This would happen every 30-40 seconds, it was maddening and obviously a bit worrisome. I called O.N. first thing in the morning and Oscar sent a team out within the hour. Yon and Joshua got to work immediately and found the issue, Oscar even showed up and explained everything to me. Turned out the breaker box on the outside of the house was borked. When Oscar turned a breaker off and back on, you could literally hear electricity crackling. Oscar gave me an estimate which I thought was fair and Yon and Joshua got to work. After a few hours the house was no longer haunted and I had a proper breaker box set up. I wish I had before and after pictures, my house is an older house and the previous box looked like the rusty insides of a 1970s AMC Gremlin. Highly recommend O.N. The owner, David, even stopped by to see how everything was progressing. The second time (subfloor replacement and tile work in rental property) I had a "project manager", Chris, who really just moved the payment process along. He never came to the job site to check on the worker, progression of job, or quality of work. So, not really a true project manger. The worker came, accommodated not working once tenant was home which was appreciated, was friendly, and completed the job. Tenant did report that once the work was done, the job site was not left as clean as it could have been. Tenant reported hardened grout left on outside of tub and door handle, dried blood in tub, sink left dirty, worker did not vacuum where work was completed, and mortar on front doorstep. Chris did offer to send the worker back but tenant had already cleaned up. Cost was at the midpoint of all the bids I received and seemed fair Overall, I probably won't use them again on such an extensive job. Would consider them for smaller jobs.
