If you're reading this review because Qmerit selected them as your installer, these are the guys that you want. Prior to their arrival, I incorrectly assumed it would be a quick job and they would connect to my interior panel in my garage. However, that panel is only fed by 60a, and taking up 30a (24a continuous) would not be much better than the current mobile charger. Instead, they ran a new dedicated 60a line from the main panel, up through the attic, and down to the garage. I offered, and they gladly accepted, to run a conduit from the attic to garage in the corner of our guest bedroom closet. They were prepared to drill and fish through two stories of interior walls. Even so, it took 4 guys just shy of 3 hours to complete this extensive job, but my $0 quote from Qmerit remained the same. The difference between charging at 12a with 120v and 48a with 240v is dramatic!

I wanted an efficient, quiet, reliable, longer lasting system. I had several companies provide recommendations and estimates. I was most impressed with TemperaturePro San Antonio owner Courtney Meier and chose the DAIKIN HVAC. Her install team was very professional and extremely careful of our home. Installation of our two systems was completed in two days. TemperaturePro performs our semi-annual system checks. Although I usually request the same technician I had during the previous visit, that scheduling hasn't always been possible. But it doesn't really matter as I've come to realize every TemperaturePro technician is very well trained, professional, careful, and friendly. They always keep us well informed about what they are doing and answer all questions. TemperaturePro's technicians are tops!! I had an issue with the drain lines that came with our home. They occasionally clogged causing the A/C unit to shut down. Courtney made a recommendation which I had them install and drainage has never been a problem again. I also needed one of the condensers moved about a foot to accommodate a new larger gas meter. TemperaturePro responded the very next morning and took care of it in a manner that looks like it was always where it is now. Exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely happy with TemperaturePro and the DAIKIN HVAC and they have my highest recommendation! Rick Trent

I want to be sure before commenting. Both I and my son have been very impressed by Marc, the Owner of Grayline Plumbing! His professionalism, quality of work (including his hands-on repairs, and his follow-up reporting with pictures), his friendliness, and his service cost are all outstanding. He is also a very clean worker. Mark is a very conscientious and holistic worker. For example: after performing a hydrostatic drain line test for me, upon resetting the toilet, Marc decided to go ahead and replace my supply line at no extra charge to minimize potential future leaks! That is the kind of holistic thinking that I like to see in a service provider; I would have gladly paid for that supply line. This minimizes future call-outs. Keep in mind that he supplied this supply line even after he charged well over $100 less than what some other plumbing companies wanted to charge! Many other companies would have doubled the cost of that supply line, if they would have changed it at all. Marc is now our go-to plumber. May God keep him safe and well, and greatly bless him and his company!
