Another update that I called later that day and it turns out there was some kind of one-time urgent/emergency situation that morning which I understand happens sometimes and they apologized and refunded me. I was trying to order on DoorDash, I don't know what the reason was but I couldn't, but their juices caught my attention since I saw this place. I called the place to see if they were open, they told me yes, I told them I didn't know what the reason was, but I couldn't order on DoorDash, but the person who answered my call took the time to check what was going on and call me back, in the end I was able to order and they are the best healthy juices I have ever had! Came here on a road trip a few weeks back and was pleasantly surprised by the experienced. Excellent flavors for a good price! Friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable about the menu. I normally wouldn't consider myself the kind of guy who enjoys juice bars, not by a long shot, but this place definitely changed my mind. The BEST juices! Such a wonderful atmosphere, and women that I've encountered here. I love coming to this place (connected to a store with huge crystals!) and the Spicy is powerhouse is amazing! I love the green apple, and it's so nice to choose if you'd prefer cucumber or green apple. The add ins are really something special! The Angelic rooibos tea is good with lemon and pineapple added! Great smoothie and juice. I got the I am a firework and I am medjool. Both were probably the best smoothie and juice I've had in a really long time. Everything is cut up fresh upon ordering so it does take some time but it is worth the wait. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is a little funky but it works. read more

How wonderful for Los Altos downtown to have a place like iuice! Just what the downtown needed! The juice selection is awesome! What makes this place a cut above the rest is that everything is so fresh and they use organic vegetables and fruits. For what they offer the prices are very reasonable. John the owner, provides exceptional customer service. He lets me make slight customizations to my juice order, in case I don't wish for too much lime or ice. Very personal, pleasant and outstanding service. I have only tried their Heart Beet juice so far and it is superbly delicious! So cannot comment on others. I am sure they are all very good as well.
