It took forever, ok about two years, to finally go here even though it's not too far away. They close earlier than most boba spots, around 8ish? It's mainly interaction free due to the ordering kiosks and staff just calls out your name after emerging from the back with your order. They don't hang out around the counter. I first tried their drinks at the CityLine Bridgerton Tea & Candle making event back in March. I was able to try hot Ruby milk tea, hot honey amber milk tea, hot jasmine pure tea, and hot peach four seasons oolong tea, all lightly sweetened. The ruby was my favorite! It was an oolong. I kept refilling my teacup with it throughout the night. Fast forward to the actual shop experience. They had ruby milk tea-- hooray! I got no sweet and added oats (signature topping) and brown sugar mochi jelly. So good but it was sweeter than I thought it would be. I was so sad they didn't have ruby during my visit in April so I got the deep roasted oolong milk tea, no sweet but with oats. Too dark/bitter for me. My friend got the passionfruit orange fruit tea and it was pretty good. Oh my goodness get the mochi waffle sticks if they have them! I got a three pack and they're soo crispy and chewy-licious with included whipped cream dip! Get chocolate cream for an extra fifty cents. There's seating indoors or enjoy your drink while walking around CityLine. Easy parking at any of the garages. Please bring back ruby milk tea! Puh-lease!
Took me two years to finally try this Chinese based boba shop. I enjoyed drinking the Purple rice and red bean latte in soy milk (extra $0.25) which had good texture. The crispy waffle mochi wasn't unique, yet not too sweet itself. I think it's better to eat without the whipped cream since it was optional. I rather have them serve in red bean paste instead. The service is self kiosk with simple pick up from the counter. Not much seating inside since it's a small cafe. It would be nice if they offer more savory Chinese snacks to balance out the sweet drinks.
Hands down my favorite boba shop in the bay area, and I'm surprised they haven't opened another location yet! My go-to is their honey amber oolong milk tea at 30% sugar, with tea jelly. There's not a lot of places that do this flavor and it's very unique (caffeine is definitely strong for this one). It's milky, creamy, and a strong and smooth oolong flavor. I highly recommend adding the tea jelly - it's a nice complement to the drink. Because the tea jelly already has sugar, I lowered the sugar level for the actual drink itself. Store interior is clean, but not a lot of seats (it's a small shop) so I'd recommend just grab and go. There's two tables inside and a bench, but can get filled up at peak hours. Street parking is hard to find, but I typically just park in the Target parking garage. We also went right when it was opened and wasn't expecting to wait at all but we still had to wait a little bit. Thought the service would be faster honestly especially since we went right when it opened. Also love the seasonal drinks they have. One summer they had a mung bean slush which reminded me of a childhood dessert - mung bean soup!
I always have a hard time resisting stopping by Teazzi when I shop and hang around cityline sunnyvale Taste: 5/5! I think their drinks are very high quality. It's a favorite amongst many of my friends. Parking: There are two garages near Target and Whole Foods. I recommend whole foods because it tends to be easier. Service: Super easy. You order through one of their two kiosks and you can pick up.
One of my stops on my boba pilgrimage in NorCal for franchises and spots that exist only here but not in SoCal. BUT one of these is opening up in Atlantic Times Square in MPK, so yay! One that is closer to me in the future. This is right next to the giga Target, so you can easily park in that giant parking structure and walk towards Teazzi. You can also order and pick up in advance if that makes things easier for you. They have a sign warning people not to just park in front and pick up their drinks since others have been ticketed in the past. You can order via the kiosks here. I guess there was a BOGO Valentine's Day drink but I think I missed that on the kiosk. Drats! For my order, I got the: 1) Velvet Oolong Milk Tea with Sesame Mochi: -I got this at 50% sweet (recommended) and with less ice (30%). -I think this was one of their seasonal drinks, since I'm easily suckered in by seasonal drinks. And this was kind of a mistake. -It was a super thick (because of the mochi I'm sure) and sweet drink (at least at that level and by my standards), so it was more of a dessert than anything. Regardless, I do like that they have sesame mochi as a topping since you don't see that as often. Love the roasted, grainy flavor and texture for that. -I couldn't finish it but that was due to my own hubris. 2) Crispy Mochi Waffle: -I only ordered 1 piece but they were kind enough to give me 3. Maybe since it was at the end of the day. -Unique dessert item and my bf who can't really eat sweets, really enjoyed eating this. -Crispy on the outside and chewy mochi on the inside. Yummy when fresh and goes great with the included whipped cream. I'd definitely get this again. I also love that they have collaboration stickers with small artists. Love to see that support. When we visited, they were also having a promo for Lunar New Year and I got these red envelopes (empty for us to use, not filled). Nice freebie. Thanks! Ambiance is very chill, even with the groups of people coming in and out. Minimal, but there's some seating and a couple tables inside. Made a mistake on the drink order, but I don't mind trying this location again or the one that'll eventually open up in MPK!
I came here with a friend. Tried the popular drink listed in the menu. Tofu pudding deep roast oat milk tea, it was pretty good. We ordered on the kiosk, got the drinks within five minutes. Pretty fast. Service was fine. Cute tea shop. There are tables inside that you can sit. Overall, I would come back and try other dishes.
My brother had been hyping this place up for the last few months while I was away so I came in with high expectations. Upon walking in, you can order at the kiosks and there are descriptions of each drink which makes it easy to know what toppings are in the drinks. Inside was very clean and the bathroom was super clean, which I really liked. Service was fast. I got the house milk tea with boba and oats 50% sugar and 30% ice. It was very flavorful! The oats added a nice little crunch. My brother got the black sesame milk tea (seasonal) and it tasted like a drink form of tangyuan so recommend if you like that flavor. My mom opted for the mung bean milk tea (seasonal) and it was also fragrant. Out of the three, I enjoyed my drink the most. Recommend ordering the house drink if it's your first visit. As for parking, there are parking garages in the area, and it was really easy. No issues finding parking.
Teazzi was a bait and switch for me. I saw the cute traditional blue and white china pattern on the paper cups and felt nostalgia that I perhaps mistakened for authenticity. When perusing the menu, all the drink descriptions sounded so dang good, so much so that I couldn't resist trying two drinks. Both were disappointing and tossed after a few sips. Located in a busy downtown area next to Target, it's an order and go shop without seating.Ordering is done via electronic consoles, and there are options for sweetness level, ice level, and non dairy milk adjustments. Service was pretty speedy. Honey amber oolong milk tea: This name just sounds so delicious, but the actual product was anything but. There was zero oolong tea flavor, zero honey flavor, and the oat milk tasted slightly bitter. I felt like I was drinking slightly sweet water with intermittent zaps of bitterness. Incredibly disappointing. Tofu pudding deep oolong oat milk tea: The taste of the tofu pudding was decent, though the texture was a little firmer than I'd prefer. Other than that, there was similarly no oolong tea flavor and the oat milk was again unpleasant. With so many impressive tea shops in the Bay Area, I won't be returning.

