Crumbl is one of our favorite sweet treats! The holiday lineups have been incredible, but the lava cookie was definitely a star. This location is always very clean which is great! Cookies are prepared speedily most of the time, I like to order on the app right before leaving the house and then they're ready for me when I check in!

Crumbl cookies has more than cookies! I was pleasantly surprised to see this biscoff tart dessert and it was delicious. It was like a mini cream pie with biscoff mousse like filling, light and airy whip cream and topped with biscoff crumbles. Delicious!

Ordering on the Crumbl app is so simple and easy! I also had no idea we had a Crumbl opened so late around here. What a treat! If it's your first time here, the GPS will probably route you to the back of the shop. Considering we came at 11pm, everything here is dark and closed. Just route towards the front of Wells Fargo. Parking: plenty of spots. The area right in front of the shop is kinda cramped tho. Suggest parking a bit further and walk over to avoid the jam. I got the 4 pack, and we got: - blueberry muffin - semi sweet chocolate - peanut butter with chocolate - cornbread All the cookies were yummy! Bummer we couldn't get the chilled cookie dough one, so I guess I would come back next time when it's available. The staff said the room temp cookies are good for 3 days without going in the fridge. Overall I would come here again to pick up some treats for a party!

I evaluate cookie shops based on how good their chocolate chip cookie is, and boy does this place make a delicious chocolate chip cookie. Perfect amount of a crunch in the outside and gooey goodness on the inside. I like the creativity in their other flavors too, but sometimes it gets a little bit over the top. Consistently clean and quick service inside.

The cookies here were much better than I expected! I originally thought crumbl was just an overrated cookie place, but it actually lived up to the hype! The service was great, got my cookies pretty fast, and they were all still warm. The shop itself is pretty small, but definitely efficient and smelt like warm cookies. I really enjoyed the chocolate flavored ones.

These days crumbl is widening their baking abilities and making things anything other than cookies. This includes pies, Brookies, and cakes. I feel like as far as branding they should be putting more attention on the cookies that crumbl is so famously known for. Many of the cookies with the plain base are nothing out of the ordinary for me. The only difference are the icing/ toppings that make the cookies different from every other week in rotations of flavors. I'd hope to see more variety and combinations to the cookie base. Some cookies could be sickly sweet and overwhelming with the amount of the calories it.

I crave this place from time to time and i think it's the whipped creme that is so delicious on either the cakes or the cookies!! Tried the pink cake and lemon cookie this time and i liked the lemon cookie better bc it has the light whipped cream on top!! I would have liked the pink cake better if different frosting (didnt like the buttercream). Love how they have different flavors every week or so.

    1. Go to Crumbl 2. Order 6 pack 3. Eat while it's warm Easy simple ordering/kiosk The order was brought super quick Too excited for to be patient to take a photo Tried all 6 flavors- strawberry - reeces pieces - very peanut buttery! Choco chip - my fav bc I'm bias to choco & loads of choco chip Cinnabon - more like Cinnabon cake but still good Oreo Canoli - probably my 2nd fav All Warm & gooey! So eat quick before it gets cold I'll be back!

We always enjoy Crumbl offerings. Today we picked up dessert for a small dinner with friends. We got four so that the four of us could sample several cookies. I ordered ahead and thank goodness I did. A soccer team descended just before we arrived, but because I placed my order ahead of time, I got most of the cookies I wanted. Word to the wise: Saturday is the last day of the week for them and they are closed on Sunday, so this is when they were most likely to run out of stuff. They had run out of semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookies, but they substituted mini cookies instead. We also got fudge brownie, cornbread cookie and peanut butter crisp. They were all moist and delicious, as we have come to expect from Crumbl. When all you sell is cookies, you have to do it right, and they do! The service is friendly, and the store is always clean and pristine looking even when there is a flurry of activity going on behind the counter.

