I especially like the location. There is ample sitting on the patio and indoors The service was good. I ordered the Heirloom burger and truffle potato tarts. If you like a lean burger that is what you'll get. The bun, secret sauce and pickles were good I did not see or taste onion and lettuce was all over the place. I tend to like a juicy burger. The potato tarts were OK. The truffle sauce was salty and the house ketchup let's just say it is sweet and different. There were many things on the menu that I would have tried. My companion had the Indio Cubano sandwich and thought it was ok. I ordered the Coachella Cobb Salad for a friend to go. Who did not care for the balsamic dressing. Had some blue cheese dressing at home instead and they enjoyed the salad and would order again. This place deserves a second chance, so I will be back to try something different. Visited Heirloom for the first time today with a large group. We beat the lunch rush and were able to walk right in and order. Also had plenty of table space for us. You order at the counter and then take a seat. I enjoyed the XXL burrito with an Arnold Palmer in a can and my wife ordered the taco salad with a Green Tea in a can. We also split the truffle tots. Food arrived quite quickly and it was as ordered. The burrito and salad were both huge! Only knock my wife had was the meat was a little sparse in her taco salad. For a kid's grilled cheese and three of their averaged priced sandwiches, two bags of chips and 4 fountain drinks ($4.25 each btw, price NOT listed on menu... Shame on you!) The bill was $86 dollars. I didn't have that kind of cash on me so then they inform you with a nice kick in the balls that there's a 4% surcharge for using your credit card... Had some pretty amazing food this afternoon at Heirloom Craft Kitchen! I had the Heirloom burger with a side of truffle tots and crispy onion rings. The burger was cooked perfectly and that brioche bun they're using is fabulous! Onion rings awesome as were the truffle tots Friend had the cheese steak and a signature dish of theirs, goat cheese bruschetta. Great spot when your in the mood for a nice salad or breakfast at 2 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Overall food was good and we only had a little of the menu. I had the chicken salad which has arugula, avocado, chicken, and grapes and he had the heirloom breakfast burrito. The salad was good and dressing was tangy. The breakfast burrito was filled but could use some avocado or a bit more seasoning. It was also a little greasy. Next time he said he would probably just go for a sandwich. We also got a lemon bar which was good but a little small for the price. We would consider going back here again but would probably try a sandwich instead. read more

Most serious issue is that after paying for small plate sized portions amounts that are about 1.50 to 2.00 too much, you then want me to pay 4% surcharge for using a credit card!!!! A great imposition on people who may not have a debit card. I will not frequent this restaurant - this 4% surcharge is a deal breaker, I am willing to pay the overpriced food and give a large tip, but cannot add to your coffers with a 4% surcharge. While there were several options, the Impossible sloppy Joe caught my eye. Topped with some crispy onion rings, this sloppy Joe was quite delicious. The bun could have been a little less dense, but overall I would get it again. Also got some tots which were pretty standard. This was a take out order so I can't really comment on the service, but my ordering and pickup interactions were friendly. The price was a bit (or a lot) high for the amount of food. Very nice brunch on the patio today. We both had bacon and 3 eggs. Hers were over medium and cooked perfectly. My scrambled were tasty and the portion big. It's a great fast casual place. We had the shrimp and grits as well as the gumbo. The shrimp is perfectly cooked and the grits are very creamy. Didn't like this place at all. The burrito was "XL" but was just an average sized burrito. There was hardly any tots or avocado in our burritos, mine had a couple slices. It was basically a rice burrito and the the rice was absolutely bland, no flavor at all. Fantastic restaurant. Very clean, friendly staff, and the food is amazing. I got the short ribs and polenta-fantastic! We got the goat cheese bruschetta and I gotta say, it's one of the best bruschetta dishes I've ever had. I wish I was hungrier so I could've enjoyed the great-looking dessert they had. I did end up getting a drink though, just because the mango Moscow mule sounded too good to pass up. It was definitely worth it too. All in all great place to eat. Take note, I'm vegan and this review is solely based on Heirloom's vegan menu :) With that being said, though the menu is small, it's got everything you need to satisfy your vegan hunger! My absolute favorite item on the menu is the Avocado Toast! AMAZING. It's resented well, and seasoned to perfection. The Truffle tots are also delicious, but I prefer them without the truffle salt! Their in-house vegan ranch and BBQ sauce is to die for. It's been hard trying to find a vegan ranch that actually tastes like ranch!! Finally! More filling entrees, I absolutely love their Impossible tacos and the Impossible burrito. Now if you want a "meatless" burrito, they have another vegan option with tater tots stuffed into it instead of Impossible meat! So good...If you're not a fan of Mexican food, try their Sloppy Joe! Customer service has always been great here since the first day I walked in, Danny is usually the one who rings me up and/or takes care of my online orders. Maybe we just get lucky with him every time! He's always super friendly and outgoing! Always makes sure we're taken care of! Moving on to dessert....
