Was thirsty after dining nearby in the same complex. Stopped by for some iced tea and parking was a hassle since the store is right next to the exit way and parking was small and not easy to get into since big cars park that make it hard to turn into or getting out. There is big parking lot inside and just couple min walk over. Kiosk ordered and waited abit since it's a popular place here. Staff are nice but don't interact with them much, just at pick up. Overall it's good, nothing special and prices are on the high end side.

heytea is rlly good! I heard how their drinks were really yummy so I went to try for myself and I got this guava Jasmine tea drink and also could Jasmine tea. Both were so good and super creamy, the cream top was smooth and it has a cream cheese flavor, for the drink itself, the guava one was super refreshing and it tasted like natural guava, aswell as the other drink. The service was good! And the ambiance it's super clean really modern and simple

First time in store at Heytea and there was parking up front and there wasn't a line! Friends have done online order and picked up for us in the past. Love the coconut mango boom drink and have had it at least three times! 5/5. The worker up front that helped us was friendly. The lower rating is more due to the shop feel and scent. Felt pretty run down inside and the scent was veryyyyyyyy strong and off putting. Had a bit of a dirty restroom smell throughout the store..

Does anyone notice that all Heyteas have a distinct smell to them? I actually don't like the smell but LOVE the drinks ! If they ever have bogos I jump on them because their drinks are $6-$7. My kids love the brown sugar milk because it has no caffeine and if I want to share my drink with them I get the mango coconut boom non caffeinated option. The boba is warm and soft and this place lives up to the hype. I get super excited about their drinks but wish their mobile ordering was as good as 7 leaves. Most of the time I can't place mobile orders here for some reason .

10/10 Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk A great brown sugar option if you're not into the mango drink. 10/10 Cloud Green Grape This was unexpectedly super good and refreshing! The only change I'd make for next time is to hold off on the cheese foam. Green grape plus salty cheese foam is NOT a good mix. 10/10 Boba I really love their boba! It's so fresh and supppppppper soft every time. If you prefer chewy boba then this spot is not for you. Beware of the long wait times though, it can be anywhere from 30min-1hr wait. Cost - Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk $7.49, Cloud Green Grape $7.99.

Coconut mango boom every single time! It's soooooo good! It was raining and I still wanted it. I thought because it was raining, there wouldn't be a line. There was a line and a ton of people coming in and out! We ordered through the app and it was super easy and convenient.

Pretty good! I've only tried heytea twice so far, but so far so good. I've tried the coconut mango boom before and i thought that was good. The flavor reminds me a lot of mango sago or even chè. I've also tried the jasmine milk tea. Very good stuff. It was milky in flavor, yet the floral flavors were bold and stood out, which is exactly how I like my milk tea. This place can get busy at times and will often sell out of whatever their hot item of the month is. The place itself is relatively new. Very clean and modern looking.

I seriously crave Heytea's Coconut Mango Boom at least one or twice a month. It's so refreshing and light. Love, love, love the fresh cut mango and coconut milk jelly. It's the perfect drink on a hot day or any day for that matter. I want to try their other drinks, but I always end up getting the Coconut Mango Boom. The place isn't very big. There is no seating inside. I also never have a problem finding parking. I recommend ordering through their app. That way, I time it so that when I arrive there, my drink is ready or almost ready. And they have a rewards system, so I usually get $1 off my order.

I got the triple matcha. I think that it's a bit underwhelming in terms of the flavor. I think the only thing going for it is the mochi texture that stands out. It's always crowded but you can order online.

I wanted some tea after eating out with my family and I saw HeyTea was nearby. I checked their Instagram and saw they have a King Jasmine Guava and definitely wanted to try it. I ordered it through the app and it came out quick. I've never had King Jasmine tea before. It's floral and high quality jasmine tea. On their app, it says it's brewed with 500 Jasmine blossoms. So I can see why the tea tastes amazing! The tea and guava goes perfect together and it comes with a yummy guava cloud. This is my new favorite tea. I went back a couple weeks later and got it again. I wish there was a location closer to me. But for now, I'll just have to keep making excuses to drive out to Orange County haha.

