This seems to be a popular spot. We came around noon and it was still busy. They close at 2pm. Things to know... There will be a Line. The space is small and only a few people can stand inside before they tell you to keep the door closed. Nice thing is they are well staffed and keep the wait time short. There is a way to order for pickup if you want to avoid standing in line. They text you when the order is ready. Those wet wipes they offer are a must. Food: Fluffy bagels filled with creamy cheese then brushed with what tasted like garlic butter and toasted slightly. Depending on what filling you choose, the topping and flavor change with taste And texture. The chorizo was ok but I like the garlic asiago more. Size is larger than a regular bagel. Price is not cheap so be ready to dish out more than you would a regular bagel. It's like a mini meal all in one of you will. If you find it satisfying to watch all the elements while pulling apart the segments, this will hit perfect. The Flan.matcha was perfect as well. Walked in on a weekend morning, surprisingly there wasn't a super long line, just one person in front of me. I ordered a box to take home for the fam. Went with the garlic asiago, chili oil scallion and corn cheese. The only one that's worth getting is the corn cheese. It was the group favorite in terms of flavors and balance. The filling is pretty excessive. There's like 2x the amount of filling/cream cheese necessary. We felt like we had to scrape a lot of the filling off since it just overpowered the bite. The chili oil was overpowering and kind of took over, couldn't really taste the scallion. The garlic asiago was standard, nothing to really write home about. The corn cheese though was unique and a nice mix of sweet and salty. All three were huge and great for sharing with a group though. So the only ambiance really comes from the customer service which was great during my visit. There's a very structured line inside so you know where to order and where to wait. There was a no filming inside of the staff without permission which was a first I've seen something like that. My friend and I came here on a Sunday, and luckily the line wasn't too bad. It moved relatively quickly, so we didn't have to wait too long. My friend got the sweet corn bagel and the jalapeño bagel, while I got the Cali Roll bagel. With all the hype around this place, I was expecting the flavors to be a lot more pronounced. The bagels are around $8-9 each, so they're definitely on the pricier side, but they are generously stuffed. The sweet corn bagel had plenty of corn and a noticeable sweetness, but the overall flavor was still pretty mild. The jalapeño bagel had pickled jalapeños throughout, which gave it a nice acidity and some spice. The Cali Roll was a little disappointing for me. I expected it to have a lot of flavor, but it was surprisingly mild. There was definitely plenty of filling, which I appreciated, but I just wanted the flavors to be stronger. They feel much more like a soft Korean-style baked bun, but regardless of what name goes on them, they are just delicious. I arrived pretty early in the morning, and it was already quite busy with a line forming, so placing a pickup order in advance seems like the best move for future visits. I picked up three items to share with my family: the Garlic Asiago Bloom, the Jalapeño Bloom, and the Chili Oil Scallion Bloom. My six-year-old nephew claimed the Garlic Asiago Bloom and absolutely loved it, calling it soft and delicious. The Jalapeño Bloom was also extremely good, offering a wonderful kick from the jalapeños alongside a very generous amount of cream cheese. My absolute favorite, however, was the Chili Oil Scallion Bloom. The chili oil flavor was wonderfully prominent and rich. What really stands out is the texture. I was on my way to get some empanadas, but it's hard not to see the line outside of Bloom Bagels. When there's a line, common sense says it's popular, so we joined the line. Apparently, you can order online and go to pick up. They have 2 sides of entrance; the right side is for online order pickup, which avoids queuing and also avoids the risk of being sold out. We waited to get in. The store is small; when I was there, it looked like only 3 parties were in the store at any time. One comes out, one goes in. The staff also wants to maintain a reasonable capacity, so the AC inside is sufficient. They remind guests to close the door or not hold it open. I really like the idea of them posting a QR code so we can check out the live inventory situation before entering the store to order. Not only does this speed up the ordering process, but it also manages expectations. The unfortunate news for us was the Corn and Cheese was sold out. So we got the Garlic Asiago, a seasonal Bacon Gochujang, a Ube Matcha Latte and a hot Black Sesame Latte. I am not a bagel fan because I feel that it has too many carbs; the idea of Bloom stuffing ingredients to a bagel to provide more protein and fat elements to balance out the carbs is great. Both bagels tasted soft and slightly spicy which I did not expect from the Garlic Asiago. I kinda wish there's a bit more protein element than just cheesiness from a nutritional standpoint of a balanced meal, and it would also provide a more interesting texture in each bite. I dreamed of putting a sunny side up egg with burned edges on top so the yolks will soak up the bagel when I cut it up.... The drinks seem pricey for that size. We also don't have any options on ice or sweetness level. I was able to choose ice or hot for my black sesame latte and we could choose milk or oat milk. But the drinks are loaded. We couldn't taste any ube flavor in the Ube Matcha latte, but the matcha flavor is rich and strong. I could feel the depth of the ingredients saturating the whole drink. My black sesame latte is also rich in flavor and visibly loaded with dark sesame. So far this is probably the richest dark sesame latte I've ever had; I like it. read more

