**DO NOT GO HERE FOOD POISONING ALERT **** Oh Lordy!! Walking up your net by homeless who have set their house up just next to the front door... Walking in the ambiance is so pretty!! With fish on both sides really pretty. That aroma smelt soooo promising. Had high hopes for the food nooope!! We were greeted by crusty rice, soup that was dried to the bottom of the container. Barely any sushi. They do not care about quality. Everything was dried out. On top of that the place was trashed!! It looks like they haven't cleaned in days!! Before we left my fiancé started puking up the food. I wanted to go in so bad and say something but I didn't. Do not go to this place. I'm from out of state and I'm 100% positive you will find something way better!! We've already stopped twice so he can puke ....

Great little buffet, everything was very fresh and clean. Service was excellent. They had tons of options for a small little place. Sushi was fresh and they had spicy mayo, the potatoes with pepper were delicious.

The last time I went to Tin Tin it was before Covid. I've been really hesitant to come back because of the bad reviews. So after having a really nice experience I decided to post my own with pics We went on Wednesday at around 4 PM and it was great. If you're looking for affordable Americanized pan-Asian food, that is what you'll find here. Staff was consistently bringing out refills for food and the buffet was at food-safe temperatures as far as I could tell. Service was good and staff were keeping the buffet very clean. Buffets are a dying breed and I'm grateful this one still exists :) it's fun to go eat a lot of variety of food. Yes, it's buffet quality food, for buffet prices. If that's what you're in the mood for, you will find it here!

The normal chinese buffet. Good taste but no grill. Service was good and would probably go back when we're in Medford.

Mediocre at best, not too bad for the price, just never changes. How about changing up the menu for the next time we're in town?

I started with the crab puffs, it was a very decent sized order, they were crunchy and not oily at all. The crab filling in the middle was creamy and savory. They were excellent. For my main course, I had the triple crown, which was shrimp, scallops, and pork, with sautéed vegetables. The sauce was amazing, a deep, savory flavor, the veggies were perfectly done, the shrimp were very good, and the scallops were absolutely buttery. The pork was very tender. It came with a good amount of rice, which was tender and perfectly done of course, I tore into it so fast, I forgot to get a picture. That is such a bad habit of mine. To drink, I had a jasmine hot tea, which was also very good. I ended up eating all of the crab puffs, they were so good, and half of the main course ended up being breakfast the next morning. For all of this high-quality food, the price was extremely reasonable. I would stop here again the next time I'm in town. Thank you.

Now that we've had the opportunity to visit multiple times, I feel we can make a fair assessment of the overall menu, and Dragon Express is the emperor of Chinese food in the area. With a large menu that includes classic American Chinese options in addition to more authentic fare, this restaurant can be a crowd pleaser for a range of preferences. If you want to go with stateside standbys of orange chicken or broccoli beef, you can't go wrong. The dim sum offerings are solid: xiao long bao (soup dumplings), har gao (shrimp dumpling) or siu mai (mixed dumpling) are what you'd expect and will please the table. If you're feeling more adventurous or are banging on the table for 'authentic' options, there is a submenu for such a palate. I am semi-addicted to their La Tzi Chicken, which is like a peppercorn/chili infused and topped chicken plate. Strangely on the menu, it has no 'hot pepper' indicator, but trust me, it's more like 3 peppers. If you are a pepper belly like me, this is a great one, but otherwise, go tamer. Service always seems a bit slammed, but they do a solid job. It's probably because everyone is starting to discover this place. Takeout is a brisk business on top of the dine-in crowd. The ambience is a little meh, but that's what you get with a chinese restaurant built inside an old Bobbio's pizza location. This place is worth the drive for me. And yes, there are robots that assist in the service.

The restaurant was relatively busy and maybe they had online orders as well, it seemed our fried rice might've been forgotten and it was brought out sometime after we asked about it. We heard a bunch of tables around us also had forgotten and/or late orders. Might've been an extra busy night for them. I think the fried rice would be yummier if it had that wok hay char aroma. For southern Oregon, it's a 4. If it weren't in a small town, it would be more like a 3ish

The place was practically empty- white everything with black diner seats & red/floral decorations on the walls. Long, narrow passage- greeted with delayed warmth from a boisterous lady. She recommended "more bang for your buck" combinations, so I'll hafta try the ala carte entrees later. I got the crab puffs (8 for $10.25)- they were fun! Triangles vs those 'purses'. Classic krab & cream cheese, but also has diced onion! A note of freshness & packed to the gills! And the egg flower soup ('small' bowl for $6)- simple, pretty straightforward... not enough salt, so shoyu helped. Some corn, pretty sure that's why it was so thick. The #15 ($15.50) came with pork fried rice, mar far chicken & moo goo gai pan... they did not come to play! The fried rice was a little overpowered by green onion, but that's where their pink sauce really came in handy- talk about balance! Their mar far wasn't little nuggets- they were like a breast, battered & fried, THEN cut into strips! So filling! And the moo goo gai pan was refreshing- big slices of carrot, onion, cabbage, mushrooms & broccoli with slices of chicken. Heartwarming, really. With hot tea (one pot for $1?!) & a fortune cookie, came to $32.75. With tip, overall total sat at just under $40. I'm glad I stopped in- this really was a phoenix rising from the proverbial ashes; Phoenix needs a win after Alameda & this place is helping keep them strong. Highly recommend

Mar Far Chicken contains NO VEGETABLES. It is deep fried chicken breast (least flavorful of the proteins) cut into sections. I appreciated that they served the "pink sauce" in a separate container so that it didn't get soggy on the road. Pork fried rice is a hearty portion, not greasy, fairly neutral flavor. They no longer sell won ton soup. That's too bad because I read that theirs was really tasty. ALL of their prices have gone up in the last 4 months; I added updated menu photos.
