Chilaquiles Verdes and Tuna Salad Sandwich
    Peter A.

Went for the first time on Saturday, and it was fantastic! You order at the counter and the lady was very helpful and had recommended the tuna salad sandwich and it was amazing! You don't really get served much, you order at the front, get your own utensils, and we needed to go to the front to get a refill. They bring you your food and drinks, and that's pretty much it. Didn't really bother us, but if you're looking for more service this place might not be for you. The Arnold Palmer was delicious, tasted homemade. And the food was so good. The vibes were chill, we were able to sit inside and it was a happy place to be in. I told my wife that I would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. Also, we noticed a lot of people just ordered drinks, so I need to go back and try out their coffee!

I've been to Yes Please in La Quinta a few times now, and overall, the food is solid, honestly, the food is always amazing. No complaints there at all. That's really what keeps me coming back. The only issue I've run into (twice now) is with takeout, and it's been a little frustrating. The first time I ordered takeout, I waited inside for about 20 minutes. I started noticing people who ordered after me (and were dining in) getting their food before me. When I finally went up to check, my order had just been sitting there the whole time -- no one ever called my name. Gave it another shot today, thinking maybe it was just a one-off. This time I was told to wait outside for takeout and that someone would call me. I got my coffee within the first five minutes, but then waited another 15-20 minutes while, again, people who ordered after me were getting their food. I asked an employee to check, and she brought my order out right away but unfortunately it was cold. So it seems like it had been sitting there again, and no one came out to the takeout area. It's a bummer because the food itself is really good, but the takeout system definitely needs some work. Whether it's calling out names more clearly or having someone dedicated to takeout orders, something needs to be tightened up. So the food is worth it, and I do want to support them. I'll be back this summer to give takeout another shot and see if things have improved.

We had a great experience here! Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and we liked the drinks we ordered. We came in during farmers market day and our drinks came out fast. Only complaint about our experience is we got attacked by bugs sitting outside (totally out of the restaurants control!!!). We moved inside and enjoyed our breakfast. :)

I had the opportunity to stop by Yes, Please for a quick breakfast before work. Right when I walked in, I could tell this was a place that takes its food and service seriously. You order at the counter and grab a number to take to your table. I ordered the chilaquiles with chicken chorizo and an iced Americano with oat milk. I loved the cheerful decor and all the different options on the menu. My food came out quickly and looked beautiful. The next time I'm in La Quinta, I'll definitely be back at Yes, Please.

We have come here so many times to enjoy our Thai tea, milk teas, and all the different varieties of coffee and Matcha. We also enjoy the food, but the best part is how much our dog loves to come here and how welcome we feel. This location has hosted so many different businesses through the years, but there's something special about this place. We continue to have great memories, and great food and always bump into really friendly people here. We love that the food is consistently well prepared and they have many healthy choices. When in old town, here's a great place for breakfast or lunch. You cannot go wrong with their beverages, the bahn mi, the bagels, and any of the healthy salads and bowls.

Came here looking at the good reviews. Ordered some food and coffee. Was able to find a table immediately. The cappuccino was good. Was told they use Joshua Tree Coffee to make the coffee drinks. I got the breakfast sandwich on jalapeño bagel. It was more than filling and yummy. Wife got the avocado toast with a well done egg, which came out over easy. But that was a minor issue. The chicken pesto sandwich was also yummy. Overall everything tasted good. P.S. They also gave the kids some activity to keep them busy, which was a plus.

Chicken n waffle is a no

This place was good for iced coffees and chai, but the iced matcha tase like straight milk! If you come here get their breakfast burritos, but do NOT get the chicken and waffles!!! So disappointed. Majority of my group got the chicken and waffles to go. For the owners I suggest separating the chicken from the waffles as the waffles got the chickens oil all over it. We got chicken, oil and waffles it was not good at all!

We recently moved to La Quinta and decided to have my birthday breakfast at Yes Please. It is the cutest little coffee shop in Old Town with a darling little outdoor patio for people watching. The setting is gorgeous, and the staff was super friendly and kind, going above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday! We got a locals loyalty card, and also found out that they have some really good happy hour specials in the afternoon, I believe I saw $5 beers, which is a great deal, so we will be coming back after some midday pickleball to enjoy some beers on the patio!

We had a perfect experience here! The food was excellent, servers were friendly, and the patio on an October morning made for a wonderful brunch experience. I don't really have much else to say other than I hope I get to come back here someday! I will definitely keep this place on my list for future visits to La Quinta.