Some of them don't even go to any other bakery besides this one and as such, I was excited to try their pastries. I got a combination of both basic items such as their croissant and their more decorative items such as their Paris Brest. The fundamental difference between American pastries and their French counterparts is that the latter are much less heavy and sweet and in that sense, Maison Alyzee does a good job. However, that quality really isn't that important to me unless I'm making baked goods at home or having them at a friend's. When it comes to a bakery, I care more about nuanced flavors, tastes, and textures and in those aspects, this place didn't really blow me away. To put it this way, I would rather travel to Midwife and the Baker and have one of their croissants at a cheaper price even if it may be more of a sugar bomb. I was actually contemplating knocking off another star because of how much the pastries cost an arm and a leg (almost $10+ for some of the individual items). In the end, I decided against it because this bakery is the first I've visited where the pastries both look nice AND taste good (Paris Baguette and Alexander's Patisserie, take note). Overall, this place is good if you are looking for pastries that both look and taste nice. Perhaps my palate is just not sophisticated enough but I just don't get any unique taste that warrants them being the most authentic French patisserie in the area. Personally, I would visit Midwife, Craftsman, and (soon) Arsicault in Palo Alto to get a more "quality' pastry.

My family and I stopped by Marvel Cake during Mother's Day for a sweet treat on Sunday. This location is in the strip of Downtown Palo Alto and has limited parking (similar to the rest of the stores there, there is a lot of parking, and you will need to get lucky). My mom does like the Marvel Cake in their first location, so we swung by here to try this one out! Location-wise, this is a smaller shop than the original one in West San Jose with limited seating inside. I would say it's not work from home friendly however, I did see a college student next to me on her laptop so maybe I am incorrect here! The interior is nice and light, matching the elegance of the desserts. We ordered three items on the menu: the pillow cake, the bisou, and the blueberry lavender roll. Here are some thoughts: * Pillowcase cake: It may seem like this would be a fluffy cake due to the nature of its shape, but it is a gelatinous Jell-O cake with fruit jam. It was not bad, and tasted refreshing and light. I didn't know if I liked it at first, but ultimately I did come back for seconds and thirds, so this is approved. * Blueberry lavender roll cake: This was not at all what we were expecting. I did not taste any lavender, nor did it have a strong blueberry flavor. I think what threw our party off was the layer of gelatin that surrounded the cake. Texturally, we were not a big fan. * Bisou: This one was our favorite one. I appreciated the nutty crust in the bottom layer of the cake, while the filling was soft and bouncy. It is very sweet, however, but overall, I really enjoyed this one and feel like it would go great with a cup of coffee. What made the experience here a 3 instead of a 4 or 5 was the service we got. We weren't greeted when we came in, which, to be fair, is totally fine, maybe they were busy. However, the person helping us stared at us the whole time and did not really communicate well with us. When I tried to order the cakes for my family, they looked bothered that we were there, and I was not sure if they understood what pastries I was ordering because they did not repeat it back to us at all or confirm anything. When I did place the order, they slowly grabbed the plates and looked visually confused, which again, if they wanted to, I could have repeated it back to them. After they gathered everything, they put it in front of us and rang me up. The whole time, they did not say a word to me at all. Did not reconfirm anything, did not acknowledge we were there, did not say thank you. It was a bit strange, and I had to check with my family if it was me or if that was a really weird experience (it wasn't me).

I enjoyed the Ube Cashew Brownie and Milo Cupcake, but would recommend the Ube Leche Flan Cupcake for your first visit. One trend across their offerings is the use of Filipino flavors like ube, Milo, and sweet corn. It makes them stand out in the crowded cafe & boba market. On the other aspects.. the store itself isn't too big but is well-decorated. There's not much seating so most will just order to-go. The service is usually quick so that's not an issue. I'm pretty sure it had no coffee in it, just oat milk and hazelnut dark chocolate, which was perfect in my book. I drank it fast. It was my first time trying a kouign-amann, and I'm still not sure what all the fuss is about. After a couple of bites I moved on to the apple croissant, which had almond cream and a cinnamon apple compote in it. It was delicious, and I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. Next was the banana chocolate croissant. I was disappointed when I cut it in half and saw how little chocolate there was inside of it, but once I tasted it I realized it was just right. The bananas and almond cream were very, very sweet. It was scrumptious with powdered sugar and sliced almonds on top. Later in the day I tried the baguette sandwich, which had Brie, sliced apples, jambon, arugula, mustard, and garlic aioli on it.
