This review is specifically for one staff member. He's a male who often works in the mornings. He's definitely newer so I've gone back plenty of times after having negative experiences of him because I've chalked it off to a learning curve. Now, though, I'm over paying for an incorrect menu item. Almost always, one of the more experienced and helpful staff correct his mistakes, which just puts extra on their own work load and seems unfair. He just doesn't seem to have great listening skills. He thinks he already knows what you're wanting to order before you finish ordering. I always, always order a LARGE orange berry antioxidant drink. The drink is not super popular so I always say the full name, very slowly. And I emphasize the "juice" part. On more than three occasions he's given me an orange berry blitz. When I politely point I that my drink was incorrect, he would reply with, "that's what you ordered." No, it's not. This morning he just messed up my order completely, got me the wrong size and everything. He needs to be removed from the register. I'm sure he's fine at making the actual drinks but he doesn't take the time to actually figure out what you're hoping no to order. Today I ordered the large juice with extra berries to make it slightly thicker. He rung me up for a small drink so the extra berries turned my juice into a smoothie. Oh well. read more

This Jamba Juice is backwards you allow only one customer in at a time but got like 6 employees working inside . Why would I wanna stand outside in the hot sun to wait for a smoothie smfh DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA STAND OUTSIDE FOR YOUR DRINK ! This tiny Jamba is conveniently located in a huge shopping center with a grocery store, durg store, video rental place, toy store, Sarbucks, Washington Mutual, etc. The service was slow but I think that's because the cashier was new. In general: Jamba Juice offers a wide variety of sherbert and frozen yogurt smoothies. They will make your drink however you want, and have different vitamin blends to add. They offer several low carb drinks. You could make a smoothie at home for cheaper, but they have some unusual offerings, such as acai juice. read more

I go here when I'm sick. Even so, I never seem to be able to swallow my pride and order a ColdBuster, or even the Immunity boost, if only for that fabulous placebo effect. I somehow feel like ordering one of those is admitting weakness or something. I'm pleased they started offering a 16-oz version because the "normal" ones were ungodly big. Let's not be coy -- Jamba Juice smoothies are NOT health food! The 16-oz Peach Pleasure I got is "low in fat," according to their website, but look here, it has 60g of sugar. That's more than a 16-oz soda, for pete's sake. How do people ever deal with the 32-ouncers? So it's a sickness food for me, but definitely not part of this healthy breakfast. read more

Cheerful, bubbly, refreshing. Just like their smoothies, the staff at this Jamba Juice is awesome. My favorite delight from Jamba Juice is Peanut Butter Moo'd. I like going to this store for it because they're not as crowded as the one, also next to a Starbucks, in Mercado. There's plenty of seating outdoors. I only wished people who gather around in there don't smoke ! Parking is also not a problem as this store in within a nice strip along El Camino Real. This place can get quite busy and the drive around can be quite tight. Nonetheless, I still will keep coming back to this store. It's clean, they're fast and it's next to a lot of other convenient shops, like Planet Beauty and Safeway. Ugh, that one last star? It's only because they close so early ! read more

As far as Jamba Juice goes, this one is pretty good. It's clean, we'll organized and it doesn't get crazy PACKED. The staff here is pretty friendly and don't appear to hate their jobs. They have a smile, are efficient and I leave happy. This location does, however, have terrible parking during lunch hour. Like, terrible, terribly crowded. Located in strip mall shopping center anchored by Safeway. Parking is in the shared lot for the shopping center, and if you're lucky or it's not busy you can get a space at the curb directly in front of the store, which is pretty convenient. This small Jamba Juice doesn't have any indoor seating (if I recall correctly) but there is a little outdoor seating. They are fairly busy and for good reason - the staff are delightful! I really love a Jamba Juice on a hot afternoon! This one was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and fast. This is a chain, so the menu and pricing are pretty standard. I got the Mango-A-Go-Go and my fiance got a pineapple drink. Both were good. read more

