When we politely asked how we should properly word the order so it could be made correctly, she became visibly upset instead of simply explaining it. She then took the dish away, and no replacement was offered--nor was there any apology for the misunderstanding. I completely understand that restaurants have many customers to attend to, but we are paying customers as well. After years of making the drive here for a good meal, this experience was extremely disappointing. Sadly, this interaction cost you a loyal customer, and I will not be recommending this location anymore.
