schedule a free estimate. The pricing strategy follows a familiar pattern: the representative starts with a high price, then calls a manager to "negotiate" a lower offer, giving you the impression that you're getting a special deal. If you resist, they might offer a "good for today" price, warning that the price will go up by thousands if you don't decide immediately. But here's the catch--while the discounts might seem generous, you have to ask yourself why they're so willing to offer such large reductions. The final price often exceeds $15,000, which suggests the initial price is heavily inflated to make these discounts appear more significant. In summary, these tactics are designed to create a sense of urgency and pressure you into making a quick decision. It's important to be aware of these strategies so you can make a more informed choice about whether their product is truly worth the investment These are just a few things to keep in mind if you're thinking about working with them.
