For us Matsukazu is worth the drive to Grants Pass and no other restaurant in the Rogue Valley beats it. Their teriyaki sauce is the best. We buy a few bottles of it whenever we eat there. If we run out we grab some at Cartwrights. We do blind test tastes with multiple teriyaki sauces. Hands down Matsukaze teriyaki is the best. It isn't as salty, it is sweeter.
