    The sauces!
    Kathleen S.

This is a fun place. I've always wanted to try Korean hotdogs and it delivered what I think was pretty authentic. Lots of fun options, and the dogs tasted hot and fresh. Really appreciated all the cool dipping sauces, loved the wasabi and the garlic parm. Give the sugar, ketchup, mustard a chance, there's a clear reason it's a fave. Lovely staff, very kind and helpful. Fun Instagram spaces to take pics as well. Thanks!!

This Korean street food is DA BOMB!!! The woman behind the counter was extremely helpful (sister of the owner?), and made suggestions that helped us nail down what we wanted. The sauces added just that much MORE flavor and it was fun experimenting with them. We had the Spicy Korean, the Wasabi Ranch, and the Mustard Cheese (like we needed more CHEEEEEESE!). The combination of flavors and textures made for a wonderful eating experience. Would LOVE to come back here and try more dogs!

The grimy atmosphere has me concerned the kitchen may be just as bad. Tread with caution if you plan to use the restroom.

Honestly, if you're looking for that real Korean corn dog experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. This place, unfortunately, misses the mark by a long shot. the restroom situation was even less inspiring. Think truck stop bathroom. Came into this place with high hopes for a delicious, cheesy Korean corn dog. What I got was... well, let's just say it wasn't quite close to the culinary delicious splendor of real authentic Korean corn dog. IF YOUR LOOKING TO EXPERIENCE KOREAN CORN DOGS A FROZEN KOREAN CORN DOG WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS.

Something new and different to try. Nice treat while downtown. Very cheesy. Plenty of sauces, garlic Parmesan was a favorite.

New spot in Medford. Comparing to other Korean corn dogs I have in the past. This spot is just as good. Makes it five star is now its location so close to home. Their wasabi ranch was my favorite dipping sauce. But they have so many others to choose from. Plenty of seating inside on a raining day. Come in on the weekend for their green pozole. Menu may change so you may want to call before hand.

Cons: A bit pricey and parking can be hard to find. Overall: 4.68/5 I got the spicy ramen and it was way better than anything I was expecting it to be! The ramen noodles felt similar to what instant ramen noodles feel like which kind of threw me off, but the broth was so incredibly flavorful. The toppings and amount of food was also great. I barely finished my bowl and my partner couldn't finish hers. It was a bit on the pricey side but was well worth it. We also got the veggie tempura which was decent but I don't think I would order it again personally, but my partner really enjoyed it! Would recommend. Would go again.

The restaurant was still busy, with one large group of about ten people wrapping up their meal and three four-top tables just getting their food. The, and I selected the 12-piece menu item, was really good, but I do wish there was more variety of fish in a 12-piece dish. Miso is served with the sashimi but rice is not. I also ordered the Ikura Nigiri and it was great - salmon roe was very cold though (needs to be stored at a certain temp, I get it) so I waited for it to not feel frozen before finishing the second piece. Overall, great serving size but I don't know if I'd get the same sashimi again since you only get four kinds of fish for a rather high cost. I tried asking the server what the difference was between the 9 and 12 piece and they did say "more of the same but better" and I'm still not sure what it means so the next time they update the menu they really should offer more detail on this item.

The firecrackers (fried stuffed jalapeños) were flavorful, well cooked, and lightly crisp. The crispy jalapeño roll was delicious and even my husband who doesn't do raw fish ate it up. The ceviche roll was a creative fusion surprise, it was very fresh and flavorful. We also had their fusion fish taco, which was a flat panko breaded fish tender that was served on a fresh corn tortilla with guac and a surprisingly delicious chipotle sauce. We also enjoyed the drinks, a refreshing sprite/tequila/lime juice combo served in an olla, a touch we really enjoyed. This Mexican/japanese fusion place came highly recommended by many people and I can see why! The service was absolutely impeccable despite the place being packed. The whole crew was friendly and efficient. We'll be back!

It's like having the Korean Chirashi "protein style". It's absolutely fresh, flavorful, well balance with pickled veggies and raw spiraled diakon and beet. They make their own spicy house sauce that would be good on everything. It has a tang, but I wouldn't call it "spicy". If you want a big, fresh, sashimi mixed salad with steamed rice and a bowl of miso soup... order the Korean Chirashi for $25. It hits all the taste buds. I always have leftovers, it's very filling but does not feel at all heavy :D NOTE: This is one place that takes the same level of care with TO GO Orders as they do for sit-down. That is a rarity nowadays. 5-stars!