The honey and oolong mix so well together and I get it almost every time. They recently changed to a new ordering system so you can't order via app anymore (as far as I know). The shop is right next to target so it's very easily paired with a tar-shey run. Parking can be a little difficult and it is a little pricey for boba. But I'm willing to go just for the honey amber oolong milk tea anytime. (Would also note that they close late but would recommend not getting boba at that time since it can be a bit stale...)
I stopped in here and no one was working the counter (everyone was in the back making drinks), but there are 2 tablets to order from. The store was clean and minimalist and had a reasonable amount of available seating. I got the oat latte with tofu pudding and it was DELICIOUS. I was concerned that the sugar level was not adjustable, but the drink was not sweet at all, and the tofu pudding gave it the little bit that I needed. I enjoyed having oats instead of boba (healthier but still filling). The sad thing is that it was an $8 drink but it only comes in a 16oz size. I think it's worth the price since this drink is lovely and unique.
I stopped by on a whim during the recent SJMade event on 9/13 to grab a drink. My family and I ordered the Four Seasons Tea with boba (30% sugar) and the House Special Milk Tea (0% sugar, no oats). Both drinks were light and refreshing, with a smooth consistency since we opted for lactose-free milk. I especially appreciated that the sweetness level let the tea flavor shine through rather than being overpowered by sugar. The wait time was a little longer than usual, but completely understandable given the busy weekend crowd. Overall, it was worth it--the drinks were easy to enjoy, not heavy, and hit the spot after walking around the event. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area again.
Nice boba tea shop at downtown Sunnyvale. I have been here couple times since their grand opening and stop by for the drink when I am in Sunnyvale downtown area. . The shop is not that large but has some seating available. The shop serve various tea like jasmine, oolong and black tea. It has couple fruit tea drink , tea latte, milk tea and just tea. I wish they still have the apple one. I usually order the peach oolong TJ with 30% sweetness. The drink is refreshing. You can order online or at the store.