I ordered a chili oil scallion bloom and a chocoflan espresso latte and, unfortunately for my wallet, find them worth all the hype. I've had a hard time finding a place that actually serves their bagels toasted slightly crispy on the outside and I've been wanting to try this kind prepared bagel so I finally did and I loved both items. The bagel is stuffed with their chili oil scallion cream cheese and then dipped in their "Bloom Butter" which is a honey garlic butter, and also topped with mozzarella. The honey is a subtle sweetness that really makes it more original. All of the flavors in the bagel are very complementary of each other and the cream cheese gives it the lovely rich creaminess of the dish. The chocoflan espresso latte is also very good, the thick chocoflan creme top is very good- if you're a fan of chocolate anything you'd like this a lot. The order was prepared very fast for such a busy establishment so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was done. They seem to manage their in store orders and to-go/delivery very efficiently despite the place being quite busy. Line moves fast. Even tho the May Specials sheet posted on the wall showed the limited edition pork floss bagel ending on 5/17, they still had it today (5/23)! While waiting we joked that the bagels must be hella messy if there's only wet wipes on the counter, no normal napkins. We had no idea how right we were. Very greasy bagels (to be expected, if they're dipped in butter). I make fun of my boyfriend for sometimes using a fork and knife with pizza -- this is a fork-knife bagel. Pork floss was delish, tons of butter and garlic flavor, soft and slightly sweet bagel, good mix of textures. The corn was a surprise...flavor wise it works, but it falls out all over the place. Fork definitely recommended. Bf's garlic Asiago was just as greasy, more garlicky, and I didn't think it was any better than a typical cheesy garlic bread. I would skip that one. It was good, don't get me wrong, it just didn't seem special or worthwhile. These bagels seem more gimmicky than anything. Good, but overpriced. Probably won't return. read more

Ok I do like the bagels here but I might not come back for a while.. We came on a Saturday around 10:30am and there was a longgg line outside. We waited about 25-30min. The shop is quite small inside with no tables so it's to-go only. We got: - Ube Almond (5/5): this was my personal favorite but the almond flavor is strong so if you don't like almond you may want to skip this - Cali Roll (5/5): Really good! However if I had to choose between this and a california sushi roll, I would probably just go for sushi tbh haha - Miso Scallion (4/5): Their seasonal AAPI month flavor. I couldn't really taste the miso scallion. It just tasted like cream cheese to me. But my husband really liked this one! Also, I'd like to note that we happened to get their last Ube Almond of the day (I felt bad hearing them tell the party after us it was sold out now). So I would recommend arriving earlier than we did. Overall, while the bagels did taste good, they were all VERY oily. Like oil literally drips out as you squeeze the bagel. So they're quite heavy to eat in the morning and not something I would get often. read more

My husband and I stopped in before a huge line started forming. I was very excited to try these bagels. We went with a chili oil bagel and an Asiago garlic bagel. Both came out quickly. Where I had an issue was after we got our bagels. We waited a good amount of time to receive our drink- the cloud matcha. With each few minutes the right side of the room ( pick up area) was filling up. Quickly I was overwhelmed by the amount of people that were on that side. It's not fun feeling like a sardine ! My drink was okay. I wish it tasted a little sweeter. They don't ask you for your sweetness level preference. There was no sweetness at all to my drink. Be prepared for a wait and long lines. Bagels were delicious though. Both were very flavorful and had just the right amount of filling. Would come back but I would definitely recommend ordering online so you're not stuffed in the tiny establishment! read more

Bloom Bagels is a bakery in Campbell, CA known for their viral Korean style stuffed bagels and drink menu. There's plenty of free parking in the lot of the complex, but no indoor seating. The line when we went was long, but moved very quickly. You order at the counter and can pickup at the bar. There's not much space indoors, but the ambiance can be described as clean and efficient. In terms of the food, the garlic asiago bloom and jalapeno bloom was tasty - good ratio of cream to bread, but the best was the chili oil scallion bloom if you like a more spicy flavor. All the bagels had a sweet aftertaste and were a bit expensive, but overall were worth the hype. The drinks, on the other hand, weren't worth the money. The Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Latte just tasted like chocolate milk with a hint of strawberry and the banana matcha was a little watery. However, this place is a must try at least once if you want to try an aesthetic bloom bagel. read more