Went to this location yesterday and there was a line out the door. I think it would be nice to have the menu somewhere on display before getting to the counter because I felt kind of pressured to choose quickly when I got to the front because there were people behind me. This occurred at both locations i went to so i guess its their theme...The drink itself was alright to me. I tried the triple matcha at a different location so I tried the mango grapefruit boom at this location. Theres no chairs but a decent waiting for drinm area.

HeyTea in Irvine is very much a grab‑and‑go kind of spot, and honestly, it leans into that identity well. There's no real seating, so don't come expecting to hang out with your drink--this is a quick-stop destination for people who know exactly what they want and want it fast. The good news is that the setup works. The shop is efficient, the line moves quickly, and there's plenty of parking, which is a small miracle in Irvine's busier plazas. It makes the whole experience surprisingly smooth, especially if you're just popping in for a drink on the way somewhere else. I ordered the Coconut Blue Mango, and it was the highlight of the visit. Refreshing, tropical, and not overly sweet--basically the kind of drink that makes you forget you're just standing in a pickup-only storefront. The flavors are bright and layered, and it's exactly the kind of thing HeyTea does best. If you're looking for a place to sit and chat, this isn't it. But if you want a high-quality fruit tea with zero hassle, HeyTea Irvine delivers.

4/10 for the Not a Margarita drink. Basically paying for overpriced lemonade. Drinks were also small.

Is there a menu PDF or something we can access? The official website gives no useful information and is so pretentious. I want to browse the drink menu here on my PC and not install the mobile app. Someone's posted picture is not good enough.

Don't think so, I've been wondering the same. Might just have to settle for the UberEats menu: https://www.ubereats.com/store/heytea-irvine-jeffrey/-8t07XXQUvuGsUZQAasqXA?srsltid=AfmBOor4zki0fdqAm8H5bBQN4tdQvnZAdyDBD_hD9ATAxa6l747d5PKs

The hospitality here is evident the moment you walk in. Staff were ready to take our order, answer questions and even checked to see if our drinks were to our liking. Think fashionable design meets European charm for the interior atmosphere, right down to the plates. Morning Lavender offers table seating as well as booths and can accommodate large parties for events. Now for the good stuff- let's talk an Iced Mocha with extra chocolate and an Iced Chai Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The Mocha with extra chocolate was indulgent and velvety with the espresso seamlessly intertwined. A decadent treat to enjoy as the morning started to warm up into the afternoon. Just a suggestion for those who enjoy the richer side of coffee and espresso. A dash of a bit more cream would've added that refined richness. The star of the morning was definitely the Iced Chia Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The description of cold cream hardly captures and embodies what this Banana Cold Foam really is. Think lusciously thick banana smoothie topping off your drink. Impossibly creamy and bursting with ripe banana. Crowning the drink sat a slice of banana bathed on one side in a caramelized sauce similar to crème brûlée. Crunchy peanuts generously scattered on top, making an irresistible contrast in texture. Overall, we had an enjoyable afternoon, as the overall aesthetic is delightful and having the boutique connected adds such a fun element to the visit. We really enjoyed browsing the selection of clothes, candles, jewelry, and painting books. As for the tea and food, the warm scones and tea were lovely highlights, the smoked salmon sandwich was exceptionally yummy, and the rose macaron stood out with its fragrant flavor. However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. While the smoked salmon was great, the chicken sandwich was difficult to chew due to too many nerves and the mini donuts felt a bit stale. We also noticed a few maintenance issues, including a visibly dirty/stained booth seat and a teacup given to one of our guests that was broken on the bottom. Service was another area that could use some improvement. For a party of six, the staff felt somewhat inattentive, leaving several people at our table waiting for long periods to get hot water refills. This unfortunately hindered the amount of tea we were able to enjoy during our visit. Morning Lavender has wonderful potential with its beautiful environment and delicious flavors, but with a bit more proactive service and attention to detail, the experience could be truly exceptional.
