Where has @ Home been all my life??? No Wonder Hubby didn't want me coming here! First time here and I spent 3hrs here. If my husband wouldn't have gotten hungry, I wouldn't have never left here! Lol. This place is amazing! It's every interior designer's dream place or heaven. I even came here for my birthday, lol. I was in awe of how much variety there is for just about anything you want for your house inside or outside! It's awesome and will be coming often now. Everything has great value it's trendy, convenient and best of all with great prices. I mean what more can you ask for in a warehouse art decor place? Great discounts, good prices, quality craftsmanship. You got it all under one roof! This is my new favorite go to gift shopping and interior design decor and all need art decor home improvement store. Love it! I never wanna leave this place. I recommend this to anyone remodeling their home for the best prices and great taste!

Ha! I applaud you, random aisle decorator person!

Above all else, this At Home (AKA Garden Ridge Pottery v2.0) is my go-to for squeezing in extra FitBit steps (it's ridiculously huge), and teaching my teenagers how to drive (in the even MORE ridiculously ginormous parking lot. Seriously, that thing is no doubt clearly visible from space. Why in the name of Sweet Swaddled Baby J does ANY establishment need a lot that expansive, much less a business that seems to only need about 10 parking spaces at any given time?? I can't wrap my head around it. ) At Home basically boils down to a meatball-free version of Ikea... literally everything for the home and garden is available. I particularly like the selection of area rugs. And fun shower curtains. And giant metal letters with which to adorn your walls. And kitchenware. And funky shadow boxes. BUT...I avoid anything and everything remotely furniture-like - be that shelving, seating, tables, whatever - at all costs. Anything along those lines seems to be THE most poorly constructed, absolutely outlandishly overpriced junk I've ever laid eyes upon. Seriously. It's *bad*, on every level. They do offer a military discount though, so if you're looking to take advantage of that toward the purchase of, say, an adorable Tardis-shaped CD tower or a giant ceramic Labrador pup with a finger-food holding platter balanced on his head, At Home is the place.

I love any At Home. They have aisle after aisle full of decorations, furniture, and appliances - it's all sorted by color too!

So many options that it is a bit overwhelming. Basically an Americanized version of IKEA. Love it, but plan to stay at least an hour.

Today that all changed. I returned with my wife and found today's sales people were off the charts. We are a professional couple who own multiple homes and in our 50's. If we find something we like we buy it, we pay cash, we don't finance anything. We came here just to look at sectionals and felt like we were at a used car lot. We were swarmed as soon as we walked in the door and even though we told the individual that we didn't need any help, and that we would come find him if we needed anything, he proceeded to try to talk to us and follow us all around the store. My wife finally got agitated and said we just wanna look at furniture can you please just leave us alone. Not 30 seconds after that the manager comes up to us and introduces himself and says he wants to know if his staff is giving us everything we need. He asked if we had ever been in before, and I told him I was in there yesterday by myself just looking before I brought my wife. He actually told me "oh yeah, I don't remember you". What a jerk! We politely told him we just wanted to be left alone so we can look at furniture and he also proceeded to follow us around the store and try to talk to us. This was the worst furniture shopping experience we have ever had. We even told the initial sales person that we can get everything they have in the store discounted through AAFES (armed forces exchange service) without tax so we weren't planning on buying anything there. We just wanted to sit on a couple of sectionals to see if there were any that we liked. Despite saying that, he still came back and kept hounding us and every time we were around the corner, there was again. He seemed very desperate to sell something and offered a steep discounts off the price shown. I felt like I was bartering at a border town. We finally found a side door and just walked out. Not sure who would buy anything from this store. If you want to be bothered, not actually be able to look at the furniture, but constantly be surrounded and hounded by sales people, then this may be the place for you. If you just want to look at furniture, take your time, talk to your spouse, and just make a good decision, this is not the place. Avoid at all cost! PS this visit was Friday, 31 July at 5 PM.

On December 8th I purchased a three piece bedroom set, on the 11th the furniture was delivered. When I inspected the furniture I noticed clusters of nail size holes throughout the wood. (Head/Foot board, the dresser, the mirror, and the nightstand) I called Mega and explained the situation, sent them pictures, and now I'm getting the run around from them, the manager won't call me back, no resolutions yet, except for telling me the holes are part of the aesthetic of the furniture. Really!?! I asked them if this is the case, can they at least give me some kind of discount off the amount I paid, it would only be right, and satisfy a long time customer. As of right now, they keep telling me the approval needs to be made by the general manager, but I can't get the manager to call me back. So I'm writing this because of frustration and disappointment from a company that has furnished my home on a number of occasions, and now has turned their backs on me. Because of this I will never shop at Mega Furniture again!!!!

We had bought many things from Furniture Row in Oregon and were very pleased so we were delighted to see there was a store in San Antonio. The price and quality of living room, bedroom, dining room and study furniture made our decision easy. In addition the salesmen were attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful, without being hovering and invasive. We accomplished everything. Traffic around and in the Forum is not for the weak hearted, but the store is just north on I 35 so access is easy. We can't wait to see our new things in our new place and we will definitely return when we decide which accent pieces we need. We have returned several times. Unfortunately our first bedroom and dining room selections were too big for our new small place. We realized that when we took our own measurements of our place without relying on blueprint measurements. Each time we returned, we received the same excellent service. We worked with several different salesmen and each of them was attentive and patient without being invasive. Shopping at Furniture Row is a pleasure!

Because we trusted that the correct product had been delivered, we had no reason to suspect an issue until we began experiencing problems with the fit. The incorrect mattress size has left a dangerous gap between the mattress and bed frame, creating a serious safety concern for our family. We have young children who often sleep in our bed, and there is a risk of a child becoming trapped between the mattress and frame. What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer service. A mistake made during delivery has now become our problem, despite the fact that we paid for a different product. Customers should be able to trust that the items they receive match what they purchased. I am sharing this review so other customers will double-check their deliveries and measurements immediately.
