Second time here (we visit grants pass every couple months) AMAZING AGAIN. The salmon sashimi portions are huge and it's so good. We also got (not pictured) sunomono, miso soup, ms Ginny roll and spicy tuna roll. All were very good. Fairly priced. Clean open eating space. Staff was friendly and prompt as usual. :) truly such a great spot and just love that it's so cat themed!!

I've been in this town for 3 years. This was always my go-to Sushi place since they opened. At first the quality was good, quantity was so-so but fresh. I believe this will be my last visit there . I ordered a Tic-Tac Roll. Quite sub-par in the amount of Unagi draped across the top as well as the lack of Tobiko. The wasabi was ok although it looked like it came from someone else's plate. The pickled Ginger was very sad looking. I would have given them a pass if it were late in the evening, however, it was only 7:15pm! I'll attach a picture of the ginger .

Celebrated Valentine's Day early here last night and the food was incredible as always! My favorite is the Neko roll. So well balanced with delicious flavor! I got heart burn shortly after arriving (before we ate) and I asked the server if they had milk. Not only did she search for tums for me but when she couldn't find any she suggested the Thai tea because it has cream in it. After only a few minutes after drinking it my heartburn subsided and I was able to enjoy my meal. She truly saved my night because my husband was ready to go to the store and get some tums but didn't have to!

Wonderful service. Truly cozy atmosphere. Accommodating and skilled chefs. Delicious sushi. I have visited three other times with my three children. Tonight, I had a simple meal alone at the sushi bar. The chef made polite conversation. My miso soup and Oregon roll were perfect. No notes. The freshness of tart lemon was EXCELLENT on the Oregon roll. Everything we have tried has been perfect. We are new to town, this will be our sushi spot for sure! Also pictured my daughter's tuna tower from previous visit- delicious and great presentation!

I absolutely loved their ramen. Not sure if it's a limited time thing or not but I hope it stays forever. Their sushi is always delicious no matter what we get and the customer service is 10/10!

Some of the best sushi I've had in a long time. Very quick, friendly staff, good ambience, not horrible money-wise. Highly recommend, support these people!

My husband and i's go to sushi spot. Clean, quick, and delicious. Our favorite rolls in town. Service is always efficient. Also appreciate the cleanliness. My only complaint would be the lack of deep fried rolls. That's just a personal preference though. Still highly recommend.

Fortunately, Yelp reviews convinced me to give it a shot. I went for a late dinner and wasn't sure I had the right place, as the sign was hard to see and it looked more like a dive bar than a good Asian place. I sat at the bar and had a friendly and helpful bartender. I asked him what his favorites were, and went with his suggestion by ordering the seared peppered tuna and chicken wings. I opted for a heat level of 3/5. The seared peppered tuna was excellent. It was served on a bed of mixed greens with a balsamic-style sauce. The greens are one of those confusing parts of a dish where I ask myself "is this a garnish? Do I eat this?". The sauce was so good, I didn't care what it was and devoured the whole plate. The wings were also good: a slightly dry chicken was more than madeup for by the sauce which had the right amount of heat with a hintness of sweet behind it. I'm still pretty sure that Asian Tapas isn't a thing, but after eating here, I'm also pretty sure I don't care. Great spot.

The amazing bartender/waiter was beyond welcoming and his service was on point. The regulars who sat around me, were very welcoming and explained to me about all the fantastic food there, which made picking dishes on the menu easy. At this point, I've tried quite a few things and not one of them could I find a flaw.

Well, it's definitely not Sauce anymore which is sad tbh…read more Other than the dumb new name, the menu is very similar but different. No more kale chips (the best ever btw!), way less sauces to choose from, the fridges are all empty, the sautéed cabbage sucks when it used to have flavor and was cooked well and now is basically raw, I could go on. Btw you're supposed to remove the stems on kale, not serve it to customers w stems! They removed all the lamps and fun wall paint in the bathrooms and looks like a generic boring cold bright light white walls bathroom. ***The chicken is much, much better tho so I'll give them that. I wont be surprised if soon they repaint the walls white too and take down all the wood. It has a very medford conservative energy now with people pretending to be hippies wearing ponchos they just bought etc. So that's awkward. Definitely waaaay different energy.. not inna good way. I appreciate what they offer food wise though with veggies and dairy free desserts so I will definitely return. The music SUCKS now. Sauce used to be such a cool vibe with indie music and even classical and jazz etc. Now it is top 40's pop and country-pop. Just god awful. The drama that came from this revision is very interesting also... something like the owners husband and wife, husband cheated on wife with the now new co-owner who is supposedly also married and the ex-wife has chronic illness and was basically blindsided and then bought out. It's all really messy and gives a bad energy. Probably why it is empty every time we've been since the change... Sauce used to always be packed.. we also would always buy the frozen soups and salads etc in addition to our meals ordered but now spend less bc nothing in fridges to buy! Anyway, I hope they stay open for the food bc not much else like it in the valley but hOm, please don't forget the loyal following of Sauce and completely obliterate its energy. Please dont paint everything white and black. We need color and creativity and community. Not cold pretend hippie energy. Sauce was packed constantly for a reason... don't lose sight of why and why you're always empty now facing closure...

When I got home I saw they charged me %20 large party fee. I was really put off but o was ready for some great food. I only ordered 2 things. $60. An appetizer of teriyaki chicken skewers. They were not marinated or anything, not cooked in sauce, nothing. It was reg, plain tasting chicken. They added a side of teriyaki sauce but I was very thin and lacked flavor and didn't add to the dish at all. Bummed. Then I got the shrimp pad Thai. The noodles were so over cooked they just disintegrated. There was no heat option so it was bland and no spice whatsoever.
