I came in today and right away I noticed that no was in the front for 5mins+, checked out the self order but they didn't have the drink I wanted so I waited to ask about the drink. A guy comes out asking if I placed my order but I told him the drink I wanted wasn't in display. He kept going back and forth with me saying that it was there. I very much felt like attitude was given toward me when he could have just simply just took my order. Came today on Wednesday May 1st at around 2:00, the guy working is way more worried about his phone, god forbid I had a request on my order. I couldn't add on in the mobile order machine at the store so I leaned on I asked him if my drinks can be light ice (I ordered 3 New refreshers) he immediately went rude mode on, he wast just standing by while the other girl was making drinks he gave bad attitude the whole time while making the drinks kept checking his phone and been on it,he also put heavy ice and messed up my toppings all the girls working hard while he was on his phone, perhaps Air pods should not be allowed to wear, made him rude he did not care about providing good service or even listening to try to help Jamba Juice needs to have better people that are happy to make delicious drinks. read more

Whenever I come in, they always greet me (and my boyfriend if he's with me) and have amazing conversations with them while they're making our drinks if it isn't too busy. I love Jamba and this may have been an aberration. First the in store kiosk payment didn't work, the credit card tap thing didn't work but it wasn't until a long line queued and someone finally asked and then the employee says "oh yeah it's broken you have to enter your card". Right. You couldn't have told us that? Then, several of us waited for over 20 mins while this guy literally spent the entire time washing all of the blenders, while the only other employee spent 10 minutes making 2 bowls of something for another customer. Our smoothies were literally finished blending on machine and just needed to be poured into cups. Meanwhile the guy literally just kept washing like 30 blenders until I asked "excuse me can I get my smoothie poured out?" Then of course he realized that I ordered a large and there wasn't enough and had to add more ingredients and of course now the smoothie tasted nothing like it should have been. Never thought I'd be complaining over a smoothie but here we are. read more

I've been to this Jamba several times and am happy to say I've always had a great experience! Usually, there's either no line or the line is very short, so we're always able to order very quickly. This weekend, I came here on a hot summer day and ordered the Mango-a-go-go, medium sized. There was only one person ahead of us in line, and the service was super quick! The wait time for our drinks was also very quick, so we were in and out in no time. The drink was amazing (highly recommend if you like mango) and I'll definitely be back to get it again! I also like the blue vanilla sky smoothie and acai super antioxidant smoothie here which I've tried during other visits. The employees were working hard and were very nice and friendly. Thankful to have experienced consistently great quality of the smoothies and wonderful service here! Looking forward to returning again this summer. read more

Didn't really have any complaints about this location. The texture of the smoothie was perfect, with it not being too watery. I prefer my smoothies thick and creamy. If you're ordering 2 of the same flavor, a pro-tip to save money is to order a large and ask them to split it into 2 cups. I was debating whether to pick up or deliver from this Jamba location but after seeing the delivery fee of $6.50 on the Jamba app the decision was clear. I ordered a Strawberry Whirl, White Gummi, and Sweet Belgian Waffle on the app for pick up. My order was estimated to be ready at 12:50pm. I arrived at 12:50 and my order was in a bag with my name on it. There was a lot of people inside the Jamba Juice. This location had signs and stickers on the floor to maintain 6 feet distance from others. I asked the girl for my pick up order and she said it was almost ready. Another 10 minutes passed by and people who had ordered when I got there got their drinks before I did. I asked the same girl if my order was ready and another woman told me the order was missing a waffle as another customer took it (WHAT ???) so the girl I asked went to grab a waffle from the back. She was going to warm it but I had asked for it to not be warmed in the first place and the same woman said it was frozen. I said that's fine I'll take it that way as I wanted to get out of there. The woman apologized but after having my drinks ready on time sitting there on the table waiting on a waffle that another customer took was ridiculous. Jamba Juice is best served fresh and cold. It begins to lose its icy texture the longer it sits in the cup untouched. It also begins to separate and kind of looks like throw up. My drink was no longer icy and tasted more like juice, losing the whole texture of the smoothie. My waffle was frozen so I let it get to room temperature and warmed it up. If I returned to this location I will just order at the store as those customers got their orders faster than I did with my order completed on the app ahead of time for pick up (already paid). read more

Jamba juice stopped accepting buy one get one free fundraising cards without any notice and with no recourse. This is essentially a breach of customer trust and the promise they made to the customer through these cards. Further, the staff is quite slow, and clearly seems disinterested. If you are unhappy with the job, you don't have to continue working at Jamba juice. There are many other places to go work at. Jamba juice uses frozen fruits, has become almost twice as expensive as a few years ago and now no longer seems worth the price. read more

Been to this Jamba Juice and just today and the worker is so incredibly nice! It's quite small compared to most Jamba Juices but given the service, cleanliness, and ambience, it's really quaint. Quick service for just one person behind the counter, but I'm sure they further staff in the front during busy hours. I came in after an early morning work out and their PB + Banana Protein shake hits the spot every time. Loved the "impossible hamwich" if you're vegetarian like me. TLDR; Great food. Great staff.
