I went on a Friday morning and luckily the line was short. I was mainly there for an apple fritter. It's not common to see a chocolate covered raised donut with peanuts so I went for that as well. I would pass on the apple fritter next time; like many donuts places have problems with it being oily. The raised donut is good, sweet just enough, not oily, fresh pull on the dough.

My partner and I recently discovered this donut shop by our place and boy are we glad we did. It was a chilly rainy Sunday morning but there was still a line about 5 heads deep. Although the line seemed long, the wait for my breakfast sandwich was not. I had an egg and cheese bagel and it reminded me of the bagel sandwiches I used to get from NYC bodegas. They use real eggs and the sandwiches are made to order. I also could not believe how affordable it was. Only $6.25 for a breakfast sandwich is UNHEARD OF in the Bay Area. I can't wait to return to get another breakfast sandwich and to try their donut holes.

Exterior / outside. Doesn't look like much from the outside but omigod deliciousness inside.

=== Omigod, the old-fashioned buttermilks are outliers here, get the chocolate === I've been wanting to try this place forever. Our entire fam gets their hair cut at Shear Art next door but our appointments are always later in the day when Maple Leaf is already closed. Today, we had a rare morning appointment so popped on by, and this place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. +++ The old-fashioned buttermilk donuts here are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Crispier than the rest with almost a crunch to the edges, great flavor. We got chocolate and maple (no glazed left) and the chocolate was a standout. +++ Ube donut was also surprisingly good. We've had Ube a lot of places, but this donut in the cake (not raised) style was almost creamy inside in a good way. Definitely not your average dry cake donut. + Sandwiches were good. We got three egg and cheese bagels sandwiches - one with ham, one with sausage, one with bacon. Decent but not standouts compared to other places. (Good crust on the bagels though.) + Crossant sandwiches (one ham, one turkey) were solid. Produce was FRESH (again, my big test for a sandwich), entire sandwich was great. Mayo was on the heavy side which I personally love but your tastes may vary. + Super pleasant staff but also kept the line moving. + Really busy which is a good sign. But they get through the line quickly. +++ Prices seemed great. We got the 5 breakfast sandwiches and 6 donuts for less than $50. Small coffee less than $2.50? Where do you ever see that? TIP: GO EARLY. By 10 am, they had less than 50% of their donuts left and were selling out of key things. Good for them but sad for you if you get there closer to noon!

Came here to try their donuts, its a small donut shop but it has few seats to sit at and eat. I asked if they were connected to the other maple lead donuts on saratoga avenue and they said no diff owners. The donuts were fresh and soft, when you bit in you go all the way, no staleness at all. The glaze and chocolate coating was good amount. The coffee was decent and was nice. Just watch out when you park ur car cuz theres few homeless folk around the area so just grab your donuts and go. Great donuts for this campbell area

If you're looking for the best donuts in town, this local, family-owned shop is the place to go! Their donuts taste amazing & are always fresh. They also have the most delicious breakfast sandwiches -- my go to ALWAYS. Beyond the food, the service is top-notch!! You can feel the love and care that goes into running this shop. The staff is always super kind and attentive, and coming here always makes my morning. :) This donut shop will quickly become your go-to spot. It's definitely mine!

Solid spot for breakfast foods and donuts! I got a turkey, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich and added avocado for extra $1.50. I also got a maple bar and glazed old-fashioned donut. My favorite was the glazed old-fashioned donut - so delicious!! Croissant sandwich and maple bar didn't stand out to me as much in comparison. I tried some of my friend's tuna sandwich and that was definitely more up my alley. I will be getting the tuna sandwich next time and trying other donuts!

I used to come here all the time as a child. They saw me so frequently that they would often even stash the last cinnamon twist for me if it was a day they thought I was coming in. Now, I don't really eat doughnuts. But, recently I stopped in for one of the croissant breakfast sandwiches. It was made to order, took only about 4-5 minutes and came out piping hot and with gooey cheese. It pretty was good and hit the spot that day!

TLDR: Amazing service! The workers really value their customers. I love this place. My go-to is a croissant with egg & cheese, and they usually put a bit of seasoning on it I sometimes opt out of getting donuts because I find them to be stale most of the time, but my go-to Nonetheless, it's a small mom & pop shop with top tier service. The people working are always very nice and my roommates and I often praise them for knowing our order before we even get to the front. And I've noticed this same service with a lot of their regular customers. I can tell they value community and those that support their business

Not only are they affordable, but they also sell POKE by the pound as well now too! Thank you to some friends that recommended me to try this place -- because this place is often overlooked. It's situated right next to a Peet's Coffee, but the sign is often so small that you don't realize that it's there. I've came here and tried their mochi donuts a few times. They're delicious, seasoned well, and they have a variety of flavors that you can choose from. In addition, they have pandan and ube soy lattes, as well as pandan and ube coffee with whole milk included as well (to add onto the sweetness and/or zestiness of the drinks). Most of all, the POKE is not only one of the cheapest, but also of good quality as well. Though basic and not a lot, $13 poke bowls with variety are hard to find in this economy, and so I'm glad to find a spot that even sells poke by the pound as well. The ambiance of the places is rather small, but I'd pay any amount at this point. The hospitality at this place is top tier -- they treat you like family, and take care of you. Service is nice, fast, convenient, and easy, especially when you're in a rush in between meetings and errands. I'd totally recommend this place forsure!

Multiple times when I've visited in the evening--typically between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM--the store either appears closed (with signage turned off) or has already run out of most of the main donut selections. Most recently, on 4/13/2026 at around 8:30 PM, I arrived after checking online, which stated the store is open until 11:00 PM. When I got there, it looked like the store was closed, with no clear indication that it was still open. I do have pictures documenting this. I eventually walked in, and someone came from the back to assist me, but I felt rushed during the interaction, which added to the overall negative experience. I completely understand that inventory can run low toward the end of the day, but consistently running out of core items hours before closing--and creating the impression that the store is closed--causes confusion and frustration. It takes away from what should be a simple and enjoyable experience, especially when bringing family out for a treat. I kindly ask that this issue be looked into. Better communication of actual availability, consistent operating hours, and improved customer service would go a long way in improving the experience for customers in the community. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Not easy to find parking and will require a walk, so don't roll up expecting to grab and go. Unfortunately the DoorDash app didn't submit my request and I arrived with nothing setup in advance after fighting through traffic on my way home from work, wife waiting at home. Meant I had to wait in the queue which took around 20 minutes for a half dozen. Then, as I was riding a motorcycle, had to chuck it into a backpack and they had no bags to keep it from leaking frosting inside the backpack (boxes have holes). Donuts were hot and fresh, but a mushed pile of dough and sugar when I got it home. Still tasted good, but the experience was bittersweet. Not a great evening, and not entirely their fault, but waiting (standing) 20 minutes for a place that has this much traffic and ought to have items ready in reserve frankly sucked. Have since been to another location and had a much better experience. This place needs more staff/larger kitchen to keep up with demand at peak hours.

Their chorizo and egg taste just like my Mom's, texture and all, not too wet, and not overcooked and dry. It's double the size of Starbucks or any other place one might cop a breakfast sandwich, but not at double the cost. That's also what I love about this shop, they've been around a while, so their prices remain reasonable, and they don't gouge the community. I enjoy all the staff I interact with. Even the gentleman that doesn't talk much is pleasant. I'm a sucker for great customer service, and at Daily Donuts it's given. The shop consist of your basic table and bench set-up one might see at most old school donut shops, nothing fancy- simple and basic.
