The shakes and food are one of the best I've ever had. Peanut butter moo'd shakes hits different.

I bought 13 different drinks from here for my employee to treat them, and they did a good job for me. Nice and easy to make order over the phone. A young lady on the phone answered my queries I had and helped me ordered the drinks. Drinks were very refreshing. read more

Not the friendliest workers, but no complaints on our drinks. If they can make a good White Gummy, I'm sold. Boyfriend got the Strawberry Surf Rider and for me it's just too sour. Plenty of parking in the plaza. They have 2 tables outside to sit and enjoy your drink. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

I've stopped by a few times in the past few weeks and appreciate that the workers have been friendly and answered all my questions about the various offerings (including options to make a smoothie less sweet/caloric). I've frequented Jamba Juice for many years and appreciate that they can still make items close to/the same as one which no longer appear on the menu. read more

Got a mango go go. Worker at the front was very nice. She seemed like the manger. My go to Jamba since they have way better service than the other locations I've been too. read more

Been here twice in the morning before work. Like that they open at 7am. One worker in the morning. The cups appear smaller and pricier than when Jamba Juice first popped up on scene. Not for a regular basis but nice treat once in a while. read more

Honestly it had been years since we didn't have jumba juice and our 9 year old had been getting good grades and requested to get jumba juice. I'm all about rewarding them when they do good and we came here since it's close to our home. The guest service is really pleasant. The staff is nice. We got the blue gummy bear and the red plus 2 more drinks. My next choice will be the blue gummy bear again it was super good. Now that summer is coming we will be coming back. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. read more

I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for years since it is the closest one to us. We recently had a minor issue there and the manager Gina went above and beyond to make it right for us. It was entirely unexpected, but the care for customers that she exhibited made quite an impression on me. I will definitely continue to take our kids and their friends to Jamba. They are always excited to go. They love White Gummy Bear off the secret menu. Orange dream machine is my go-to. :) read more

Great and friendly service from the staff on Wednesday morning 11/9. Thanks, we'll be back!

I have got real bad service from this location, initially i ordered a strawberry wild no bananas and pay with my phone app, when i got home i found out it was with bananas; went back to the location around 2pm and asked for a replacement of my drink, i showed my receipt on my phone and was told the manager GINA was not available (that she worked only part time) and they could not do anything. I had to come back 3 days later mid morning and she was there and still had to wait 10 minutes for her to show up and she did not take the phone app receipt. she asked me to bring the paper receipt. What's wrong with this picture i cannot believe. real bad place to do business. read more

This Jamba Juice is the best! Service is top notch, workers are incredibly friendly, and the manager is amazing. The manager (Gina) is super enthusiastic and attentive to customer requests. read more

The owner of this place needs to pay attention to there staff. The girl that was making my drinks today was not wearing gloves and her hands has acrylic nails longer then my fingers. What if it broke and fell into my drink? Even though She wasn't really touching my drink but come on, This is a food establishment. Your staff should not be wearing that kind of nails at work. It's unsanitary. Please discipline your staff read more

For the 4th day of spring it's feeling like summer. Flirting with 90 degree F weather. Time for icy cold drinks. It's a smaller JJ but still fast and efficient. Friendly employees and they must do good business as the tip jar is so full it's hard to get yours in there. Medium peach perfection hit the spot read more

Not a very good Jamba Juice. I went today and ordered an Original Orange Dream Machine split into two separate sixteen cups. All of the other Jamba Juices that I've been to have been able to handle this order but I guess the employee working here couldn't. She gave us the Orange Dream Machine in the original sized cup. When we tried to ask her for another cup to split it in, she began walking away. I couldn't believe it. She was more fascinated with the rain pouring outside! After snapping her back into reality, she reluctantly poured a portion of the smoothie from the original cup into another cup. It definitely was not evenly divided. I was quite annoyed that this worker had such a hard time paying attention to the customer. Next time, I know to go to another Jamba Juice even if I do have to drive for a few extra minutes. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

Jamba Juice is awesome, but just don't look at the calorie content of their smoothies. Even the lower calorie options will set any diet back. But now that the weather is warming up again, I expect to get in there every once in a while. As with many other establishments of this type, the pricing structure is such that you feel compelled to order a larger size. If only my wife would agree to a smoothie that doesn't have bananas (can't stand banana-flavored smoothies), then we'd be able to split a large and save the money. read more

I am absolutely a creature of habit, which sadly means that I tend to stick to what I know best. Unfortunately one of my "go to" drink were discontinued nearly 2 years ago! Which in turn now makes a lot of sense to me because I cant get anyone to make the strawberry energizer correctly any more. Today, I went to a different Jamba juice and met with Melissa. Not only did she know exactly how to make my drink, but she took it upon herself to write down the recipe for me so I can tell everyone else how to make it right. She was so sweet and knew the struggle cause she loved the energizer to. I could tell immediately that she was knew exactly what she was doing, and was so so kind. Thanks girl, you saved the day. read more

