Great presentation... But the buttermilk donuts were very dry. They just weren't that great. I won't be ordering from them again. The chocolate and white cake with sprinkles looks pretty good, but they were also dry.

Who doesn't love donuts?!?! Yelp just did their Bay Area donut highlight and this one deserves ALL the praises ok the border of the South Bay & Peninsula. The store is a nondescript corner spot that has actually been around for almost 50 years. It's seen a lot of changes in the area but it stands tall right on the corner. There are about a dozen seats inside, but most people take their goodies to go. The selection is huge with all the traditional types of donuts and some truly outrageous combinations. My two boys insist that their donuts and their bagels are both the biggest and the best in the area. I am not going to disagree with either one of them. I recently had the blueberry fritter, not pictured because it was so delicious I forgot all about taking a pic. Plenty of blueberries and every bright, a nice crispiness on the outside, and perfect texture on the inside. The staff are super kind, friendly, and professional. They know all the regulars and always welcome everyone with a bright smile. Do yourself a favor and come get a dozen or more here next time you're buying donuts for the office / team / family.

Donuts with cereal on them! Matcha donuts! Will leave you speechless!

Again, no review. I know I wrote one for Donut Wheel as I've been coming here for years and definitely while being a yelper for that last few years! I love that they are open 24×7! Prices have increased over the years but you get a big donut whatever your choice is! They offer tables for you to study/work or just chill. The owner and staff are super nice. Donut Wheel is a old fashioned family-owned business that serves old fashion classics and newer fun concoctions like Cronuts, Matcha, Red Velvet, etc). Regardless of your preference, you get a big donut compared to other donut shops.

Kline of the few hidden gems that's open 24hrs. If you want some late night fresh hot donuts, come at around 10pm.. that's right... 10pm!! They make em fresh around that time.

10250 N De Anza Blvd Cupertino, CA 95014 Donut Wheel is a great place to stop and get your coffee and donut fix! I was there at 530pm on a weekday, taking a break from sitting in traffic on I-280. The place has a small parking lot in back, and is open 24-hours. At 530pm, the case was packed with all kinds of donuts. I asked for a 1/2 dozen for $15. These donuts aren't cheap, but they're big and soft! The coffees offered were Regular, Hazelnut, and French Roast. My donuts were fresh, soft and fluffy. I had a friendly chat with man working there. We talked about everything from the cost of living in the bay area, to where to get a good burrito. The interior looks a bit outdated, with several tables and booths. Donut Wheel is located on DeAnza Blvd, South of I-280, and just pass the Apple Infinite Loop Campus. So stop and take a quick break before getting on the road!

Donut Wheel is a modest shop, no glitzy Instagram-worthy interiors or cringy collabs. They've got a better formula to keep customers coming in: hella friendly Asian cashier & well-stocked shelves of freshly-baked donuts. Nothing claiming to be artisanal; simply decadent fried dough with sugary toppings that taste like your childhood before you cared about eating healthy. That said, I did see trending flavors ube & matcha gracing their display case. Every donut shop sees me ordering a variation of the same two or three items, & Donut Wheel does my faves right. Glazed old fashioned was perfectly cakey on the inside & liberally glazed on the outside. Maple raised had a soft, airy texture, & again, it was generously coated. Despite this, they didn't taste overly sweet or artificial, leading me to believe whoever is running the show has had plenty of experience perfecting their recipes. My peeps enjoyed their picks, as well, so, "Gold star for Christy," I mean, Donut Wheel. Y'all never seen "Boomerang?!"

I've been here many times since my previous review and it's definitely a go-to spot to satisfy my donut cravings any time of the day since it's open 24 hours. Every time I've come whether it be morning, random afternoon hours, or late nights, the shelves are stocked which is a plus. The donuts I always go for are the sprinkled donuts, cruller, blueberry, old fashioned, and once in a while the matcha. All of which hit the spot every time and aren't dried out. Nothing fancy, just the typical standard sweet donuts that don't look like they've been sitting out for days/old batches. I'd pass up on the glazed donuts though as it wasn't as good or even comparable to other glazed donuts I've tried elsewhere.

My go to coffee and donut place for 2025 they serve great croissant sandwiches as wheel ... my workplace will miss their donuts ... The French roast coffee always my favourite Great car park around the back. If you go in say David sent you, I've left the area in November 2025 to return to the UK

Glazed buttermilk bar. Vegan raised maple was already gone.

