    Shoyu Ramen With Chicken

The atmosphere was cozy and warm, our server was kind and prompt with our orders. The food was delicious and quick

Quirky and calming lunch spot. Always love coming here to share a meal with a friend. Servers are friendly and kind. Food is authentic and portions are generous.

Such a wonderful spot for a good meal. The service was fantastic. Only 1 employee who was doing it all and never missed a beat. Super clean and well decorated.

Quality/Quantity - We had the following: 2 Tonkotsu Ramen - Both wanted to try their signature dish. The broth was really good. Good quantity. TakoYaki Appetizer - This was a hit. We just had this from a previous restaurant and they make it so much better here! Atmosphere - Very small local restaurant with only indoor seating. Cool tea mugs, see picture. Bathrooms outside, shared with other tenants which makes it hard to maintain. They both ran out of paper towels when we were there. Street parking, but we found a free parking lot nearby, see picture. Closed Sunday and Monday, see Yelp for hours for the other 5 days. Service - Excellent, I did not get the person's name, but he was the only front of house employee. Did a GREAT job managing ALL the tables by himself. If you are not the owner, the owner really needs to take care of you. Price - $35.70 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success.

Came here with my son after soccer practice and he talked about it for days. Their kids ramen comes with just noodles and broth and it was so delicious- he had the shoyu ramen. We also got edamame and calamari. The edamame was good and salty, just the way my little guy likes it, and the calamari was crunchy and tender. Our ramen was delicious as well. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the two times we went (within 4 days of each other) they only had one server and it seems to get a bit chaotic when it's a full restaurant. The second time the service was a bit slower.

The service was good, but the food lacked flavor. If the chef wants to know how to make a proper agedashi tofu, fly to Los Angeles and visit Foraibo in Gardena. It's the best, so hard to compete with.

Came here on a road trip in December. This was one of the only restaurants that was open later in the evening. I was hesitant to come to a Ramen spot this far away from LA. Let me just tell you that they did a fantastic job. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, being the only people in the restaurant. This only meant that service was great, kind, and attentive. Definitely a relaxed vibe in the restaurant, which was what we needed after a long day of driving. My grandpa and I both ordered the Tonkotsu spicy. This was my grandpa's first time having Ramen, he absolutely loved it. Later in our dining experience, we ordered the veggie Ramen to go for my grandma. This was also her first time, having Ramen and she loved it as well. Definitely make this place is stop if you are in the area or just driving through.

    Chicken Shoyu. Great dish!

I love ramen, especially tonkotsu. This was the blandest I've ever had. My daughter and I were both very surprised.

The broth, the pork broth was out of this world! And the vegetables and the toppings with it were absolutely delicious.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the nice gentleman who served us, as well as the owner who came by to greet us, were very accommodating and kind. Service was simply wonderful, and we couldn't be more appreciative esp given our 2yo twins were quite chatty and a bit disruptive. For the food, the kids' menu was perfect for our kids (and at such a good price!) They ate all their rice and nuggets. I had a lovely Korean ginger tea that really hit the spot on a chilly night. Highly recommend. As for our meal, I enjoyed the dolsot bibimbap, though I did wished their gochujang was spicier (understandably, they were catering to a more local palate). My husband enjoyed his curry rice, which was comforting and reminded him of home cooking. Having grown up in Annandale VA, I do appreciate good, authentic Korean food. While this was not to the spicy palate I was craving, it was still good cooking, and given the amazing service and nice ambiance, I would definitely return next time we pass through Medford.

Not only was everything hot with intense flavor, but when i needed my soup extra spicy there was absolutely no fuss whatsoever. The ambience could not have been more perfect, with soft music and ambient lighting you couldn't help but feel right at home while looking at all of the painting and decor. If i could give this place 10 stars i would! (with a picture of my completely empty bowl at the end)
