Can I give 10 stars for the puddings? It's my first time trying their coconut pudding and I loved it, I got mango coconut, strawberry and lychee pudding Lychee was my favourite, it was very nice with very flavours of coconut and lychee complementing together. I did not get a chance to try the drinks but will be back again!
This is my first time trying coconut pudding desserts! So delicious, light, and refreshing. We ordered the milky persimmon, coconut ice, and tropical sunrise. All the drinks were not too sweet yet well balanced! I highly recommend the coconut ice or their coconut pudding, genuinely you can't go wrong with that! Drinks: 10/10 delicious Customer service: 9/10 friendly, fast (ordered via kiosk) Parking: 8/10 (okay can get packed during busy hours) Ambiance: 7/10 (a bit small)
Love this place! They have the best refreshing drinks and my go to is the Coco Avocado less sweet with coconut milk. My other go-tos are the mango avocado drink and the nutty noir. The coconut pudding is also really good and we like to save the jars to get 1 free one for returning 10 jars. We will be back!
We got the guava strawberry and coco mango boba fruithy. We like how large the drinks are, and compared to boba shops with similar prices, this is a good value drink. These have somewhat of a slushie-smoothie texture. There's fruit bits in the drink so additional toppings weren't necessary for us. The service was fast.
I haven't had Tong Sui since the Cupertino location closed because of the fire, but I was really craving coconut pudding, so I decided to order it here. There was plenty of parking, the staff were super friendly, and my order was ready when I got there. The location is a bit further away, but it's definitely worth the drive. My favorite item here is the Double Layer Coconut Pudding (Vegan), but I wanted to try something new, so I got the Pinky Coco (Less Sweet option) and Mango Coconut Pudding (Vegan). The mango puree on top is good, but nothing beats the coconut pudding layer. I'm a big coconut fan and love the flavor and consistency of the pudding. It's not too sweet, and the coconut flavor really comes through.
Tried the new coconut water with black sesame foam. It is good but my favorite is still the avocado coconut. I always visit when I'm in the Bay as there are no locations in So Cal. Please come and create your own adventure.

I think because the dessert is refrigerated the sticky rice becomes much more firm and is a bit of a jarring contrast to the other flavors. I tried my partners dessert (the mango mochi) and I thought the flavors and textures blended together much better. I like that the coconut pudding isn't too sweet and the mango flavor counterbalances it well. Service is very quick: they grab the dessert out of the fridge display. There's a few tables and chairs inside, but overall limited seating -- so more of a grab and go kind of place.

When it's crowded, be prepared to wait in line if you don't order in advance. The store is very small. Only have 3-4 very small tables (for 2 persons only). We ordered: - Coconut Ice Bomb - Black Sesame Coconut Pudding - Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding - Mango Mochi Coconut Pudding They are all good and not too sweet. The only one I'm not sure is the Mochi one. I was expecting the small round moch balls and didn't see any. The mochi was in a layer form above the coconut pudding instead and it's hard to tell since the coconut pudding is also white in color. There are many flavors I want to try. Definitely will be back.

I also tried Coco Earth, and it was nice, but not like outstanding. Another really good one is the taro boba -- it's one of my favorite drinks. I tried my first Taro Boba here, and I was hooked. Their mango smoothie is good too, and matcha has a very authentic taste. The seating inside is cozy and comfortable. It can get pretty crowded on weekends or special occasions, but it's worth it. Bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Parking is easy -- it's right in front of the shop.

