The store has a to-go setup (no tables or chairs) and my order was ready within minutes. I ordered the jalapeño bloom which was flavorful, fluffy, and soft. I also got the banana espresso latte. I read expecting a large sized cup for the price and I made the mistake of not mixing the foam before drinking. All the flavor was in the foam.. I've never been able to really taste the difference between bagels until now. Wish that I had tried these sooner! The bagels are so soft and chewy while also being slightly crisp - I could eat these plain. The way they have the cream cheese ensures that it doesn't just squish out of the bagel on first bite. I almost didn't order it because corn on a bagel didn't sound too appetizing, but I'm glad I did because it was my favorite of the two. Bloom bagel has my heart when it comes to LA-style stuffed bagels. Updated review since I haven't been in a while and came back recently a couple of times. First off, I love how we have a shop that has a similar model to Calic Bagel in LA. It truly is unique in concept and allows us up here in NorCal to have some of the cream cheesy fun. Depending on what time you go to Bloom's bagel, the line can be extremely impacted or on the slower side. From what I notice, if you go on a weekday, you'll get better luck. There is a parking lot, but during weekends it can be quite difficult. This location is in the same plaza as Best Artisan Empanadas and Square Guys Pizza, so keep an eye out. The store itself is on the smaller side but cute. There is no seating inside but on the weekends, you can catch folks standing and eating bagels in the outdoor area. I recently ordered a Pork Floss Cream Cheese stuffed bagel from their AAPI monthly menu and a Shio Pan bagel since I haven't tried it even after its launch. * The pork floss bagel was so delicious, it's creamy and balanced with the pork filling (very generous portion) and topped with corn (a signature ingredient in their bagels). * The shio pan bagel (if you don't know shio pan - it is basically salt bread), is light, airy, with a nice chew. It is coated in a ton of butter, making the contrast of salty and savory excellent. Overall, if you are ever in the Campbell area, I do recommend you checking it out at least once. The place is small and is a grab n' go type joint; no tables but there is an outdoor seating area next door. Bagels are pretty pricey at $9! I like that they pre-cut the bagels so you can tear off pieces like pizza slices. They do stuff a good amount of cream cheese which is a plus. I enjoyed the garlic Asiago which has herb cream cheese. My wife ordered the chili oil scallion which is chili oil cream cheese and scallion. The bagel is topped with fried mozzarella. My son loved the classic which is their signature bagel with regular cream cheese. Each was different tasting which to me, is important. For our drinks, we ordered the banana espresso latte and banana matcha. The banana espresso latte is delicious and did have that banana taste which was subtle and not overwhelming. Yeah, I really didn't think I'd like these stuffed bagels all that much, but I was wrong. These are really really good. I had the chili oil scallion bloom (pictured) first and liked that the best, probably because I like spicy food. It's just flavorful without being overbearing, rich while not being excessively so. I mean I only had 1/2 (shared it with my wife), and that was a good portion size to eat as an afternoon snack or with a salad. A whole stuffed bagel as a meal would probably be fine, but the 3 times I ate one of these, it was always a 1/2 only and that felt right. Because if we're honest, these can't be very good for you, but like donuts, beer, and steak. . .as an occasional indulgence, it's just part of living, right? Both drinks were so refreshing and nice, I do wish they came in a bigger size but that's probably just me being greedy. I do think they're an adequate size for drinks regardless and I was satisfied because of the quality of the drink. We got four bagels because we wanted to try as many flavors as we could. I don't even think I can choose a favorite flavor out of the four because they were all amazing distinctive flavors. However, I didn't expect the chili oil scallion one to have such a creamy filling. I think this place is a cheese lovers dream if they like savory bagels. I didn't get to try the sweet-themed bagels but I'll definitely come back to give them a try! Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be adding this to my list of regular places to visit for breakfast. The bagels are very different than usual ones. they are soft and as they say inspired by korean breads. Tried their chilly oil and garlic flavour , loved it. Its a bit expensive than usual bagels as well. Also tried their banana espresso latte; it has less banana taste for someone who doesnt like banana and wants to try. Sadly bagels can get sold out :( Service is quick. They also have pickup option. Ambiance is clean, small place, no place to sit as such. Finally got to try Bloom bagels on a Friday morning! There was a small line but got my bagels within 5 minutes of waiting to order and waiting to pick up. I tried the ube and the garlic (which was the most popular savory flavor) and it was amazing!! Definitely a bit pricy but it's good for a once in a while treat. Next time I want to try the corn cheese bagel and maybe one of the matcha drinks. Would recommend if you're in the area. They are a bit heavy and oily as they're dipped in bloom butter, so I couldn't finish more than half a bagel, but again, perfect for a decadent treat. read more

Been avoiding this place because it thought for sure it was just going to be over hyped. Boy was I wrong. When we arrived at 11 AM, the line was still so long, but we decided to stick it out. IT WAS SO WORTH IT. The line moved fast, considering once you order, you basically immediately get your order. Service was friendly too. Now on to the food/drink. We ordered the following: -garlic Asiago -jalapeno -chili oil -banana matcha latte -pistachio matcha latte -banana coffee latte Literally these bagels were insanely good. So soft, warm, and flavorful. I didn't even care that there wasn't anywhere to sit inside. So we went to the park across the street. Y'all this place is small but their bagels are super delicious!! No wonder there is a long line because the bagels with the filling are so tasty and the filling is packed and not limited compared to other places. The service is quick. I got two limited edition bagels: Strawberry Matcha and the Pesto Asiago. For a drink the Banana Matcha Latte with oat milk. I recommend it all! I definitely want to come back if I'm in the area. read more
