Salmon Lovers (paper thin orange slice on top!)

1st visit. To quote my husband, "That was the best sushi roll I've ever had!" Absolute top of the line, food, service, and atmosphere.

Spicy Pork Bulgogi

Writing this as the reviews for this place blow my mind. Came based on the reviews and left in a bad mood because the food was so bad. Interesting ambiance. Dark and moody vibes. A TV was playing to show the streets of Seoul. Seems like there is one server/waiter and one cook (a Korean couple). The service was slow. We waited at the front for a few minutes before we were seated. Food took a while to come out as well. The spicy pork bulgogi was the SALTIEST thing I have ever tasted in my life. It wasn't even spicy in the slightest bit. It was quite frankly the worst spicy pork bulgogi I have ever had. The miso soup also tasted like soap. The seafood dolsot bibimbap had no seafood and no real flavor. Wouldn't say it was terrible, but it wasn't amazing. The seafood tofu soup was not an accurate representation of what tofu soup should taste like. Had no spicy flavor to it. Tasted almost like a sea water soup with nothing impressive about it at all. There was also no banchan served. Near the end the man gave us kimchi and some soybean sprouts, but again disappointing since side dishes are a big part of any Korean restaurant. This is not authentic at all and a very BAD representation of Korean food. Would not recommend! Go somewhere else. Honestly a meal at Subway would have been more satisfting.

Been wanting to go try this place out, I am disappointed. The ambience is nice, a little dark for my taste. I don't like using a flashlight to see the menu..... service is Horrendous!!! Painstakingly slow.... Even when there are minimum to no customers. Having to continuously ask for more napkins, more water is not OK. They brought one tiny soy sauce dipping dish for 4 people!!! Shame. The prices are very $$$$ and for this I expect excellent service. Food was OK everything was very sweet and coated in teriyaki sauce and or sugar. Won't be back.

Parking was a bit difficult, but I did eventually find some parking about a half block away. I was greeted after a moment and was sadly informed that I could not have the dish I wanted. Unfortunately, the japchae sells out early, apparently. So instead, I ordered a chedda split with OG crust and an order of Mandu. The restaurant, although a bit of a hole in the wall, was lively and lots of people were waiting for takeout and eat in orders. After a few minutes, a friendly host just brought out my meal. The corn dog was huge, and the jet chain were perfectly cooked. They also had a wide variety of sausages to choose from and I picked four, mixing and matching them with my items. I was impressed! The firecrackers (fried stuffed jalapeños) were flavorful, well cooked, and lightly crisp. The crispy jalapeño roll was delicious and even my husband who doesn't do raw fish ate it up. The ceviche roll was a creative fusion surprise, it was very fresh and flavorful. We also had their fusion fish taco, which was a flat panko breaded fish tender that was served on a fresh corn tortilla with guac and a surprisingly delicious chipotle sauce. We also enjoyed the drinks, a refreshing sprite/tequila/lime juice combo served in an olla, a touch we really enjoyed. This Mexican/japanese fusion place came highly recommended by many people and I can see why! The service was absolutely impeccable despite the place being packed. The whole crew was friendly and efficient. We'll be back!

It's like having the Korean Chirashi "protein style". It's absolutely fresh, flavorful, well balance with pickled veggies and raw spiraled diakon and beet. They make their own spicy house sauce that would be good on everything. It has a tang, but I wouldn't call it "spicy". If you want a big, fresh, sashimi mixed salad with steamed rice and a bowl of miso soup... order the Korean Chirashi for $25. It hits all the taste buds. I always have leftovers, it's very filling but does not feel at all heavy :D NOTE: This is one place that takes the same level of care with TO GO Orders as they do for sit-down. That is a rarity nowadays. 5-stars!

They had really gone downhill with poor food quality and food running out. There were none of those problems today. There was an abundance of delicious food choices which were kept well stocked even though we were there at 3 pm between lunch and dinner. My friend doesn't eat red meat but there were ample chicken and seafood dishes to satisfy his hearty appetite. He remarked too on some of the unusual flavors~ everything wasn't bland and tasteless. I especially enjoyed several varieties of sushi as an appetizer before filling my plate with the hot food. Our table was kept cleared of our used plates as it was nice to start with a clean plate on each trip. We spent an hour and a half enjoying the tasty food and conversation. No need for me to eat dinner tonight! My friend remarked that he wished he lived closer to the New Tin Tin Buffet (we both live in Ashland) as he'd be eating there every day! We couldn't have had a better experience~ the New Tin Tin Buffet is terrific!

We had a fabulous time eating dinner here at the Tin Tin Chinese buffet. The price on weekday dinners is around $18 ...and NO tax! Please tip though. This is a pretty big place with a decent sized buffet. There's more choices than I could even try. Old dried cold food? Not here! Everything was hot and fresh as I saw trays being replenished. We went around 5pm, so yeah if you are not so smart and show up 15 minutes before they close, no the food will not be fresh and many trays will be empty, cause no business is gonna fill trays with new food right at the end and then have to toss out a ton of food after they close! We were seated in a nice booth and there seemed to be a lot of other people enjoying the food here, plates piled high with seafood and other tasty looking foods. They have all the standard American Chinese food people expect, like sweet and sour pork, egg rolls, fried rice, hot and sour soup, broccoli beef and honey walnut prawns along with some dishes I didn't know what they were. But besides these standard dishes, some more authentic dishes were available as well, like deep fried calamari with jalapeno and salt, whole baked salmon and steamed white fish, stir fried green beans with garlic, salt and pepper fried whole prawns. No chicken feet though! Some dishes I've not see at a buffet were, pulled BBQ pork, Chinese BBQ pork, sweet and sour meatballs on a skewer and even custard tarts for dessert! There's plenty of choices for all tastes, even a section of spicy Korean foods as well as sushi rolls. There is even a cold foods and salad section ... I passed saving tummy room for hot foods! The quality of all the food was above average for buffets and or equal to a sit down and order ala carte place. Drinks besides water are not included in the base price. Sushi wasn't the best, but I come for the Chinese food. Service was fine. Every time we went back to the buffet to get more food, the dirty plates were cleared from the table upon my return. I'd recommend this place for an easy dinner for a large party or just two! Or five!
