Sue Haley was the first sales associate to help me. I was having problems with my visualizer app and she took me right to their computer and helped me to visualize my tile selections in my bathroom. She was very knowledgeable and patient in showing me how to access and use the visualizer app. I selected a few tiles that I liked and Sue Haley set me up with their designer Marianne. I showed Marianne the large format tile I had selected for my shower walls and she pulled some floor tiles for me and showed me how you can set them up against the large format tile display making it easy to see if they go well together. She also let me know that all she needed was my builders information and I could take five samples home free. I had no idea. This was such a convenient service and it helped me a lot to take these samples home and see them in my bathroom. I selected the tiles, and a few days later I returned the samples that I didn't want. That day a sales associate named Serenity easily helped me pick out the grout color that would pull the wall and floor tiles perfectly together. I was able to select all the supplies I needed completely in my budget. They have very competitive pricing. Anywhere from inexpensive to custom-made expensive and everything in between. There is something here for everyone. I highly recommend Floor and Decor in Live Oak by Ikea in San Antonio Texas.

So off we went and found American Frieght in San Antonio. We were greeted by the nicest salesperson Rita! She is a dream. She helped us look for exactly what we needed. And could get us a delivery in 2 days. Since we would eventually get our other fridges we thought we could buy smaller ones that would eventually go in our laundry rooms. Rita was just great. She wrote up both our orders, but there was a gal that came in after us, but her order got done first and took the last spot for a Friday delivery. This is where Rita did her best to help us out. She got the manager to come over and because they knew our situation with my daughter and her 3 little babies that we needed a fridge ASAP!! Jeremy did his magic and got us a delivery for the next day on Thursday! We couldn't of been more happy. Thank you Rita and Jeremy for being such great people. We will do all of our appliance shopping here from now on. Oh and P.S. Rita gave us some great places to go and to eat. This place looks small from the front but they have a HUGE inventory of slabs in the back behind…read morethe showroom. It is a bit overwhelming. The showroom is a bit "busy", although they do have a lot of samples and items on display. When it's not busy, it is fun to look at the samples. The receptionist was kind to give us a cold bottle of water on our visit. There were a few employees outside in the slab area that checked up on me to see if I needed help but since I was browsing, I declined. On to the slab area-There are 3 areas. 1st is inside the HUGE white tent/canopy. On a hot summer day, you don't want to be in here for long. There are no fans or anything that would circulate air. Forklifts and the 10 ton crane are actively operating. There are some sample shelves off to the right on the west side about halfway down just past the entrance. The next area (2) is outside just past the halfway point on the west(right side) Finally, if you aren't tired yet, keep walking from area 2 all the way to the back and behind the white tent structure and around to the other side of the tent. Forklifts were and can be active so be careful and watch your steps outside. The areas aren't leveled.
