C4 on the menu just added tomatoes! So yummy

We love the whole menu! If you are unsure order everything! Great Customer Service & Good Food is always a plus in my book ! There are even tables to enjoy if you want to sit inside!

Business hours but scheduled warm donuts!?!

This Donut Basket is located in a very small strip mall. Parking is ok. Classic donuts, cronuts, coffee drinks & other drinks, and croissant sandwiches. The service was nice and friendly. She even threw in a few donut holes in my box. I tried the glazed donut, and it was on the smaller side. It was ok.

Behold, the plain cake donut! Which is looking very similar to my cat's butt hole but still very tasty!

As the reigning Donut Queen of the South Bay, I heartily endorse this donut shop. Which is why I'm there every week ... Did you know your taste buds change as you get older? Maybe that's not an actual scientific fact but it sure seems to be the case for me. Overly sweet pastries? Not for me any more. I don't want food that makes my teeth ache. Enter the Donut Basket. Not only are their donuts super fresh they're not covered in grease and sugar. My personal fave: the cinnamon roll. These things are enormous. They're light though so if you were a Donut Queen like me, you could probably eat an entire one. Over 3 hours. Runners up: the jelly and, believe it or not, the plain cake. You know it's a damn fine donut store when the plain cake rocks. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Spendy, a bit spendy. $1.75 for a plain cake donut? Spendy. But hey, everything costs more now so it's not really the Donut Basket's fault they've had to raise their prices. I still love them.

Bacon, hash brown, egg and cheese on a jalapeno bagel with a vietnamese coffee

I've been here 30+ times in the past couple of years, since I live close by. I like to eat the food at Heritage Park (has benches, a table, trash cans) just across the street. Service is always pretty good. Prices are between Starbucks and a diner for the same amount of food. I usually get either a hash brown, egg and cheese or a bacon, hash brown, egg and cheese on a jalapeno bagel. The bagels are freshly made while the rest seems to be reheated. It's a simple, satisfying combination. I also get a vietnamese coffee or the blended latte.

Bad croissant

Cleanliness was lacking this morning. The shop had flies swarming upon entry. Customer service was top notch and the cashier was very friendly but this place needs a visit from the health department. Dirty shelves and trays in the donut case. Nothing looked fresh. I ordered the jalapeño, cheese, ham croissant but upon inspection the dough didn't rise. Undercooked and goopy on the inside. I had it heated up by the really nice cashier. It was cold by the time I had it in my car. It was poorly made and had hard cheese on top. I found a human hair inside my croissant :( Won't be back.

It's not open when it says it is. If there is a time change they need to update the site

Meh, didn't enjoy the donuts that much. It's not cheap either. I'd rather get Krispy Kreme next block

SH Hawaiian Barbecue & Donuts - BBQ MIX

2.5 stars overall…read more Got bbq chicken to do it was the most saltiest Hawaiian bbq chicken I have ever had. That was so unfortunate. They also serve you the "healthy bbq chicken" on a large lettuce bed, with a few prices of cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. I thought it would be vegetables. They do give you brown rice. It didn't seem healthy The chicken katsu is flavorful, not as salty as the regular bbq chicken. I think it's the sauce that made the bbq chicken super salty Their Mac and cheese salad was good. And their spam masubi is good as well. Overall i felt it was just okay Can't comment or service or the interior given this was a to go order.

We got a maple bar and glaze donut, both tasted as it should. I'm glad it wasn't dry since the case is wide open and could get stale quickly.. I did see some gnats flying in there. For the hawaiian food, we got the katsu plate and garlic chicken / bbq chicken combo. The mac salad, katsu and bbq chicken were great and hit the spot. I'd avoid the garlic chicken because it was very oily and tasted alright. Our total came out to be $47 with tip for everything so it's not the cheapest to feed two people. This is more pricey than other hawaiian food joints in the south bay but that's expected in palo alto.

I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich on a croissant with eggs and cheddar, just perfect One of my buddies got Roger's Omelette and said it was deliciously made lol and the rest of the group really enjoyed their sandwiches too. The service model here is great. They take your order, give you a ticket number, and then you ring it up with the cashier. It keeps the line moving much faster than usual. As soldiers, we really appreciate a place that moves fast so we can get our morning break in and get back to duty on time. The facility itself is very clean, and the outdoor patio is huge and spacious. The staff is incredibly nice and efficient. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a quick, respectful, and tasty breakfast in the area!"

Their sandwiches are simple, made with straightforward ingredients, and always satisfying. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy something honest and well-made, without it trying too hard. I especially like the tuna salad sandwich and the pastrami sandwich. Both are classic choices, but they're done with care and great flavor. The value here is also hard to beat.

They had a few tables and chairs inside and outside should you choose to stay to enjoy your drinks and mochi donuts. The pink wall and decor makes it a very Instagram-friendly backdrop. Ordering was easy enough: there are 2 kiosks at the front as soon as you walk into the shop. There's no need to actually talk to any of the staff. They weren't particularly friendly, but they also weren't rude. They were just there, minding their business, which was a welcomed change because I had already been feeling overstimulated after visiting with a lot of people. I ordered the Strawberry Green Tea with no toppings. The sweetness level couldn't be adjusted. So it was a tad bit too sweet for my liking, but it was still okay. I did end up diluting it a little bit with water when there was enough room in the cup. I wanted to try a mochi donut, but decided against it because they didn't have flavors that I wanted to try. Overall, decent experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way.