Nothing remarkable unless you have never been to a Jamba Juice before. Parking situation is not o great, but I usually find a spot within a 3 minute walk. Staff is willing to treat you as a human, so thats cool. They will even recommend off menu stuff they like if you ask. Expensive for what you get but I suppose the ingredients do have a higher cost than say mcdonalds stuff. No seating area or anything so, dont expect to relax, although if you walk down past the grocery store there is a table that you can hang out at if thats what you are looking to do. For whatever reason the crap for sale section always looks bare, maybe they sell a lot of it and cant keep it in stock? Dunno, but always seems to be the case as you tend to have to wait in a line, so in my boredom, I notice. read more

Came here yasterday it was clean, the workers were nice the cashier help us out a lot on deciding a drink for my mom who is diabetic. The cashier was so hyper, funny, fast, and nice. What you want customer service to be like. The place got full but they gave the orders fast out so it got full for about 6 min and that was it. *My drink: the new watermelon smoothie without pineapple sugar and without pineapple fruit I got it with mango and it was sweet enough (but didn't really Taste of watermelon) * got a pineapple smoothie and also didn't get the taste of pineapple it was there but not a lot ( reason why giving 4 stars) read more

Its disappointing that they no longer offer steel cut oats at this location, so I ended up with a protein berry smoothie. The smoothie itself taste fine, but I found their process of delivering orders disorganized. After placing my order, I was asked to wait outside which I did. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went back inside to find my order sitting on the counter. They don't take a name with an order so it's a bit disorganized when the drinks are being delivered outside. read more

Even before the Coronavirus epidemic happened, this Jamba Juice location has never gotten my online order right. I had to stop ordering pretzels from this location because it would never be ready. I have sent emails without getting any response. At this point I m beginning to think that I have done something because this is the only location that I am having an issue with. Today, the employees decided to make it so that my order was the wrong size. So I had to wait, yet again for them to correct their mistake. Please tell me why 1. Employees are touching their hair, then juicing fresh oranges without washing their hands or wearing gloves. 2. We're paying upwards of $7 for a drink, and not receiving a full cup. 3. The employees seem irritated by every request. They don't greet you at the door, say thank you or smile, and are overall rude. Customer service is really poor, or a case of mistaken Identity as I have brown skin. Doesn't bother me and I empathize with both these people for their ignorance. In India we have much less educated people who have a better handle on customer service and are more courteous and respectful. on a scale of 1 to 10. I would give these folks a 1 for customer service. 5 for delivery . read more

Jamba Juice has an interesting story in my life. A girl I used to date use to use Jamba Juice as a way to get me alone. When we met i met her in a group situation as a friend . Then she would call and ask me out to Jamba Juice to hang out . When we used to date she used to call it her Little Boo Boo Drink LOL. I bought 10 "bogo" cards {buy one smoothie and get one free) to support people a friend who was fundraising for children diagnosed with cancer, I have gotten these in the past but I learned that they can no longer be used in the same way. Now you need to download the Jamba app to redeem, but I was thinking that not everyone has a smartphone. I downloaded it in the store so I could get my free drink, and tried to order again. But then one of the cashiers told me I need to visit the store 6 times in order to use the fundraiser cards, which confused me more because it doesn't have that condition on the back of the bogo card. I have used these cards before and I know you do not have to visit a store 6 times in order to redeem. Then they said they would do it after I told them that, but then when I tried to use the bogo I was told by the Manager that I had already used my rewards when I had never used the card before this visit, my bogos apparently had disappeared. I tried to explain that I had never redeemed the offer before. Because there was a long line they decided the card could be used and I was able to get my drinks but not until they attended to people behind me. It was a bad experience for me, and I didn't know it was so difficult to use bogo cards now. I see that Jamba is making it difficult to use their fundraiser cards, when in the past it was so easy. It's sad because people do want to support and help fundraise but after this I don't think I will buy these kinds of cards. The customer service is really bad they make me feel like they were doing me a favor. read more

Usually pretty consistent, but this last time that I came, I was pretty disappointed. I had ordered a tomato cheddar twist and they didn't even heat it up for me. They normally do this right away unless I specifically request that they don't, but my twist was stone cold in the middle. I was already in my car driving away when I noticed the problem so I didn't feel like turning around and bringing it back, but I'll make sure it's made correctly the next time around. read more

Wow I'm still surprised about my experience last weekend. I went there for an orange juice when I was given the juice I ask the girl for a separate cup. My gosh if I knew she was going to react like that I would've never asked. She was very pissed even when she handed to me she almost dropped it and you could see it in her face too. One when she took my order she never asked me if I wanted ice with my juice and second ice is always free....EVERYWHERE!!!! Plus, she looked mad since she took my already but if she had a problem that her own personal problem, clients should not take the fault. Businesses looses money for employees like that. What is more disappointing is that I think the manager of the location was the one that did this to me for what I know. I used to enjoy going there. Mostly that boy William gives awesome customer service and some others as well . But this girl just made me loose my craving for Jamba Juice. I 'll just go to Starbucks since they're close to me and they treat me very nice. read more
