Egg and bacon sandwich on a plain bagel. They got the order wrong and half cut it.
jessica g.

Came in on a weekday and it wasn't busy. Seemed bothered by us being there and had poor service. This was confirmed when I got home to see that my bagel didn't even have enough cream cheese on it. They Only put a little on one side and I had to use my own cream cheese from home to supplement what they didn't do. I got an egg sandwich for my friend and they half cut it. Poor service and poor product.

We got a whole wheat bagel & Spinach Parmesan bagel both with scrambled eggs and cheese. It was good for a quick bite. Friendly workers. Cute cafe style.

This is my new go to place for my morning bagel runs. I ordered their lox bagel on a jalapeno cheese bagel and it was absolutely delicious. It tasted fresh and was stuffed with a healthy amount of veggies. Presentation blew me away as I haven't seen such aesthetics in a minute. Vegetables tasted soooo fresh and bagel flavor was bold and scrumptious. I thought pricing was reasonable for the quality ingredients they used. I wish they had more customers as store was empty when I visited. I liked the large selection of drinks, sandwiches, etc that you could also order from their menu. The person working was very nice and definitely made my morning! She made my bagel exceptionally quick and I was out the door within minutes. There is plenty of seating inside if you're looking to dine in. It's also very clean and spacious! I will definitely be back as this has become a part of my new morning routine. I recommend adding this place to yours too! There is plenty of parking as they have their private parking lot. There sign was a little hidden to me but it's located to the right of starbucks.

Came here for lunch today and got the tuna salad sandwich on a sesame bagel. The bagel was nice and toasted and the sandwich itself tasted as expected for a tuna sandwich. The portion size was also pretty good. Would come here again!

Scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese on a multi-seed bagel

Looking for a quick bite to eat after spending some time down in the Bay with my boyfriend, we came across Main Street Bagels. Nothing fancy from the outside and nothing to rave about on the inside, Main Street Bagels serves up tasty, fresh bagels and fast. We each ordered a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese on a toasted bagel. I got the multi-seed bagel and my boyfriend got the jalapeño cheese (I think). The sandwiches were made fresh to order and absolutely worth the price. They offer a variety of lunch bagel sandwiches as well. Next time you're in the Los Altos area, give Main Street Bagels a try.

Great sandwich there, the Asian woman there is nice and respectful, most importantly knows how to make a mean turkey sandwich

After my half-year in the Bay Area, I frequently find myself craving a good NYC-style bagel, and, while Boichik Bagels hasn't _quite_ cracked the code, they've gotten pretty darn close. Their bagels are delightfully dense and slightly chewy, with a great snap from the crust. They're a little bit heavier than my average NYC bagel, but they've definitely mastered the NYC-style ginormous schmear of cream cheese and/or loaded breakfast sandwich. I've enjoyed their bagels in both sandwich form (huge fan of the whitefish salad with cucumbers and tomatoes for a more protein-rich / substantive meal) and with just a generous helping of cream cheese (of which they have quite a few flavors, including several vegan options). They don't have a _ton_ of bagel flavors, but they do have all the classics. Boichik also has a surprising love for pumpernickel; while the classic pumpernickel is delicious, I'm a huge fan of their pumpernickel caraway salt for a bit of extra herb flavor and savoriness. The staff is friendly and efficient. While there isn't any seating inside, there's a smattering of tables outside or you can always snag a seat elsewhere in Town & Country.

I ordered an Eggything Bagel and the Pumpernickel Bagel, one with Hatch Chile Cream Cheese and the other wit the Horseradish Cheddar Scallion Cream Cheese - shmears could have been more generous, and the bagels are more in the 'dense' range. Ok I do like the bagels here but I might not come back for a while…read more. We came on a Saturday around 10:30am and there was a longgg line outside. We waited about 25-30min. The shop is quite small inside with no tables so it's to-go only. We got: - Ube Almond (5/5): this was my personal favorite but the almond flavor is strong so if you don't like almond you may want to skip this - Cali Roll (5/5): Really good! However if I had to choose between this and a california sushi roll, I would probably just go for sushi tbh haha - Miso Scallion (4/5): Their seasonal AAPI month flavor. I couldn't really taste the miso scallion. It just tasted like cream cheese to me. But my husband really liked this one! Also, I'd like to note that we happened to get their last Ube Almond of the day (I felt bad hearing them tell the party after us it was sold out now). So I would recommend arriving earlier than we did. Overall, while the bagels did taste good, they were all VERY oily. Like oil literally drips out as you squeeze the bagel. So they're quite heavy to eat in the morning and not something I would get often.

While waiting we joked that the bagels must be hella messy if there's only wet wipes on the counter, no normal napkins. We had no idea how right we were. Very greasy bagels (to be expected, if they're dipped in butter). I make fun of my boyfriend for sometimes using a fork and knife with pizza -- this is a fork-knife bagel. Pork floss was delish, tons of butter and garlic flavor, soft and slightly sweet bagel, good mix of textures. The corn was a surprise...flavor wise it works, but it falls out all over the place. Fork definitely recommended. Bf's garlic Asiago was just as greasy, more garlicky, and I didn't think it was any better than a typical cheesy garlic bread. I would skip that one. It was good, don't get me wrong, it just didn't seem special or worthwhile. These bagels seem more gimmicky than anything. Good, but overpriced. Probably won't return.

There are a couple of tables in the inside and a lot outside for you to sit! The cashier at the counter was very friendly and attentive. We waited around 10 minutes for our drinks, where we were able to take our sandwiches from the refrigerated portion of the case. It seems like there are sandwiches you can order where they will make it for you in the back, which I would like to try next time. Between me and my partner, here is what we got: * Sakura iced coffee: this exceeded my expectations! I thought the Sakura flavor came through without being too sweet and surprisingly the coffee did not overpower it and complemented it very well. * Banana matcha: this might be one of the first banana matchas I have had that did not taste artificial. I really like how they give you a small spoon shovel so you can eat some of the pudding top. So cute! * Egg sando: very yummy and they used the perfect amount of mayo. It was a light, delightful bite. * Strawberry sando: now this is the overall winner that stole my heart! This might be the best strawberry sando I had and I was surprised! Their strawberries were not only fresh and crisp, but the deep sweet vanilla bean flavor you got from the whipped cream was phenomenal! I usually do not care for strawberry sandos but this one got my attention! Overall, awesome place in Mountain View!