Ordered online through their site, customization was easy and descriptions were detailed. Text messaging was great, it notified me when our drinks were ready to pickup. The order was ready 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Located in Arques Plaza, next to Metro Burger and Subway, Tong Sui sits prominent. The parking spaces closest to Tong Sui is ample. The pick up area and register is visible immediately upon entering. The cashier shared a friendly, warm smile and assisted with my pickup order immediately. The line upon entering had about ten people waiting to order around 6:30PM on a Saturday. Our order consisted of: 1 - Peach & Lychee Cheezo ($9.95) with honey boba ($1) 1 - Black Sesame Hojicha Latte (8.50) with honey boba ($1) 2 - Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte ($5.95) with honey boba ($1) 1 - Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding ($10.95) Verdicts: Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte - very nutty and earthy flavor profile, at regular sweet I feel like it's too sweet but it was purchased for my daughter and husband. My daughter is not a fan even though she liked this tea at a different shop with the same selection options. I like it, Even with the prominent profile, the flavors are true to its name, well balanced and complex. If you are not into a strong earthy flavor, this is not for you - I personally enjoy it. Peach & Lychee Cheezo - this is the drink that sold me on trying Tong Sui. Blended peach skin on with Cheezo foam I have never had at regular sweet is not sweet. Think drinking a ripe piece of fruity, juicy and oh so satisfying. That is this drink. My daughter enjoyed it so much it is now hers. I at least got two sips. This is definitely a fan favorite because my husband wished he had chosen this one. Black Sesame Hojicha Latte - Hojicha is one of my favorite teas, never had it paired with black sesame and definitely never had peanuts added. This flavor profile intrigued me so much so I had to try it. At less sweet it is still slightly sweet and still perfection. The peanuts give it a nutty flavor profile with the roasted green tea and black sesame adding an additional nutty, smoky, earthiness. I love! The drink is creamy, rich, nutty and perfect. Think a luscious blended black sesame shake, so good! Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding - served as my breakfast this morning. Kept refrigerated, it was perfect the next day. The mango tastes fresh, bright and sweet. The puddling was creamy, thick, coconut forward and light. The sticky rice complimented and balanced out the other two ingredients, making it the perfect bite. Whether I was eating the mango solo, the pudding with the mango or all three at once, each bite was truly satisfying. It was very filling. Would I return, most definitely when I am back in the area. Wish the other locations were closer to where I frequent. Other locations include Campbell, Milpitas, Palo Alto, Valley Fair and Redwood City. read more

Inside: Cozy, nice interior, enough seating. I went around 7 PM so it wasnt too crowded so we could get seats easily. Service was fine too, nothing too extraordinary. Drink: We got three drinks and they were really nice for the hot weather. An earth matcha, coconut breeze, and tropical sunrise. The matcha was nice, not too watery, the salted foam was a nice touch. The coconut breeze was refreshing with all the jellies and fresh watermelon. The tropical sunrise was the best, the flavors of the guava and lemon were really rich and it was like a slushie. They have a range of refreshing drinks and puddings. They're not overly sweet and taste fresh. I stop by, whenever I pass a tong sui. Many of their drinks are non caffeinated and vegan. The best part about their puddings is that they don't use gelatin. I'm very sensitive to gelatin and it usually complicates eating puddings for me. But not this one. I could just keep buying from here. read more

Came in to try their new seasonal drinks. I got the strawberry dream with coconut milk and honey boba. I would say I am pleasantly surprised with the strawberry cream layer on top. This location is small but a cool place to unwind after work with fun refreshing drinks! The service here is good. I was met with a friendly "hello" by Janine who helped me with my order. Which is a good mention because not a lot of places acknowledge at entry. read more

My sister seems to have been talking about Tong Sui every single chance that I saw her. I absolutely kid you not!! With me not being too familiar with Tong Sui, I kind of let her rambling go in one ear and out the other. With us celebrating the 4th in a very lowkey chill manner, my sister decided to make the drive to Sunnyvale and give me my first taste. Purchases: *Coco Ice Bomb [50% Sweetness Level] *Coco Ice Bomb [regular sweet] *Signature Coconut Pudding [hold the coconut flakes] *Rosie Lychee Coconut Pudding The coco ice bomb wasn't for me. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't as amazing as I had been hyped up about. This drink was just too creamy for my liking and I would have loved to remove or lessen the amount of coconut milk involved. With that said, the crystal boba is really really good. Loved the texture and absolutely loved the taste. The signature coconut pudding was great. I appreciated how the staff separates the toasted coconut flakes to not only keep them crunchy but it allowed for me to remove that as a whole. The pudding was light, refreshing, not overly sweet, & the silky texture literally had me wanting more! Rosie lychee was good, just not worth the 11 bucks. Again, the texture and sweetness level was perfect but I hoped the lychee flavor stood out more than it did. 4 stars outta 5!! I'd happily come back again but would like to try a few different items. Great drinks with delicious coconut jelly desserts too. You can sample their coconut jelly which is very refreshing and not too sweet. The drinks are great too, tried the taro and it tasted great with real taro. The interior is small with limited seats and the staff are very friendly and helpful. read more

