Everything says sold out even for days in advance which seems super odd to me. I took my chance to go there when it opened. The place was full of people and already a line. By the time I got to the front of the line, I had to wait a bit but then the service was good. I ordered one shio pan and one garlic asiago bagel. They were both light and airy. The shio pan is a classic salty bread. The garlic asiago has a light herby cream cheese inside. This bread is well made. Now the topic of pricing. Just one bagel is almost $10. While the bagel was well made and sure made with quality ingredients, is it really worth that price point? At that price point I expect the entire customer experience should be flawless. Joined the hype and tried the stuffed bagel. Unfortunately this did not live up to my expectations. Ordered: Garlic Asiago Stuffed Bagel 2/5 Flavor was great but did not love the filling to bagel ratio. Shio Pan 5/5 This was amazing!!!! The crunch and the soft middle. The buttery and salt flavor was amazing. I ordered 2 to try one fresh and one later. To my surprise, the bagel was still soft, hours later. I've tried Bloom Bagels 3 times and it's finally time to write a review!! My first experience was actually from a Too Good To Go order and I received 3 frozen bagels - Cali and corn cheese. Once air fried, it was delicious!! So they freeze well. Also, if you have any online/pick up orders, skip the left line and just go straight to the door on the right side and go to the pick up counter. Chili oil scallion and jalapeno are my top favorites, followed by garlic Asiago and corn cheese. Cali is good, but not my favorite. During this visit, we got in line by the salon with the bird cage and it took us 21 minutes to get to the front to order + 4 more minutes to get our 2 drinks and 2 bagels. It was around 11:30 on a Saturday and they were already sold out of all bagel flavors except 3. The place is small inside with no seating except for a bench right outside where the whole line can watch you eat LOL so we just ate in our car. Bagels are soft and fluffy on the inside and a flavor bomb all around! Drinks are well balanced and delicious too! I've tried the Ube black sesame latte, banana latte, and Dubai chocolate latte. I've had issues at other places with bitter Ube lattes once mixed or artificial banana taste, but you can't go wrong with any of their drinks!! All their syrups and creams are made in house! Amazing food and drinks here! I ordered the Garlic Asiago Bloom bagel along with the Pistachio Matcha Latte! The garlic herb cream cheese was so fluffy, airy, buttery and soft! I really liked the texture because cream cheese is typically more dense and rich and can be too filling with even a small amount but with the bagels here, nothing was too overpowering! I took a break from Bloom because life got busy and I just couldn't get there. Today I went back. I was not disappointed! Color me crazy for going at 11am on a Saturday. There was a line but it went fairly quickly. I was relieved to find that the bagels I wanted were still available. I think my new savory favorite is the Chili Oil Scallion. Cute spot in Campbell serving Korean style stuffed bagels! I visited Bloom Bagels at around 11:30am on a Wednesday, and they were unfortunately sold out of most of their bagels. However, I was thankfully able to get my hands on the last of their Corn Cheese Bagel (which was one of the flavors I was most excited for) as well as their Banana Cream Matcha! I found the bagel to have a nice fluffy yet chewy texture, while the toppings of corn, kewpie mayo, and cheese made for a delicious savory bagel. It tastes a lot like the corn cheese you get at KBBQ as a reference. The matcha latte was pretty good too - the banana cream was delicious and tasted like real bananas, while the matcha itself was on the lighter side with more floral accents. I personally enjoyed the latte, but it did come in a smaller cup than I expected. Ambiance-wise the place is small but cute. There's not really any seating in the store, so it's definitely more of a grab n go spot. The workers were nice and personable. I picked up a shio bagel at one of Bloom Bagel's pop ups in SF and was so excited to finally try their bagels after having bookmarked their South Bay store over a year ago. After reheating the bagel in the oven and smearing some garlic cream cheese on top, I have to say it's one of the best bagels I've had in the Bay! The bagel is crispy on the outside with a soft pillowy interior that is lighter than most bagels and I loved that it didn't feel dense or heavy even with a generous layer of cream cheese. Been seeing Korean style bagels for quite some time on my feed now, and finally made it out to try this place out recently! I went on a weekend around 1130am, and there was a line in the store. Fortunately the line moved quickly and I was able to grab 3 bagels and a latte. Since it was just me, I had hard time deciding on which bagels to try! I got the cali roll, the garlic asiago and miso scallion, as well as a Dubai chocolate pistachio latte. While waiting, they had a board that you can write suggestions for their next flavors! I got home about 10-15 min later and was able to eat them! They were all cut in 6 pieces so it easy to try them. They were still buttery and warm. I had about 3-4 pieces and got really full. They all somewhat tasted similar with the cream cheese filling. I think the garlic asiago was a tad bit salty and I didnt see much difference, taste wise, with the miso scallion. The cali roll was def my favorite though They were all pretty good even tho there was only a few small differences in taste. I've been seeing this place on social media a lot lately, so we stopped by on a Saturday around noon to give it a try. It's definitely overhyped! First, there's absolutely no seating inside the place, so you have to eat your bagel to go. The dusty old plaza it's located in has no seating or tables either, so we noticed everyone was taking it to the outdoor patio of the next door Mexican restaurant to eat at. If I was the owner of that restaurant I wouldn't be happy! Also, they have zero napkins available and only provide wet wipes. Why can't a customer choose to have something as basic as napkins, especially since their bagels can get messy? We got the Jalapeño bagel, which wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing either. The bagel itself has a nice crispy exterior, but the interior is LOADED with cream cheese that becomes watery from the heat of the toasted bagel! So unless you enjoy watery cream cheese making the inside of your bagel a soggy dripping mess, I wouldn't get it again. My boyfriend and I were so excited to try the bagels here because the first time we came, they were completely sold out. We came back early on the weekend and got to get all the flavors we wanted to try. We got the chili oil, ube, corn and garlic asiago flavors. Of the 