Pretty good overall and definitely worth the hype which is why I go back from time to time. There is a long wait but if you plan ahead it works out well in the app. I get the Mango boom its pretty bomb the kale is great too. The staff are very quick to make the drinks despite the massive volume. The location gets crowded but there is plenty of places to sit and wait or even enjoy. The atmosphere is always a calm chaos.

Heytea is clearly one of the most popular boba shops around. The interior is clean and minimal, and it was packed with Gen Z customers when we visited. One thing that caught me off guard was the ordering process. There isn't a large menu displayed behind the counter--just a menu next to the self-order kiosks. Since it was our first visit, it took us a while to decide what to order. Thankfully there were two kiosks, so we didn't hold up the line too much. I ordered the Mango Grapefruit Boom. It was refreshing, fruity, and perfect for a warm day, though I wish the grapefruit flavor had been a little more pronounced. My friend got the Brown Sugar Boba, and the creamy foam on top was the highlight. Both drinks were noticeably less sweet than the typical boba shop, which we really appreciated.

This review is more for the not a margarita drink and also the way it was served. We ordered two not a margaritas and asked for take out since we were in a rush. I arrive and was quite confused as to why they werent lidded and not in a bag. I asked for lids and a bag and they slowly made their way over. They seemed to be very confused as to why I was asking those things when I had requested them to go in the app. Anywho, the not a margarita had a bunch of syrups in it and tasted all right. It was extremely sweet and not my cup of tea. I would not get this drink again.

Ah, another Heytea location. Located in the Cherry Orchard Shopping Center, close to Sourdough Co, Trader Joe's, etc. My friend told me about the Kale Boost Tea which I will try next time. I got my usual, Coconut Mango Boom: freshly cut mango blended with coconut milk, complimented by freshly cooked handcrafted sago and coconut jelly (4/5). Ah, refreshing as always. The service was fairly quick here, which was uncommon. LOL.

Been coming to Heytea quite a few times now in the last month. Normal go to orders are: jasmine green tea with boba mango grapefruit boom Drinks overall, quality and consistency here are better than the Cupertino location. Staff is more efficient for sure. Annoying to order with the kiosk...but if able, you can order through the app as well. During promos, you need to order with staff directly, but if you don't want the promo, you can order on the kiosk directly. Limited seating inside. Parking lot is absolutely atrocious in the area.

This place is clearly popular, so expect longer wait times and limited seating, especially during busy hours. Ordering ahead for pickup is probably the best way to go if you're in a hurry. That said, the boba here is absolutely worth it. The drinks are flavorful, refreshing, and consistently good. The ambience is also incredibly cute and inviting, with a fun vibe that makes the place feel lively and trendy. Even with the crowds, it's still a spot I'd happily come back to for another drink.

This place is located in the busy Trader Joe's complex. You can order at the kiosk or scan to order online Ordered the cloud mango which comes topped with cheese foam. Really tasty with real mango pulp/chunks

First time trying this boba shop! I really wanted the Mulberry, but I think it's seasonal since they had a grape special instead. I went with the mango and it was delicious! They are also well staffed and the drinks come out quick!

Mango coconut blue

I got the mango coconut blue without sago since i dont like sago. The drink at first sips without stirring was good and the mango/coconut pudding was very flavorful. However when i mixed the blue thing with the mango liquid, it turned so tasteless and felt like i just wasted 9 dollars on this drink. Not only did it taste like nothing, but it was also a flavor that didnt even taste edible, just some kind of mango skin stock or something i dont even know. Dont get this drink.

I had a much better experience this time. I ordered online and got my drink after shopping at Trader Joe for about 15 minutes. The store is nice and clean. Service was fine this time with no BOGO free offer lol, so it wasn't crowded. My friend and I sat outside and enjoyed our drink. A perfect sunny day to sip my pistachio coconut jasmine tea drink before headed back to work. I was able to come get a drink and pick up lunch all within one hour to make it back to work for a meeting. Happy customer.

Seasonal guava drinks are on point! The King jasmine guava and guava green grape drinks offer a spin on some of their delicious grape and jasmine staples. Go get yours.

Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk and Mango Grapefruit Boom

Visiting from out of town and first time trying Heytea. Got Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk and Mango Grapefruit Boom. Everything was fresh and tasty!! The "bobo" (as opposed to "boba") was delicious! It was sooooooooo busy!! They were cranking so many drinks out! Looked like you could order ahead or at the kiosk. It was bright and lively in the place. Even the drink carrier is well thought out. A cool looking paper bag with a folded drink holder placed inside it so it doesn't fall over. Genius. There are tons of boba places everywhere. I don't know how they all survive, but this one definitely doesn't look like it's struggling. Would definitely come back!

Bright and flavorful drinks. The mango grapefruit boom is like a dessert in a cup, with sago and coconut milk jelly. Lots of ingredients. The fruits are delicious, especially the mango bits. Refreshing and creamy. Their cloud longjing milk tea is also really good, deep flavor in the milk tea and paired with a creamy matcha cloud. The flavors blended well together. For toppings, their boba is nice and chewy. The cheese foam is smooth and rich. The packaging is good as well, the bags hold the drinks very safely and are great for reusing. Whether you get milk tea or the fruit tea from here, I think they're both excellent choices. Some fruit teas run kinda sweet though, and some milk teas I find to be lighter in taste. (I wasn't a huge fan of the king jasmine or the grapefruit boom).

The order was ready 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Located in Arques Plaza, next to Metro Burger and Subway, Tong Sui sits prominent. The parking spaces closest to Tong Sui is ample. The pick up area and register is visible immediately upon entering. The cashier shared a friendly, warm smile and assisted with my pickup order immediately. The line upon entering had about ten people waiting to order around 6:30PM on a Saturday. Our order consisted of: 1 - Peach & Lychee Cheezo ($9.95) with honey boba ($1) 1 - Black Sesame Hojicha Latte (8.50) with honey boba ($1) 2 - Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte ($5.95) with honey boba ($1) 1 - Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding ($10.95) Verdicts: Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte - very nutty and earthy flavor profile, at regular sweet I feel like it's too sweet but it was purchased for my daughter and husband. My daughter is not a fan even though she liked this tea at a different shop with the same selection options. I like it, Even with the prominent profile, the flavors are true to its name, well balanced and complex. If you are not into a strong earthy flavor, this is not for you - I personally enjoy it. Peach & Lychee Cheezo - this is the drink that sold me on trying Tong Sui. Blended peach skin on with Cheezo foam I have never had at regular sweet is not sweet. Think drinking a ripe piece of fruity, juicy and oh so satisfying. That is this drink. My daughter enjoyed it so much it is now hers. I at least got two sips. This is definitely a fan favorite because my husband wished he had chosen this one. Black Sesame Hojicha Latte - Hojicha is one of my favorite teas, never had it paired with black sesame and definitely never had peanuts added. This flavor profile intrigued me so much so I had to try it. At less sweet it is still slightly sweet and still perfection. The peanuts give it a nutty flavor profile with the roasted green tea and black sesame adding an additional nutty, smoky, earthiness. I love! The drink is creamy, rich, nutty and perfect. Think a luscious blended black sesame shake, so good! Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding - served as my breakfast this morning. Kept refrigerated, it was perfect the next day. The mango tastes fresh, bright and sweet. The puddling was creamy, thick, coconut forward and light. The sticky rice complimented and balanced out the other two ingredients, making it the perfect bite. Whether I was eating the mango solo, the pudding with the mango or all three at once, each bite was truly satisfying. It was very filling. Would I return, most definitely when I am back in the area. Wish the other locations were closer to where I frequent. Other locations include Campbell, Milpitas, Palo Alto, Valley Fair and Redwood City.

The pork was sliced in thin slivers and marinated in a sweet and savory sauce. There were crispy wonton skins and cilantro in the filling too. The crepe wrapper itself had a chewy and pliant mouthfeel. Passionfruit tea that came with the combo was a bit sweeter than I'd prefer, especially since the pork belly marinade was already sweet. No one was in front of me at the kiosk so I thought this was going to be me lucking out, and being able to place an order and get in and out fairly quickly. Keep in mind there were only a couple of people sitting at the table, enjoying their drinks. I was shocked when I went to order and literally 95% of the drinks were marked sold out, and the little bit that was possibly left to order would take close to two hours to receive my order. The sign on the kiosk popped up 80 mins, and the lady standing next to me at the other kiosk said this was her third time there trying to order, and that the time was only a suggestion, and that this definitely would take longer than that.
