I have loved coming to this restaurant for years due exclusively to their lobster roll. However, what once was a plated dish with a clear indication of lobster inside the roll visually by a cracked Lobster tail and a beautiful display of edible flowers now a basic roll. It took me a minute to distinguish the lack of lobster due to the overwhelming amount of imitation crab, but at the end of the role I could tell what once was lobster is now a subpar fish. You never Fry lobster, and the fish that was in this roll was coated and fried. When I brought this to the service attention, she took it upon herself to talk to the chefs who came over and indicated to me that they didn't know what lobster taste like. In an economy where food prices are increasing, and it's very clear food quality is diminishing. I was incredibly unhappy with my experience. I will say the server was delightful and their miso soup is absolutely outstanding. On the fence on whether I will return to this restaurant, as clearly people are being lied to about their ingredients. This can cause severe food, allergies, and also, the trust factor has been

The food here is rather so-so, but good enough for what I was expecting for the area as a Californian. We visited on a weekday lunch, and the place was pretty packed! The portions here are actually huge, I'd suggest sharing if you're just looking to fill your appetite. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box - this came with 4 gyoza, 4 California rolls, rice, salad, and the chicken teriyaki itself. The chicken teriyaki was juicy and standard, the gyozas were on the oily side, and the rice tasted like it had a little too much water since it was mushy lol. As for the salad, the dressing was good! I had a few bites of their tempura and it was also tasty. The service was okay, the food came out pretty slow and it also took a while for us to get someone to take our order. Everything is on the pricier side and the ambiance of the restaurant could be better too.

Food is Great! I've been here multiple times and the food has never disappointed me in any way. Service is great as well. She's very tentative and accommodating. Ambiences, is good for family, date night or just having that self needed alone time.

Spider roll with tempura crab which was basically crispy batter .. tempura was never mentioned in the description. Extremely disappointing.

Visiting Medford where there is a lot of sushi option, we settled on this place. We sat outside, which was a nice shaded patio area.. service was extremely slow for 2:00 in the afternoon. We started with the crab wontons which were finger licking good... especially since we were never given any form of plates, utensils, or napkins. After that I ordered the Spider roll which was crab, avocado, cucumber and chopped crab.. what I got served was five pieces of a large messy role with tempura crab... which after crab being fried it resembled, shriveled up crunchy batter . Overall I was so disappointed!

Food was phenomenal, service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. This place was recommended to us by a family member while we were visiting and while it's not right off the freeway it is worth the jaunt into town if you're looking for superb sushi.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the nice gentleman who served us, as well as the owner who came by to greet us, were very accommodating and kind. Service was simply wonderful, and we couldn't be more appreciative esp given our 2yo twins were quite chatty and a bit disruptive. For the food, the kids' menu was perfect for our kids (and at such a good price!) They ate all their rice and nuggets. I had a lovely Korean ginger tea that really hit the spot on a chilly night. Highly recommend. As for our meal, I enjoyed the dolsot bibimbap, though I did wished their gochujang was spicier (understandably, they were catering to a more local palate). My husband enjoyed his curry rice, which was comforting and reminded him of home cooking. Having grown up in Annandale VA, I do appreciate good, authentic Korean food. While this was not to the spicy palate I was craving, it was still good cooking, and given the amazing service and nice ambiance, I would definitely return next time we pass through Medford.

Parking was a bit difficult, but I did eventually find some parking about a half block away. I was greeted after a moment and was sadly informed that I could not have the dish I wanted. The restaurant, although a bit of a hole in the wall, was lively and lots of people were waiting for takeout and eat in orders. After a few minutes, a friendly host just brought out my meal. The corn dog was huge, and the jet chain were perfectly cooked. They also had a wide variety of sausages to choose from and I picked four, mixing and matching them with my items. I was impressed! They added a side of teriyaki sauce but I was very thin and lacked flavor and didn't add to the dish at all. Bummed. Then I got the shrimp pad Thai. The noodles were so over cooked they just disintegrated. There was no heat option so it was bland and no spice whatsoever. I know a…read morebuffet will please everybody cause they can all find stuff they like out of all the food out there. I have NO idea what all these bad reviews are about! We had a fabulous time eating dinner here at the Tin Tin Chinese buffet. The price on weekday dinners is around $18 ...and NO tax! Please tip though. This is a pretty big place with a decent sized buffet. There's more choices than I could even try. Old dried cold food? Not here! Everything was hot and fresh as I saw trays being replenished. We went around 5pm, so yeah if you are not so smart and show up 15 minutes before they close, no the food will not be fresh and many trays will be empty, cause no business is gonna fill trays with new food right at the end and then have to toss out a ton of food after they close! We were seated in a nice booth and there seemed to be a lot of other people enjoying the food here, plates piled high with seafood and other tasty looking foods. They have all the standard American Chinese food people expect, like sweet and sour pork, egg rolls, fried rice, hot and sour soup, broccoli beef and honey walnut prawns along with some dishes I didn't know what they were. But besides these standard dishes, some more authentic dishes were available as well, like deep fried calamari with jalapeno and salt, whole baked salmon and steamed white fish, stir fried green beans with garlic, salt and pepper fried whole prawns. No chicken feet though! Some dishes I've not see at a buffet were, pulled BBQ pork, Chinese BBQ pork, sweet and sour meatballs on a skewer and even custard tarts for dessert! There's plenty of choices for all tastes, even a section of spicy Korean foods as well as sushi rolls. There is even a cold foods and salad section ... I passed saving tummy room for hot foods! The quality of all the food was above average for buffets and or equal to a sit down and order ala carte place. Drinks besides water are not included in the base price. Sushi wasn't the best, but I come for the Chinese food. Service was fine. Every time we went back to the buffet to get more food, the dirty plates were cleared from the table upon my return. I'd recommend this place for an easy dinner for a large party or just two! Or five!