4, ube and corn were our favorites. The texture of the corn one was perfect -- it was soft, airy and chewy. I'm not typically a fan of bagels because the ones I have had in the past tend to be really dense but these bagels weren't like that at all. The ube one was actually a mochi texture which was perfect because it was a more dessert style bagel. The garlic asiago bagel and chili oil bagel had a slightly different texture than the corn one because they contained cream cheese filling. I do kind of wish the flavor of the garlic and chili oil filling was a little stronger - the flavors were a bit more on the subtle side. We had ordered the chili oil bagel expecting that it would have a little kick like chili oil seasoning typically does but it didn't have a kick at all, so I hope they are able to add a little more kick to it in the future. In regards to their drinks, the flavors were subtle as well but I appreciate that they weren't too sweet. The dark chocolate mocha tasted like a dark chocolate hot chocolate. Their dubai chocolate latte had a pistachio cream top that was very creamy and went well with the dubai chocolate underneath. The note on the website to drink it through the side so you get both the top and bottom together was a great tip. Customer Service I was greeted by the employee for my order and promptly given it. I asked for napkins and wet naps were the only option available. The ordering process has several options: online via Toast Tab or DoorDash (there may be other food delivery services) and walk-ins. I was looking to order either on Toast Tab or DoorDash. However, right when I was going to submit my order at 10:00 am (they open at 9:00 am), a notification triggered that they stopped temporarily accepting online orders and it was likely due to capacity. Drove all the way to Campbell to try these bagels and the lattes! Definitely need to eat while hot, as the crispiness of the bagel and the warm toasty inside really add to the overall flavor. We got the Cali roll and the chili oil scallion bloom bagels. The Cali roll was my favorite: imitation crab, furikake, cream cheese blends together well. I like the crispy outside and how it provided a contrast to the soft texture of the fillings. I do think it's a little heavy on the cream cheese though. The chili oil scallion does smell and taste like chili oil, so if you like that I think this would be a good bagel for you! I liked the richer/more varied flavor of the Cali roll. I also got the pistachio hojicha latte and very much enjoyed every sip. The pistachio cream isn't too heavy and the flavors complement the earthy tones from the hojicha. Hands down my favorite place to get bagels. I've come here time and time again. I recommend it to everyone because they are just that good. If you come on a week day, you have a better chance of items not selling out as fast and a shorter line. If you come on the weekend, I recommend coming before 10 am. The staff here is great. Everyone is super friendly! Their store has only gotten more and more popular so I appreciate the staff continuing to provide excellency service. My favorite go to is the corn cheese bagel. Such a staple! If you can get your hands on it, the shio pan bagel is soooo good. Crispy bottom with a fluffy inside and lots of butter. The pork floss bagel is one of their current seasonal flavors and it's one of my favorites. Get it before it's gone! read more

The hype of this place got to me. I was super excited to try this place so we ordered online right when the store opened. We placed an order for 5 bagels and 2 drinks. When we got home, we realized we never received the 5th bagel. We called several times, but they didn't pick up. So we sent a message on their website. By end of day they did respond to rectify the situation but haven't not heard back since we provided our information. Honestly, if the bagel was not crazy expensive, probably would have just eaten the cost. However, we would like at least our refund back for the 1 bagel. Second, the bagels were really good. We all enjoyed it. Just came here yesterday and wanting to go back and try more stuff now! Placed an order online not long after they opened up just to make sure I could get their shio pan bagels. I saw on social media that they have seasonal flavors so will definitely want to check throughout the year to see what kind of stuff they g t into because the ones I tried were really great. Ordered 4 of the shio pan (gave 2 to a friend), the jalapeno cheese, and the chili onion scallion ones. Price came to $50 for 6 bagels so they're definitely on the pricey side but the online ordering was quick and ready in 5 mins and they were going to hold it until 1 for me so great to order ahead if you can't make it in just so they have it for you. The bagels themselves weren't as crispy when I picked them up around an hour after I ordered them so I can't say how it will be when you pick it up but a quick pop in the air fryer and it was crispy on the outside and soft, buttery, and chewy on the inside. I failed to take a pic of what it looked like inside because I devoured them so quickly. The jalapeno had a nice kick to it and comes with the cheese already stuff inside and it was a generous serving. My partner ate the chili oil one so I didn't get to try it but it got 2 thumbs up! read more

Amazing bagels, wonderful service. Bloom Bagels offers a quick and filling breakfast with an interesting twist. There's always a line and they do sell out on the weekends. We missed out one day and absolutely do not regret coming back to try. Came here earlier today about an hour before closing to finally try their bagels and drinks. They were viral online for their banana matcha drink and bagels, so I wanted to wait for the hype to die down. There was a small line ahead of us when we first came. I like that they post the menu outside of the store so you could take your time looking without having to rush and feel pressured ordering in line. They do have menus inside as well and at the front. At the front, they mark which items are sold out for the day. We ordered the garlic Asiago bagel, miso scallion bagel, cloud hojicha latte and the ube sesame drink. No wonder why they sell out items for the day because the bagels here are delicious. I got the miso scallion bagel and it was savory, flavorful and fulfilling. The outside was crispy with melted cheese and as you take a bite, the inside with the cream stuffing was soft and warm. My friend loved the garlic Asiago, he'll probably come back for the Cali one because it was sold out when we checked. I'll be back to try their dessert bagels, they were sold out of the churro one today. :( The drinks here are pretty good. I enjoyed my cloud hojicha latte I got and the cloud cream on top was yummy. I substituted the milk or oat milk. My friend who got the ube sesame drink said his was just okay and that he should've got the banana matcha instead.