What a great shop. Nice variety of classic and fun donuts. They even had vegan! Brian/Bryan was super friendly and helpful describing and giving recommendations.

24/7 donuts? Say less This is definitely my go-to donut shop in the South Bay. There is a small parking lot in the back, but it's usually not crowded. The variety is insane ranging from bear claws to cronuts to sandwiches. I love their simple original glaze donuts and donut holes. Other good notable flavors would be the pistachio, chocolate, and cookies n cream. Psa: the donuts are biggg, but fluffy and will fill you up.

I am usually not a sweet tooth kinda guy but the donut wheel catch my eyes. Like the place because of the history of business and they service are humble and friendly. Here is my scoring card for this restaurant: 1) Location: ( 5 Point ) - Great location for customer to see and find. Great parking for street parking and back side with parking lot parking. 2) Decoration : (2 Point) - They still have the original decoration. Clean. 3) Price: ( 4 point)- The price is competitive and is reasonable compare to other same stars and type food they serve 4) Quality and Taste : ( 3 point)- The quality is good, food taste is good and portions are average . 5) Type of cuisine standard : ( 4 point) - The style of deserts food they serve is pretty close to the way it was prepare in California and USA Not bad! Overall it's not bad and I thinks it's great to give it a try and let me know what you think. Go foodies Total max is 25 Score 18 Stars = 72% round up to 3 stars

This is not our go-to donut shop as it's farther away from home, but we've come here on several occasions, particularly when we have a late-night donut craving (they're open 24 hours). They have a really broad selection of donuts. Many of them are more gimmicky than traditional, such as cronuts, red velvet, and donuts topped with Fruity Pebbles or crushed Oreo cookies. But they have the more familiar ones, such and raised glazed, twists, buttermilks, chocolate glazed chocolate cake donuts, and old fashioned, plus things like croissants, bear claws, fritters, turnovers, jelly-filled, cinnamon rolls, etc. Basically, if you can't find something here that appeals to you then you're either too picky or are completely lost and just need directions back to the freeway. The donuts here are more expensive than many other places - for example, a buttermilk bar is $3.50 and one of their standard, nonfancy donuts is $2.50. The specialty donuts start at $4.50. The prices are clearly posted on the wall behind the counter. Though pricier than our regular place, I have to acknowledge that the donuts here are also larger, so maybe that justifies the price. Then again, nothing is truly overpriced if people are still willing to pay. It's donut economics. We always go for the traditional offerings. We haven't been disappointed yet, except for maybe a 2:00am foray which netted us donuts that probably had been sitting in the case for many hours. One thing we've noticed is that glazed twists and regular raised glazed aren't quite as yeasty as other shops - they're a little denser, not light and airy. It's still a good bite. They buttermilk donuts are quite substantial and moist all the way through. Service here has always been very friendly and attentive. No concerns there. It's a very good place as long as you're comfortable with the cost.

I got nostalgic with the powdered cake donut! It really taste like cake.

I'd read in the Yelp reviews that a line forms out the door in the morning, but I thought that was only on the weekends. Nope. I got there on a Thursday morning right as they opened at 6am and there was already a line. It took about 15 min. to get to the counter to place my order. Stan's makes the donuts right there in the front of the shop, so they are completely fresh. I ordered one chocolate French cruller and one chocolate crème-filled glaze. The cruller was wonderful. Airy and soft with delicious chocolate on top. Should have ordered two of those. The chocolate crème-filled was not as good. It was too crispy on the outside and had too much warm crème inside. I might have liked it better if I hadn't first eaten the perfect cruller. Stan's only takes cash, but they have an ATM machine in the shop. There is a large shared parking lot. Phone orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. I'll be back for more crullers and to try an apple fritter, which are only served on Mondays.

I've been seeing videos of their poke and decided to try it out. After having it two times, I would say the poke is okay. Also, they forgot to give me seaweed salad the first time I tried it. While the poke is budget friendly, you get what you pay for in quality. It's decent and filling, but quality doesn't compare to higher priced poke shops ($18-$20). The poke kind of reminded me of Basa Seafood in SF, which I wasn't a fan of, and Basa is also known for cheaper prices. MoDo only offers tuna poke and I am a salmon girly. I'm not sure if they plan to expand their selections, but if you wish to try their poke bowls, get the half n half. BTW, I believe staff should be mindful of the rice temperature. My friend visited on a BOGO day and said her bowl was super hot. By the time she arrived home, some of the poke was half-cooked. I also came on a BOGO day but did not experience this.