If you dig Oolong tea or Oolong Milk Teas, Teazzi is a place you should try. Teazzi in Downtown Sunnyvale has a oolong teas of various depth and intensity for you to choose from. You can get the strong one which leans to chocolate influences, mild, or a moderate one like the Amber Oolong Milk Tea that I ordered with 70% sweetness. I had to get something here because it's one of the few milk tea places that still does oats/oatmeal as an add on. I love oats in milk teas, but surprisingly many places have cut it out as an add on topping option. The Amber Oolong Milk Tea has medium light oolong flavor but is overall very balance in sweetness and creaminess. I liked it and would order it again. They have jasmine tea, non-milk teas and also other add ons like tea jelly and boba. Their fruit tea options include mango, peach, strawberry and apple. The do a black sesame tea, mung bean tea and have seasonal creations also. You order at a screen and they bring the drink out quickly. There is not always someone visible in the front of the house to answer questions. They don't have too many seats. There is plenty of parking in Downtown Sunnyvale, just a short walk away! read more

Came here during the BTS army market that happened this weekend for a drink since it was hot out and there was a good line of people here so i figured it couldn't be too bad. It's clean and there's a bit of seating inside and self service kiosks you can use to order. We got a peach tea and an apple tea and both were pretty good, service took a little longer due to the event, but still came out fairly fast. I'd come back. read more
I got the specialty tea with oatmeal and boba .. it was really oatmealy I think it would've been fine if it was oatmeal or boba but I think combining both was weird. All teas were baseline good but ruby oolong was the best. I got 50% sweet here and it was good amt of sweet. We ordered on kiosk and wait time wasn't crazy. I hate writing negative reviews, but my drink tasted watered down or lacked enough milk. Since this was my first visit, I was disappointed. I ordered their Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea 琥珀奶蜜, and given the long line, I assumed the place must be good--but I was wrong. I wouldn't go out of my way to return, especially after waiting an hour for it. read more
One of my favorite boba shops for when I'm craving fruit tea! I love that their fruit teas come with crystal boba, fruit bites, and some jelly. I normally get 0% and no ice and it's perfect! I also really like their house milk tea with oats and boba, but it is a bit filling. With the oats, it's like a breakfast drink! I didn't really like it the first time, but now I really enjoy it! This was a pleasant surprise on a hot day. We stopped by during Sunyvale Restaurant Week to take advantage of the Milk Tea Flight. This was a cool deal because we were able to taste 5 different flavors to determine our favorite. Our favorite was the Jamine Milk tea, with 50% sweetness. The store is very small with only two tables to sit inside. There is a nice square arcoss the street that you can sit by redwood trees to enjoy the drinks. There is a kiosk to order your drink, making it easy and quick. It took a bit to get our teas as there were several people infront of us. Park at target and walk around to the front of the store. read more
I've been wanting to try Teazzi for the longest time and managed to visit on a Sunday afternoon!! Checking out is efficient and done at an online kiosk (as is for many boba stores in the Bay). I ordered the house special milk tea with the recommended level of sugar (50%) and ice. I love the texture of the oats, I know it can be hit or miss and is what they are known for offering but it adds a great flavor and helps soak up a bit of the stronger tea flavors in my opinion! The interior is really clean and offers a bit of indoor seating for people that prefer to sip and talk. I would definitely come back. read more
I like to consider myself a boba tea connoisseur... so I was so happy to try this new boba tea place my friend recommended! Parking is super convenient as it's near downtown Sunnyvale. It's nestled between Target as well as Whole Foods and other fun places! So you can park in the garage or street parking close by. You order at the kiosk tablet and it's super convenient. I'm warning you - there are a lot of choices! If you're feeling adventurous I'd try the oat bubble tea one! I had the jasmine milk tea and it was decent. They give you lots of options for sugar level, ice level, toppings, etc. The people working there are very nice and friendly! Unfortunately they don't have a lot of kid options. My 6 year old had the peach tea and it was okay. I would have liked more options for her such as smoothie type drinks but c'est la vie. She tried something new. They also have delicious mochi waffles if you want a snack to go with your boba tea! So all in all it's a good place to try if you're in the neighborhood, but just be weary that there aren't that many kid friendly options. read more
Ooh, a Taiwanese chain's first location in CA! Teazzi seems to specialize in oolong, having more selections for that type of tea - most notably their four seasons. They offer milk teas, fruit teas, tea lattes (they use lactose-free milk!), and original teas. They are located in Sunnyvale's up and coming shopping district next to downtown. There are two kiosks to order from, and also a cashier tablet if you flag someone down. It's pretty small inside with just a couple of tables and counter, and the space is very modernistic, white, and clean. - Deep Roast Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (100% sugar, hot) A strong oolong (tieguanyin/iron goddess) which was creamy and good as hot milk tea in their small cup. The boba was good with a melting chew and flavorful. At 100% sugar, it's definitely sweet. - Peach Four Seasons TJ (30% sugar, 30% ice) This was omega sweet, like sickening sweet. I asked for 0% sugar for my redo, and it was much better. It comes with tea jelly (basically jello) and crystal boba (slightly smaller, misshapen, and smoother than usual), which were fun textures. I liked the fresh peach sediments and flavor (a little more tart than sweet, after the 0% sugar adjustment), though I could tell that it wasn't peach season. Regardless, I'd get this again after trying different fruits. For modern natural-ingredient focused and premium tea, the prices are alright. The toppings will get you, though - roughly a buck per topping. I do appreciate that they emphasize making your tea right, and will fix it immediately if it's not to your liking. As I respect the ingredients and quality tea emphasis, I'd visit again. read more