Got a black sesame hojicha latte with boba for to-go. The tapioca bobas were old and stale! As a reputable store that charges premium price, how can they serve bad boba without checking? Dissapointing. Won't give them any more business. read more

Tried their seasonal drink, Golden Glow which is a refreshing coconut + pineapple drink with crystal boba. I love how all of their drinks and puddings are made of natural fruits, and you can really taste the authenticity (and the bits of fruit!). Less sweet is recommended and I think less sweet was plenty sweet so their recommendation is right-on. I love the chewy texture of the crystal boba. My favorite from them continues to be the coconut puddings. I think for the last few times I've gone, the coconut crisps they provide with the original coconut puddings have been less crispy and have a slightly stale texture. It's still overall really good but it's been something my partner and I have noticed over the years. We've been coming here since they first opened and will continue to be a regular customer :) read more

This is the Sunnyvale location that has a good amount of parking compared to Valley Fair mall location. There's a Dim Sum restaurant next door you can get some eggrolls while they r making ur drink. My favorite is persimmon mochi coconut pudding jar and cheezo persimmon drink. I will be sad when the season is over. The taro is good too as my second favorite. The staff are very friendly. What's not to like about coconut pudding? I come here very often to treat myself. read more
Ordered the coco longan drink ($9.95, less sweet) and the peach lychee cheezo drink ($9.50 + $1 extra for crystal boba, less sweet, no cheezo). Arrived when they opened and waited about 10 minutes for the drinks (it seemed like they were working on online/pre-orders). I was initially hesitant to try this place because of the prices but I was really happy with the drinks. The recommendation of less sweet was perfect for both beverages. The longan taste was very prominent in the coco longan and the osmanthus jelly complimented it perfectly. It truly does taste like 15 longans were in the cup. The peach lychee drink was also delicious, though the peach flavor masks the lychee flavor. I would get both again. Although the drinks are delicious, this is a "splurge" place for me because of the prices. I'll most likely be back to try seasonal drinks. read more

So cute! They have contests for exposure and we went in for the Labubu contest. Been meaning to try Tong Sui and finally had a chance. We got their taro with taro balls and another herbal white drink which was so cute and pretty. They are really attentive to detail with the dried flower petals and it was really tasty as well. Really enjoyed the taro bits in the paste and the slush. The contests was cute too and it was an overall very fun time. read more

I've had their drinks here, but just recently tried their pudding: I am now a fan. I ordered the Persimmon Mochi and the Durian, and they were fantastic. The persimmon mochi was more watery than I expected, but the durian one was solid and smelled great! Ambiance is clean and simple, and the service was fast and friendly. read more

This boba spot is a whole experience, not just a drink run. Their flavor menu is wild in the best way. Not the usual "pick a milk tea and go" type of place. What is vegan? To clarify, items that have no milk or eggs at all.
They currently have a seasonal ube and purple rice coconut milk drink that's vegan. The daifuku is vegan, as well as their sago desserts and coconut ice bomb. Almost everything else has at least dairy in it.
Where are the ingredients? Do you use gelatin, what kind? Canned coconut milk? Any organic ingredients?No added sugar's? Thank you
We use fresh coconut water, organic lactose free milk, and agar to make coconut pudding. For signature flavor, no additional sugar is added. For others, we put less organic honey or cane sugar to better the taste.
How do I open the plastic jar containers? I'm a guy and it's still difficult and not intuitive on how to open
Is it the liquid dessert container? We had trouble too. After you twist off the cap there is a lid laid on top where you pull up gently.
Do the coconut puddings contain dairy?
Yes, we use organic lactose free milk to make coconut puddings.

Box size varies depending on how many jars you order. I know they have a box for 4 or 6 jars for sure. You can choose the flavors. See their website for flavors and prices but largely range from $8-10 per jar.
Is there any extra added sugar in the pudding or is it just the sweetness from the coconut water/milk?
The owner told me that there's no artificial sugar added, everything is naturally made. I'm sure the sweetness comes from the coconut itself. Hope this helps!
What's the shelf life for the puddings when refrigerated? Do you have to eat them on the same day?
The pudding with fresh fruits (like lychee, coconut shell, peach, etc.) can last for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. For the rest, they can last for 4-5 days.