This Jamba Juice is a hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are too nice, fake nice or flat out rude. But some I actually know from HS. Haha. Anyways, my drinks are hit or miss too. My drinks are either hella runny or def not blended. Ugh. Sometimes though it's hella good, like perfect. I know different people make the drinks so that's why sometimes it'll come out different but if this location is compared to the Mercado one, Mercado one wins HANDS DOWN. Jamba Juice is the one thing I never feel bad splurging on. The way I look at it, I'm depositing 4 bucks to my health account every time I go here. I usually end up getting the all-fruit drinks, and that's often the only fruit I'll have on a typical day. Moms everywhere would not be proud, but I applaud you, Jamba Juice, for giving me a good excuse anyway. The thing I love most about this Jamba Juice is that there's almost never a long line here. I try to come here at least once a week, and I'm usually in and out in 2-3 minutes. These guys work fast! As for the smoothies themselves, they often do have chunks of fruit left over at the bottom, but they still taste yummy. Me and my husband frequent various Jamba Juices in the area and it is with sadness that he no longer wants to go to this one Main reasons can be attributed to the following: - Always seems to be new workers who are uncertain what to do - If your smoothie is made too fast, it does not seem to end up right - Smoothies not being compiled properly and having to be placed yet again on the machine - Fruit and ice not being ground properly into what a smoothie should be. Leads to lots of chewing of actual ice and nickel sized pieces of fruit rather than small pieces/smooth consistency We can deal with our smoothie being a bit less than a full cup but if not made right, it really makes it difficult to like this location. Combine that with horrendous parking shared with many stores and there really is not a reason for me to go to this location any longer when others are on my way home from work read more

Absolutely no customer service, acknowledgement of me there. I walked in, there were 3 employees, a customer just leaving the register after placing his order, and 1 waiting for his drink by the counter. The employee left the register, started washing pitchers at the sink without saying anything. He continued to wash the dishes, while the lady (in charge ?) and another made drinks. I waited 8 1/2 minutes, without anyone saying anything to me or the customer who came in after me. I understand they may have been filling orders placed online or something, but at least greet or let us know they'll be with us soon. Absolute silence other than talking amongst themselves. A sign on the register letting me know they were out of large cups certainly didn't help the situation. I drove 25 minutes to the Mountain View location (MUCH better customer service, friendly quick service). Never going back to Sunnyvale, telling my friends also. Had to take the time out of my only day off , Sunday, to write this negative review. I brought in a Jamba Juice "this one's on us!" gift card which states it's "good for one FREE menu item" right on the front of the card. I ordered a large peach smoothie. The cashier didn't know how to ring the drink with my gift card, so she asked the manager on duty. The first thing the manager lady blurts out is "these are only good for small sizes. you owe $1.40." I didn't want to make a fuss over $1.40 so I paid it , took my drink and left. The more I thought about it , the more I felt this witch got over on me. I didn't get her name but this happened at 10:30am, Sunday May 7th, 2017. When a customer brings in a gift card given to him by a jamba juice district manager , because of a prior jamba juice location messing up my drink, you shouldn't make up BS policies to try and collect money. I'm hoping a district manager will see this and reach out to me, as nowhere on the card does it state "small size only." I have scans of these cards as proof. read more

I just ordered an açaí almond butter bowl. I have had this at other Jamba juices before. I have never had a watery one like this. There is no sign of almond butter what so ever. Eeeeh used to come here allot when my girls Marissa and Alex worked here back in the day. Yesterday sent my husband in for a post workout snack smoothie. Waited in the car with the kids once I started drinking I realized that my smoothie was super chunky! And water-y consistency. My daughter's was as well. She didn't mind. I used to go to this place a lot before I saw flies in the glass storage for the goodies between the registers. On another visit, I saw an employee cleaning the storage with spray and cloth while the food was still on the trays in the storage container. I came back today to find flies inside the storage bin again. I don't think I'll be coming back again. It doesn't feel like a sanitary place to buy food and drinks that you'll consume. read more

Not a bad place to grab a quick smoothie. Just wanted to take a sec to complain about a manager named Jaron I believe. Not only does he just order everyone else to do his jobs, but he has a terrible customer service skils. Not a very nice person to deal with. Now to move on to the staff, some days are better than others when it comes to people greeting me. In particular there is this one girl who just seems to have nothing but hot air in her head. All I hear is her talking about her day to day adventures. Never really see her working. I can't remember her name but I know it starts with an X. The smoothies are good, the people that work there not so much. get rid of Jaron and I would come in everyday :). I went here because I had a giftcard, otherwise I'm not a big fan of Jamba Juice. Too much sugar for me. But I was really impressed with the service I got. Since it had been awhile, I wasn't sure what to order so I asked a few questions. Andrea (gosh I hope that was her name) was very knowledgeable and even made a few suggestions of how they could custom make one for me. In the end I got something with bananas and blueberries and it was super yum. It was one of the lower sugar smoothies so i didn't feel like a 4 year old on crack after I drank it. I freakin' love Jamba Juice. I wish they'd make an even bigger size than "Power size". The "Sunrise Strawberrry" is excellent, but about half the time they don't blend it well enough and you get a big hunk of banana on the bottom that gets stuck in your straw. We frequently come to this Jamba Juice location and for some reason they're super slow. They have a couple tables outside for seating but no indoor seating. Employees are nice, parking is fairly easy, no frozen yogurt at this location.