Teazzi is my go-to boba spot in Sunnyvale! Ordering is done via touchscreen kiosk and there are two tables with chairs to sit in while you wait. Their drinks are very consistent and I always get these: House special milk tea - the highlight of this drink is the oats! I love the texture that it adds in addition to the boba in the drink. Oats and boba work very well together in my opinion Mango green TJ - very refreshing with the perfect balance of mango flavor and tea taste. I only like fruit teas when the tea taste is very present, and this one hit the spot for sure! I also really love the toppings in this one-crystal boba and tea jelly are the perfect textures for a refreshing bite. This shop is in the same district as Whole Foods and Target in the downtown Sunnyvale area. I especially liked that this shop has lactose-free milk and offers a cool oat topping. Taro latte 5/5: A perfect choice if you're looking for a non-caffeinated drink. The taro paste they have is quite good and tastes less artificial than the same drink from other boba shops. House special milk tea 5/5: This drink comes with boba and oats. I really liked the texture of the oats (I usually find oatmeal mushy but the oat Teazzi uses has a good texture to it.) Purple rice and read bean latte 4/5: This is a seasonal offering if you're looking for another non-caffeinated drink. We thought the drink was kind of sweet and there wasn't a way to customize it. Cute little boba shop that's surrounded by residences and businesses in downtown Sunnyvale. My friend recommended their house special milk tea because it's different by having raw oats in there. I thought it would be weird and first sip I didn't care for it, but then it grew on me. Nice to get the chew of the oats and boba, reminded me slightly of overnight oats without being too mushy. We ordered via the kiosk and it was ready in no time with the correct standardizations. The shop itself is a bit small with only two tables inside, but super bright and clean. read more

It was my first time trying Teazzi and it might be my new Sunnyvale boba favorite! One of my favorite drinks have always been a honey milk tea, and I haven't found a place that did it well until here. I definitely would recommend the Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea, maybe 70% sweetness though if you don't have a sweet tooth. Their oat milk teas are also refreshing and interesting! It feels more on the healthier side, and it might not be the drink for everyone -- but if I'm in the mood for something a little nutty and grainy, I'd get it! Overall, 5/5 and I am definitely excited to back again. read more
Order in-store at the kiosk (there are 2). I got the honey amber oolong milk tea with boba and grass jelly. The milk tea is smooth and tastes a little herbal but not too much. The boba is soft (not mushy) and chewy. I actually didn't get much grass jelly in my drink but the bits I got was smooth. 50% sweetness was still pretty sweet at some parts of my drink and it is their recommended sweetness level. I would come back to try their other drinks. read more

I've passed by downtown Sunnyvale a bunch of times before and we ended up here after work one day since I wanted to give it a try. First impression: We waited an absurdly long time for our drinks. Like literally 30+ minutes. The tea was high quality and the sugar was low for my amber oolong (they take their percentages seriously), but my friend's fruit tea was very sweet. The boba was a little undercooked on the inside and a little overcooked on the outside. The menu is super overwhelming just because of the sheer amount of options but everything looks really good. The interior is also really cute. It reminds me of Formosa Aroma in Alhambra, but still a ways to go. I think this place has potential, but still some kinks to work out. read more
Been wanting to try Teazzi and was happy to stop by on a day without a line. I typically like my boba tea drinks very milky and creamy, so I was a little torn when viewing the menu. Luckily I was able to ask the girl at the counter who was super nice and answered all my questions. Ended up getting the iced dark roast black milk tea with boba and oats which came out to almost $8. Super fast service and my drink was ready within 2 minutes of ordering on my phone through Snackpass. The milk tea was less creamy and stronger on the tea, but it was very fragrant and enjoyable. Boba was nice and chewy and the oats were an interesting touch- it was a very hearty drink and made me really full. Might not get it again in the future as a topping, but I'd recommend trying it once just to see if it's up your alley. Overall, happy to have tried Teazzi and would stop by again to try their other signature drinks. read more

Came here on a weekday late afternoon with my mom. The place was very clean. There wasn't anyone at the counter, but we spot a touch screen kiosk. There wasn't a line and only a small amount of seating. My mom ordered Strawberry Green Tea and I ordered Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea. I had 50% sugar and it was a good amount of sweetness. It was very good. It was a good balance and didn't overpower each other. Parking is behind where target and pacific catch is. Very close by. I would recommend trying this place! read more