Yes Please was a great lunch spot for our family. It's conveniently located in La Quinta Center with plenty of parking available, and they offer lots of outdoor seating. Our food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside was the extremely long wait just to place our order.

Long line to order but so worth the wait. Every. Single. Thing. we ordered was so delicious. I don't even eat breakfast but I could not put my fork down! Eggs hollandaise w sauce on the side, chilaquiles, brekky burrito- you can't go wrong! I will drive 2 hours just to eat here!

Great little cafe and brunch/breakfast spot in Old Town La Quinta. They have patios and are dog friendly! There is indoor and outdoor patio tables and are mainly serve yourself style dining with servers bringing your food and coffee at your number table after placing your order. We came in summer so come early before the heat spikes but had a nice umbrella covered table outside in the patio. Their coffee is very good and also have pastries or a fuller lunch/brunch/breakfast menu and great service! We split the Eggs Hollandaise and were very happy with our ooey runny poached eggs and biscuit. Coffee refills are free as well. Just a great spot to get a bite out in Old Town to start your day! ;-)

Came across this place to try on yelp and it was delicious! If you are looking for a fast casual restaurant, I would recommend this spot! First time here, and we ordered a variety of items. The cinnamon horchata latte was a HIT, and we enjoyed our food the chilaquiles were crunchy, flavorful and had a kick, the Acai bowl was refreshing and a large portion, the breakfast sandwich had a kick from the chipotle aioli and very flavorful and the salmon lox was fresh and delicious. Something to keep in mind, there is limited seating indoors and outdoors.

Timely service, delicious food, and great coffee! Ambiance felt a bit like fast food, but not problematically so.

It was cold out, but I still requested to sit outside. They were short a server and still graciously accommodated my request, which I truly appreciated. I ordered the beignets, a side of bacon, and orange juice. The beignets came in a set of four -- crisp on the outside and soft, pillowy yumminess on the inside. I skipped the syrup because honestly, they didn't need it. Anything extra would've taken away from how good they already were. And the bacon? Crispy to perfection. With tip, it came out to $38.02. I can't speak to the full menu since I only tried the beignets and bacon, but based on that alone, I would absolutely recommend this place. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even the patrons were lovely...smiling and wishing me a good morning as they passed my table. It's quiet on Sunday mornings, which makes it perfect if you're dining alone with a good book. I think my expectations for this spot were a bit high as the reviews on here for the most part are glowing reviews and when I found some foodie influencers reviewing this spot on social media, they really hyped up the sandwiches. So much so it finally encouraged me to give this spot a try. I came during Christmas week which I do understand is a crazy week, especially for a spot like this as they seemed to have a lot of breads and desserts flying off of the shelves. So maybe their attention to detail was a little off? I came in to grab a sandwich for myself and my family. Went with three different varieties. I got the prime cut and then ordered the Tuscany and the my cousin Vinnie. My family said their Italian style sandwiches were just so so. I kind of felt the same way about my prime cut but I did like mine a little more than they liked theirs. Initially when I came in I really wanted to try their tuna sandwich with cheese jalapeño bread as this was one of the sandwiches highly reviewed but when I asked the gal about the freshness of the tuna, she let me know they make it every other day. I really appreciated her honesty, which is another reason I'm playing the 4 stars. Some places just BS you or tell you what you want to hear but I'm glad she was truthful to say, every other day. It's not that this is "bad" but with tuna I get weird and only could order it if it was fresh that day. So I skipped. Went with the prime cut which was a roast beef type of sandwich. The prime cut sandwich itself was an overall 3/5. My biggest critique was that the bread tasted super dry, almost stale? Maybe that's the style of that darker bread...I've never ordered it before but it wasn't for me and just made the sandwich a bit too dry, even after getting extra sauce. Despite the bread issue, I loved the rare roast beef and the zucchini was a lovely touch in the sandwich. Unique and I really liked that! Horseradish cream was tasty too, on the mild side but good. Overall the bread just didn't seal the deal for me. I'd come back here but not as a first choice sandwich option. I will say the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and good signage for the sandwiches. Seemed like a popular place as lots of people in and out. A cute little perk is that the sandwiches come with a small side of potato salad and a pickle. Love that. The potato salad was actually delicious, 5/5. So random I know, but I loved it and I'd pay for a side of that for sure.
